The light wax matched my beech parquet perfectly, and the small claw marks disappeared.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We are glad the light shade matched your beech parquet and covered the minor marks.

Anna S.July 25, 2026

I really liked the precision of the application: the wax drop goes right into the chip, not around it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Spot-on application helps keep the surface around the damage clean and reduces smoothing time.

Carlos M.July 22, 2026
Tested with two dogs

We have a beagle named Luna and an older spaniel, Max, and both frequently slip in the hallway. Claw dents had accumulated on the laminate, along with a chip from a dropped bowl. First, I filled the chip with the dark wax, then went over the minor scratches with the marker. After two weeks of normal daily life, nothing has chipped off or darkened. A very useful thing to have around the house.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad the kit handled both the chip and the minor claw marks under daily wear and tear.

Julien D.July 18, 2026

Removed minor scratches on the laminate in 15 minutes. The key is not to rush and give the wax time to cool.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the helpful tip. You are absolutely right; allowing proper cooling time guarantees a high-quality result.

Pieter M.July 15, 2026

Filled a long but shallow scratch from a dog bowl. The marker on top hid the light edge.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Using the marker after filling helps hide the light outline and makes the repair less noticeable.

Lisa C.July 11, 2026

Excellent home kit. I fixed the scuffs on the vinyl floor in the hallway, and nothing peels off when mopping.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. It's great to hear that the repaired area holds up well to wet cleaning.

Chloe M.July 8, 2026

The cat scratched the bottom of the door; the marker and a little wax covered up the whitish streaks.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. For the lower part of a door, combining the marker with a small amount of wax often looks the neatest.

Sophie L.July 4, 2026

Convenient to store everything together, the shades aren't lost, and I've already fixed both the floor and a door.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are glad the kit came in handy for different wooden surfaces around your home.

Giulia B.July 1, 2026

The excess wax came off easily, leaving no greasy mark around the scratch. I'm very pleased.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. It's important to remove the excess after cooling; that way, there's no noticeable halo left around the repair.

Michael B.June 28, 2026

I liked that the shades can be mixed: I matched my oak parquet's color on the third try.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing your color-matching experience. Mixing shades really does help match the tone of natural parquet more accurately.

Susanne D.June 24, 2026

Repaired a chip near the door where a pet carrier had hit the floor. The wax hardened quickly, but the excess doesn't come off on the first pass.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. It's easier to remove the excess wax gradually after it has fully cooled; the surface comes out much smoother that way.

Pieter M.June 21, 2026

I thought I'd have to replace a piece of laminate because of a chip. This repair kit completely solved the problem without extra expense.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. It's great to know our product helped you save significantly on repairs.

Carlos M.June 18, 2026

Heats up the wax quickly. I fixed my dog's claw marks on the door in literally half an hour, highly recommend.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the recommendation. We are glad the kit helped you quickly fix the damage to your door.

Stefan M.June 14, 2026

Used it on the vinyl tile in the hallway where the cat was scrambling with its paws. It holds on tight.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For vinyl flooring, it's important to thoroughly clean the repair area before filling so the wax adheres more reliably.

Katharina R.June 11, 2026

It's very convenient that you can melt the wax right on the spot. I filled in a few scratches on the bedroom closet.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The kit is indeed designed with convenient home repairs in mind.

Katharina R.June 8, 2026

It's handy that the kit includes several wax colors; a mix of two worked perfectly for our gray floor.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detail about your gray flooring. Mixing two colors often yields a more natural result than a single ready-made shade.

Susanne D.June 4, 2026

After moving, the cat carrier left a chip on the closet; I used the kit to fill it without having to call a professional.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing your situation. We're glad the kit helped you restore your closet on your own.

Alejandro G.June 1, 2026

The crack near the baseboard from the dog playing got filled tightly; the gap doesn't collect dirt anymore.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. It's great that the filling not only improved the look but also made the area easier to clean.

Nicolas R.May 29, 2026

On the laminate plank, the wax stays put even after wet mopping; the claw mark didn't reappear.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We are glad the repaired area withstood regular cleaning and stayed sealed.

Thomas K.May 26, 2026

My corgi's claws left a groove in the laminate, and the wax covered it up nicely. It's a shame the tool doesn't heat up right away.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The heat tool does need a little time to warm up evenly; it's best to let it fully heat up before working.

Michael B.May 23, 2026

The chip by the dog bowl was filled evenly, but you have to work very carefully with the spatula.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. To level the wax, it's best to make a few light passes without pressing too hard, so you don't scrape off excess material.

Julia S.May 19, 2026

I mixed two bars and the marker, and the color matched my oak laminate one hundred percent. I'm very happy.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing your color-matching experience. Mixing shades really does give the best results.

Agnieszka W.May 16, 2026

High quality. The included spatula is convenient and cleanly scrapes the excess wax off the parquet surface.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for rating the tools included in the kit. We strive to make the process as user-friendly as possible.

Matthias V.May 13, 2026

I really liked the leveling scraper: the excess wax comes off cleanly without smearing across the floor.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Carefully removing the excess after cooling helps maintain a smooth, even repaired surface.

Matthias V.May 10, 2026

Came in handy for furniture: I fixed teeth marks on the bottom shelf. It's just that the darkest wax turned out to have a slightly cool undertone.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. If the dark shade seems too cool, you can warm it up by adding a little of the warm brown wax from the kit.

Andrea N.May 7, 2026

There were light marks from claws on the door frame. I darkened them with the marker, and it looks neat.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Markers really are convenient for door frames when you need to restore the color without filling in volume.

Julien D.May 3, 2026

I liked that you can mix the beige with the dark shade. I found a tone that matched an old cabinet.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Mixing light and dark wax is convenient for old furniture, where the color is rarely uniform.

Felix W.April 30, 2026

I mixed the dark shades for my door. It turned out perfect, you really can't tell it from the factory finish.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We appreciate the high rating. Your result confirms the wide color-matching possibilities of the kit.

Sophie L.April 27, 2026

The wax polishes really well. I rubbed it down with a cloth and the mark from a heavy object that fell disappeared without a trace.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. Final polishing really does make the restored area indistinguishable from the main surface.

Markus T.April 24, 2026

The cat caught the edge of a board with a claw, and I filled the little crack with wax. After leveling it, you can't feel it with your foot.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We're glad the filled crack became smooth and can't be felt when walking.

Pieter M.April 21, 2026

I liked that it works for both parquet and a cabinet. But on the vertical side, the wax slid a little before it cooled.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. On vertical surfaces, it's better to apply less wax at a time and let each layer set a little.

Bram K.April 18, 2026

The chip near the cat litter box was noticeable, but after the wax and polishing it became like a shadow.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. It's good that the local chip near the litter box was neatly disguised.

Sabine L.April 15, 2026

The kit came in handy not only for the floor, but also for the leg of a wooden table after the puppy.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. We're glad the kit proved useful for wooden furniture too.

Bram K.April 12, 2026

I repaired a chip by the threshold where the dog drops toys. The color matched, but the plastic spatula looks flimsy.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The spatula is designed for light leveling of the wax; without strong pressure it keeps its shape better and doesn't scratch the surface.

Andreas P.April 9, 2026

Works no worse than professional systems. I sealed a gap by the door where a piece of laminate had come off, and it's holding firmly.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We appreciate your high rating of the quality of our repair kit. We're glad the repair turned out durable.

Lisa C.April 6, 2026

I disguised the scratches near the dog's bed in half an hour, and the laminate looks well kept again.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We're glad you were able to quickly tidy up the area near the bed.

Andreas P.April 3, 2026

It's great for small dents from claws, but I had to fill a deep chip in two passes.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For deep damage, layered filling really does give a neater and stronger result.

Marie K.March 31, 2026

I liked that the kit has everything needed for the repair. I didn't have to look for a spatula or cloth separately.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We really do try to make the kit as ready to use as possible.

Markus T.March 28, 2026

On dark parquet, the repair is only visible under a lamp. But the marker absorbs quickly, so you have to stay on it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. It's best to apply the marker in short strokes and blend it right away so the shade doesn't turn out too dense.

Marco R.March 25, 2026

Excellent for furniture repairs. I restored the corner of a wooden chair; it's holding firmly and doesn't crumble.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The strength of the compound after drying is really important for parts that are subject to stress.

Alejandro G.March 22, 2026

The result surprised me. I filled a large crack in the countertop, and after polishing the wood grain was completely restored.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We're glad you were able to restore the countertop so well. Thank you for your detailed comment.

Daan V.March 19, 2026

The kit saved the area under the bowls. The repair holds up after water, but I had to dry the floor very thoroughly before applying it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. A dry, clean surface really is important for a lasting result, especially in the bowl area.

Anna K.March 16, 2026

I liked that you don't have to replace a whole laminate plank because of one dent.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The kit is designed exactly for local home repairs without replacing the flooring.

Sanne de J.March 13, 2026

After the wax hardens, it isn't sticky, and cat hair doesn't cling to the repaired spot.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the useful observation. After polishing, the surface should remain smooth and not collect hair.

Michal N.March 11, 2026

The wax is very pliable when hot. I poured it into a chip in the laminate, and it spread out on its own and filled the void.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience. The flow of the heated material really does make it easier to fill deep damage.

Erik J.March 8, 2026

I repaired a wooden step with wax after the dog's claws, and the color matched unexpectedly well.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. For steps, it's especially important to polish the area well so it stays even when walking.

Marco R.March 5, 2026

I bought it for parquet, but first tried it on the inside of a door. After that I did the floor with confidence.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Testing the shade on an inconspicuous area before repairing the floor is the right and practical step.

Bram K.March 2, 2026

It melts well and fills even small cracks in furniture. It turned out to be very easy to use.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. We're glad the application process didn't cause you any difficulties.

Anna K.February 27, 2026

I bought the kit out of desperation because of the cat's claws. Now there are no scratches on the doors; everything is filled and polished.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We're glad to hear the kit helped remove the effects of your pet's activity. Thank you for your trust.

Julia S.February 25, 2026

On light parquet, I mixed two waxes and the mark from the cat almost disappeared. The markers are a little darker than I expected.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. Before applying the marker, we recommend testing the shade on an inconspicuous area or mixing it with a lighter tone.

Sophie L.February 22, 2026

The claw scratch on the vinyl tile closed up nicely, only the edge was slightly rough after cooling.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. The rough edge can usually be fixed with a little extra leveling and a final polish.

Sanne de J.February 19, 2026

Would buy again. The marker helped cover up scuffs on the corner of a wooden dresser, and the wax filled the crack.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for trusting our store. We are glad that the combined approach with the wax and marker gave such excellent results.

Andreas P.February 16, 2026

Filled a small dent from the rabbit cage on the parquet; polishing over it smoothed everything out.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. It's great to know that the polishing helped neatly finish up the parquet dent repair.

Camille T.February 14, 2026
Saved the parquet ourselves

We have a young Labrador named Nero, and after playing with his ball, there were dents in the parquet near the wall. We used the kit three evenings in a row: first we filled the deep spots with wax, then touched up the color on the edges with the marker. After polishing, the floor doesn't look brand new, of course, but I can only see the damage now if I'm specifically looking for it. Very happy with the purchase.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. When dealing with multiple dents, this step-by-step approach of filling, touching up the edges, and polishing usually yields the neatest result.

Antoine L.February 11, 2026

After filling the crack in the vinyl, I went over it with the polishing cloth, and the surface became smooth.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. A final polish helps remove the matte mark and even out the shine around the repair.

Daan V.February 8, 2026

Fixed the corner of the countertop that the cat had scratched up; it's convenient to build up the missing volume with wax.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. For countertop corners, it's important to let the wax cool completely before the final leveling.

Sanne de J.February 6, 2026
Marks after a Beagle

Our Beagle, Bruno, sprints to the door and brakes with his claws, leaving a few light streaks and one dent on the parquet. I used the repair kit three times: first I practiced on a small scratch, then I filled the dent with melted wax. I matched the color by mixing, and it turned out decent. My only minor complaint is about cleaning the heat tool; leftover wax on the nozzle doesn't come off very quickly.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. It's easier to clean the nozzle of the heat tool while the wax remnants are still warm, using a lint-free cloth.

Andrea N.February 3, 2026

The heat tool makes it easy to drip wax right into the chip, but the cord felt a bit short when working near the baseboards.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. When working near baseboards, it's more convenient to use an extension cord and clear the floor area in advance.

Laura H.February 1, 2026
Saved expensive parquet

We have two dogs and claw marks everywhere on the dark parquet. I decided to try this repair kit. At first, I was afraid the wax wouldn't go on smoothly, but the heat tool melts it perfectly. I filled every groove, let it cool, and then thoroughly polished it with the cloth from the kit. I matched the color by mixing three different blocks. Now the floor looks perfect, we are absolutely thrilled with the result, and I will recommend it to friends.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed story about using the kit on dark parquet. Regular polishing really helps lock in the effect.

Sarah W.January 29, 2026

Bought it to repair the vinyl floor in the kitchen. The result is amazing; the dent completely disappeared.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We are glad the repair kit proved highly effective on your home's vinyl flooring.

Felix W.January 26, 2026

On the dark parquet, I chose brown wax and added a bit of black marker; it was a perfect match.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The combination of wax and marker works great for dark wood species and deep shades.

Thomas K.January 24, 2026

Fixed two claw scratches on light laminate; the wax went on smoothly and isn't crumbling.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review, we are glad the kit helped neatly cover the claw marks on your laminate. For the best color match, you can apply the wax in thin layers.

Laura H.January 21, 2026

The markers were a lifesaver on thin lines where melted wax would have been overkill.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the note on the markers. They are particularly handy for fine surface marks where deep filling isn't necessary.

Piotr K.January 19, 2026

Repaired a chip from a metal bowl in the kitchen. The wax didn't sink in after cooling.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. If the chip is deep, it's best to fill it with a slight excess and then level it off after it has completely cooled.

Sabine L.January 17, 2026

The scratches on the countertop next to the dog's bed are now almost invisible. The instructions could have been printed larger.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. We will pass the comment regarding the readability of the instructions to the supplier; it's an important aspect for DIY repairs.

Andrea N.January 14, 2026

Saved our kitchen countertop from marks left by a sliding cutting board. I mixed the color using two blocks.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We are glad you managed to find the right shade and restore your countertop. Thank you for your review.

Michael B.January 12, 2026

Fills chips in parquet perfectly. It cools quickly; I scraped off the excess with a plastic card, and there are no marks left.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review and the practical tip on leveling the surface using household items.

Tobias G.January 9, 2026

At first, I was afraid of overheating it, but the heat tool was straightforward to use. The wax melts evenly, without clumping.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We recommend melting the wax gradually and wiping away any excess immediately for a smoother finish.

Felix W.January 7, 2026

The laminate looks better after our Dachshund's claws got to it, especially the small white scratches. It took a lot of wax for the wide groove, though.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For wide damages, the consumption is higher, so it's better to fill the area in small layers, packing each one down.

Michal N.January 5, 2026
After the cat's claws

Our Maine Coon, Rudy, loves to bolt from the balcony door, leaving deep dark streaks on the light laminate. I cleaned the area, melted the lightest wax, and added a drop of gray so it wouldn't leave a yellow spot. I've used the kit four times already on different spots. The result is consistently good, I would buy it again.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed description of your color matching. Cleaning before application and a slight adjustment with gray wax really do help avoid a warm-toned spot on light laminate.

Susanne D.January 2, 2026

The wax sticks perfectly. I removed the claw scratches left by my Retriever on the living room floor. I recommend this product.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the recommendation. We are glad you were able to seamlessly fix the aftermath of your Retriever's activity.

Stefan M.December 31, 2025

We have an old sideboard that the cat scratched up. I rubbed wax into that spot, went over it with the marker, and the door looks brand new.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Excellent job restoring the wooden furniture. Thank you for choosing products from our store.

Julia S.December 29, 2025

The heat tool melted the wax quickly, and the chip near the dog's bowl became almost invisible.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. It's great that the heat tool helped precisely fill the chip in the area where your pet's bowl sits.

Lars O.December 27, 2025

Repaired the edge of the laminate near the balcony where the cat had been sharpening its claws; it turned out very neat.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you were able to neatly restore the edge of your laminate after the claw marks.

Maria C.December 24, 2025

The wax bonded with the vinyl flooring seamlessly. No raised edges at all, everything is very smooth and neat.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We appreciate your high rating. Quality adhesion with vinyl is a key advantage of our kit.

Tobias G.December 22, 2025

I bought this to repair the laminate in the hallway where the dogs had damaged the door area. I rubbed out the dents, and it’s been holding up for a month now.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the repair has held up well under daily wear.

Sabine L.December 20, 2025

The markers in the kit are a real find. I covered small scratches on the stairs in just a couple of minutes.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The markers really are great for quickly hiding minor damage.

Camille T.December 18, 2025

We have vinyl flooring and it got scratched by a chair. This wax helped fix the problem, and I matched the color quickly.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We appreciate your comment. The kit is truly versatile and works very well on vinyl surfaces.

Lisa C.December 16, 2025

Our cat Mars races down the hallway and a couple of times tore up the top layer of laminate near the corner. At first I was afraid I’d ruin the color, but I mixed brown and gray wax, then leveled it with the plate after it cooled. From a normal distance it no longer stands out. I took off one star because on the glossy area I had to polish it for quite a while, otherwise the spot looked matte.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing your detailed experience. On glossy finishes, after leveling, it really is important to polish the area longer with a soft cloth to bring the shine closer to the rest of the floor.

Laura H.December 14, 2025

The cat dragged her claws across the door, and the kit helped disguise the streaks. I would have liked more of one of the light shades.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the note. Light shades are used up faster on whitewashed finishes, so it is best to apply them in layers and mix them with a neutral tone.

Sarah W.December 12, 2025

I repaired scratches on vinyl after a rabbit cage. It holds, but the polishing took longer than I expected.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing your experience. On vinyl flooring, the final polishing can take more time, especially if the damaged area was wide.

Markus T.December 10, 2025

It levels out well. The main thing is to let the wax cool completely before trimming it, then the surface is smooth.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We appreciate your comment and your very useful advice about letting the wax fully cool.

Christian F.December 8, 2025

I ordered it for a wooden table. The wax melted easily, filled the crack, and after it cooled I trimmed off the excess.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. We’re glad the kit helped restore the wooden table’s original look.

David R.December 6, 2025
Handled a dark floor well

We have almost black laminate, and any light scratch from our French bulldog’s claws shows immediately. I mixed dark brown wax and used the marker along the edge, let it cool properly, then polished it. I worked on the area by the sofa and near the bowls. Now the marks are only noticeable under a bright lamp, and I’m completely satisfied with the result.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. On dark flooring, tinting the edges is especially important, so combining the wax and marker was a good solution in your case.

Christian F.December 4, 2025

I filled a chip in the laminate by the threshold in one evening, and the color can be matched without stress.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. It’s good that you were able to repair the threshold area without replacing the panel.

Christian F.December 2, 2025

I liked that you can mix the shades, but the first time my color came out a bit reddish.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. When matching the color, it’s better to start with the lightest wax and gradually add a darker shade.

Marie K.November 30, 2025
Marks after the puppy

Our dachshund Bruno spent several weeks racing down the hallway and left a fan of tiny scratches on the laminate near the turn. I melted light wax with a little walnut-colored wax, filled the most visible lines, and leveled it with the plate after it cooled. I did it twice because the first color was a bit too light, but the final result is very decent. I would buy this kit again.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing your detailed experience with matching the shade. You did the right thing by adjusting the color with a second application; that usually gives a more natural result on laminate.

Katharina R.November 29, 2025

After the puppy, there were claw marks on the laminate, and the wax filled them in. The scraper is a bit too stiff for soft wood.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. For softer surfaces, we recommend leveling the wax with minimal pressure and then finishing the surface with a cloth.

Chloe M.November 27, 2025

The markers in the kit are very vibrant and rub well into the wood grain. I covered all the scuffs on the cabinet.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We’re glad the markers helped refresh the look of your furniture. Thank you for choosing our store.

Stefan M.November 25, 2025

On the leg of a wooden cabinet that the puppy had chewed, I managed to match the color well. The downside is that the wax crumbs are easy to scatter.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. It’s more convenient to melt the wax in small portions directly over the damage, so less material is lost while working.

Daan V.November 24, 2025

The heating pen warms up without overheating, and the wax doesn’t run all over the place. I sealed a couple of gaps in the floor very neatly.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing your impressions. Temperature control while melting is really important for neat work.

Piotr K.November 22, 2025

Excellent repair kit. I mixed several colors and matched the shade of my old oak floor exactly.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Your experience shows how effectively the kit’s color palette can be used.

Marie K.November 20, 2025

I used it on a door that the cat had been scratching at the bottom. The marker tinted the edge well, but the cap is a bit tight.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the note. The tight-fitting cap protects the marker from drying out, but we will pass along your comment about ease of opening.

Tobias G.November 19, 2025

I covered a long scratch from a Labrador’s claws, and it came out neat. There is a smell when melting, though it’s slight.

Hello. Thank you for your review. A slight smell can occur when heating the wax, so it’s best to work in a well-ventilated room.

I covered a chip on the little cabinet with the leashes, and evened out the color with the marker in a minute.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We’re glad the marker helped quickly even out the color on furniture used for storing pet items.

After cooling, the wax leveled out fine, and the claw mark by the sofa no longer catches the eye.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We’re glad that after leveling, the damage by the sofa became less noticeable.

Repair after the cat

Our cat Nero loves jumping from the windowsill straight onto the laminate, and two noticeable dents appeared near the radiator. I melted the wax with the heating pen, let it cool for a minute, and removed the excess. The surface didn’t become brand new, but the marks no longer draw the eye. Minus one star for color matching: on our gray oak floor I had to mix three shades, and that took time.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed description. For gray oak finishes, several shades often need to be mixed, but that makes it easier to avoid a spot that is too warm or too dark.

The heating pen works great. I melted the wax and filled a deep scratch from my dog’s claws, and now you can’t see it at all.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We’re glad the kit handled the damage from your pet’s claws. We wish you and your dog all the best.

There are lots of different colors in the kit, so it’s easy to choose the right one. I covered small defects on the floor without any problems.

The kit saved me in a rental apartment: I covered chips from a dog crate without doing major repairs.

Hello. Thank you for your review. Local chip repair is really convenient when you need to avoid serious floor repairs.

The heat gun melts the wax evenly. The patch on the floor came out smooth and completely unnoticeable.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase and high rating. Even heating really helps create a neat finish.

I filled a dent in a wooden stair tread. The wax adhered firmly and became very hard after cooling.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The dense fill and hardness of the compound after drying ensure a reliable repair.
