Delivery and payment

Where is the order coming from?

Orders are shipped from a warehouse in the European Union. This means that the parcel does not pass customs: there will be no duties, import VAT or surcharges upon receipt. All prices on the website are indicated in euros and include VAT.

Delivery times by country

We pick and hand over your order to the carrier within one working day. We currently deliver to 14 EU countries; delivery takes 1–7 working days after dispatch depending on the country — exact times are in the table.

The table shows working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after dispatch. The figures include a safety margin on top of the carrier's own transit times, so you never wait longer than promised.

The “return to us” column is an estimate of how long a return parcel takes to reach our warehouse. It is a guide, not a promise: you send the return yourself and choose the carrier, and economy postal services are slower than courier ones. This does not affect your return rights — what counts is the date you send it, not the date we receive it; details in the returns section.

Delivery methods

When placing an order, choose the convenient option:

Courier to door — the courier delivers the order to the specified address and contacts you by phone before delivery.
To the pick-up point or post office — pick it up yourself at a convenient time. Indicate the location address or parcel terminal number in the field when registering; when the package arrives, we will send you a receipt code.

Both methods are free. The tracking number will be sent by e-mail immediately after dispatch.

Price

Delivery within the EU is free on orders of €30 or more — it shows as €0.00 in the cart. On orders under €30, delivery costs €4 and is added as a separate line in the cart. The amount in the cart is final: this is exactly what will be debited from the card. There are no hidden fees, courier surcharges or customs duties.

Payment

Choose a payment method when placing an order:

Card on the website — payment takes place immediately, over a secure connection. We accept Visa and Mastercard; the card data is processed by the payment service and is not stored on the website.

The amount to pay in both cases is the same: delivery is free, prices include VAT, there are no hidden fees.
