The cat carrier backpack is really good and durable. It’s quite roomy and doesn’t smell of chemicals at all, which was immediately pleasing. Our cat weighs 4 kg and fits perfectly. She is not afraid at all and feels calm inside. We took this backpack as a second one - for a second cat - and overall we are very pleased with the quality. The assembly is neat, the straps are soft and do not press, it is comfortable to wear. The bottom is rigid and does not sag under weight; the backpack can even be used as a small house for a cat - it holds its shape well and stands steadily. We use it for walks and trips to the vet - it’s ideal for this.
The bag is large and durable enough for my 11kg pug. I took out the stock bottom and replaced the plastic insert with a piece of plywood to make the bottom hard - with a hard bottom and soft padding on top, it sits confidently and comfortably. At first I had doubts about the stated weight, but in the end I calmly went hiking with it. During the hike, the backpack could be folded, and when the dog got tired, it could be quickly folded back. The bag is high quality. But my Chihuahua sits in it quite freely. I think it is more designed for medium sized dogs rather than very small ones. With a blanket or bedding, he will most likely sit more confidently.

It is stable, does not press, fits securely, provides many options for opening and access to the pet - mesh windows on the top and sides with zippers. My 3.3 kg Maltese puppy, after a walk, willingly allowed himself to be carried in front - with hands in contact with him. Despite its small size, when lying down it takes up all the space; if it is rolled up tightly into a ball, it still fits right in. The puppy has plenty of room when sitting. So if the dog is larger and heavier, it will no longer be able to lie down in a backpack, but it can sit quite comfortably, even if the weight is double digit. For this price/quality ratio I would buy again.
