On the orange collar, the graphite color looks quite subtle. The dog scratched its neck the first evening, then got used to it, and now doesn't react to it at all.
Black collar here, and honestly you barely notice the holder is there. The dark grey just blends in.
Inside, the AirTag doesn't rattle around at all. But on my wide mastiff collar, the holder looks like a tiny bump; I would prefer a larger size.
