The contract is concluded with MOTHER NATURE TRADE SDN. BHD., reg. No. 202101004539 (1404838-U), 25-2, Jalan PJU 1/42A, Dataran Prima, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, support@fernpaw.store. The contract is concluded in the language of the site version on which the order was placed; the text of the contract is sent to you by e-mail along with your order confirmation.
Products on the site are an invitation to place orders. When placing your order, you pay by card on the website: click the “Pay for order” button to proceed to secure payment, and the agreement is considered concluded after successful payment and confirmation of the order by e-mail. Before submitting your order, you can check and change the contents of your cart and the entered data.
Prices are indicated in euros (€) per item and include VAT. Delivery within the EU is free for orders from €30, otherwise €4; the delivery fee is shown in the cart before payment, there are no hidden extras. Payment is by credit card on the website; card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored on the website.
We deliver throughout the EU. The period depends on the recipient's country and ranges from 1 to 4 business days after dispatch; deadlines for each country are given in the delivery section. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to you at the moment the goods are transferred to you or a person designated by you (not the carrier).
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, and a 2-year guarantee of compliance under EU law. Detailed conditions and the standard withdrawal form are on the "Return and Guarantee" page.
The cards publish reviews received from suppliers, manufacturers or buyers of these products. We do not individually verify each review to confirm the purchase, so we do not guarantee that every review was left by a buyer in our store. We do not present such reviews as Fernpaw customer reviews. We publish reviews as they are, we do not delete negative ones, and we do not write reviews ourselves. The rating and date are kept as given.
We resolve disputes directly: write to support@fernpaw.store, we respond within one business day. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025. We are not required to take part in the alternative dispute resolution procedure and do not take part in it, but we always try to reach a direct agreement.
