The EPE-foam vest keeps your dog's head above water and takes the load off the front paws: the dog swims with all four legs and doesn't tire out. The reinforced back handle lets you lift the dog out of the water in one move — from a boat, a pool or a steep bank.
A dog that is unsure in the water paddles with its front paws only — the body sinks and the dog tires out within minutes. The vest levels the body horizontally and gets all four legs working, while the front section supports the chin so the dog doesn't strain its neck. The shell is abrasion-resistant 600D ripstop oxford; the EPE foam filling doesn't soak up water. There is a D-ring for a leash at the withers and reflective stripes on the handle. Eight designs: Dino, Bee, Crab, Panda, Giraffe, Elephant, Lion and Shark — construction and buoyancy are identical, only the trim differs. Great for the beach, pool, boats and SUP, fishing trips and teaching a puppy to swim; especially useful for brachycephalic breeds (pugs, bulldogs) that struggle to keep their muzzle above water. Measure the chest girth behind the front legs; if between sizes, take the larger one and tighten the straps (check: two fingers fit under a strap, no more). Designs with 3D trim (Panda, Giraffe, Elephant, Lion, Shark) cost €0.40–2.90 more than base ones.
