Popis

The back handle was a lifesaver by the road, though I wish it were a bit softer.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. We will pass your comment regarding the handle's softness on to the manufacturer, as this element is frequently used for close control.

Tobias G.July 24, 2026

It's convenient that you can switch the leash attachment: I clip it to the front by the road, and at the park, I use the top one.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Switching between the front and back rings works really well for different parts of the walk.

Giulia B.July 19, 2026
Convenient at the clinic

I took my spaniel, Nora, to the vet; she usually tries to hide under the chair. The back handle helped me keep her calmly by my side without putting pressure on her neck. Afterwards, we walked near the house using the back ring, and the dog moved freely. I'm very happy with it, I would buy it again.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We are glad the handle came in handy at the clinic and that the back ring worked well for a regular walk.

Sabine L.July 15, 2026

The buckles snap securely, but it's a bit tough to open them with one hand.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. The heavy-duty buckles are designed for a tight fit, so it's best to press both sides simultaneously to open them.

Christian F.July 10, 2026

The buckles click into place easily, I managed to put it on quickly even while wearing gloves.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Convenient fasteners are especially important when your dog doesn't like to wait long before a walk.

Marie K.July 5, 2026

Got this for my senior dog; the handle helps to gently lift her into the car.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The handle can be useful for support, but it's best to lift your dog carefully, taking her condition into account.

Christian F.July 1, 2026

The contrast panels are visible in the evening, although the reflection isn't as bright as on a separate vest.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the honest comparison. The panels do increase visibility, but for dark road areas, we also recommend using a separate glowing or reflective accessory.

Felix W.June 26, 2026

I like that it doesn't tighten; the dog doesn't get anxious when he pulls on the leash.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Yes, the design works by redirecting the pulling force without any tightening mechanism.

Matthias V.June 22, 2026
Calm walks guaranteed

Huge thanks to the creators. It was hard for my corgi to walk without sudden pulling bursts. With the front ring, the dog automatically turns back towards me. It took a couple of weeks to build the habit of walking by my side. The gear is excellent, the Neutral stitching is even.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed story. A proper fit combined with training really does give the best results.

Sophie L.June 17, 2026

I use the top ring in the morning when the streets are empty, and the front one near the school. It's so convenient to switch modes without needing different gear.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing your detailed experience. Having two attachment options is exactly what allows you to adapt to both calm and more challenging routes.

Julien D.June 13, 2026

The strap doesn't twist over the shoulders if you adjust the length evenly first. It was perfect for daily short walks.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. Even adjustment on both sides helps the harness sit more stably.

Andrea N.June 8, 2026

Nice material and good hardware. The metal doesn't jingle too loudly like on cheap models.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We always try to select reliable hardware that doesn't cause discomfort to either the pet or the owner.

Tobias G.June 4, 2026

My wife has been asking to replace the old harness for a long time. Walking with this one is a pleasure. The price-to-quality ratio is simply super.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the high rating. We look forward to seeing you again among our customers.

Laura H.May 31, 2026

The mesh breathes well, the dog didn't overheat, but some hair does get stuck in the lining.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the observation. To remove hair from the mesh lining, it's convenient to use a soft brush or a lint roller before hand washing.

Susanne D.May 26, 2026

The metal rings look sturdy; they didn't bend out of shape after my GSD's pulling. It's just a pity that the coating quickly picked up a couple of minor scratches.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. Minor marks on the metal hardware can appear from contact with the leash clasp; this shouldn't affect its strength.

Lisa C.May 22, 2026

It's convenient to switch the leash from the back to the chest, but the clasp of my old leash fits tightly into the front ring.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. If the clasp is large or has a wide hinge, it can get caught on the front ring; in this case, a leash with more compact hardware is more convenient.

Pieter M.May 18, 2026

I liked that the harness can be quickly adjusted to fit a winter coat. Loosened the straps, buckled up, and the dog walks as usual.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. When using it over clothing, it's important to double-check the tightness of the fit before heading out.

Bram K.May 13, 2026

The reinforced plastic buckles don't look flimsy. Our dog jerked a couple of times, and the fasteners stayed securely in place.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Before every walk, we recommend doing a quick check to ensure the buckles are fully snapped shut.

Maria C.May 9, 2026
Comfortable for small dogs

I have a Jack Russell, Mia, very squirmy and loves to abruptly change direction. Thanks to the multiple adjustment points, I was able to fit the harness snugly but without pressure under the legs. On walks, she doesn't slip out, even when backing away from a scooter. A successful purchase for us.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for describing the fit on an active dog. Proper adjustment really helps reduce the risk of slipping out.

Andreas P.May 5, 2026

The metal rings look reliable; the clasp doesn't attach at an awkward angle and doesn't squeak.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We recommend inspecting the rings and seams from time to time before heading out.

Felix W.May 1, 2026

The harness doesn't slip towards the throat, which is a plus. However, if the dog spins around, the side buckle sometimes ends up too close to the elbow.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the observation. In this situation, it's worth slightly shifting the body adjustment and making sure the buckle stays outside the active movement zone of the leg.

Lisa C.April 26, 2026

The harness doesn't put pressure on the neck; my pug grunts less when he suddenly darts forward.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for describing the results during your walk. It's great that the pressure is distributed across the body, though you should still check the fit regularly.

Camille T.April 22, 2026

Easy hand washing: after a muddy play session, I rinsed it in a basin, and there was almost no wet fabric smell left.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for noting the care instructions. After washing, it's best to dry the harness in the shade without using heat.

Piotr K.April 18, 2026

The harness sits lower on the chest than the throat, so the puppy doesn't cough when making sudden jumps.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. It's important to make sure the harness doesn't ride up to the neck and isn't too loose.

Agnieszka W.April 14, 2026
Helpful in the city

Bought this for my mixed breed, Lucky, who gets nervous near trams. The back handle came in very handy: I can briefly hold him close at the stop without yanking the leash. After a few walks, the harness sits perfectly, and the chest part doesn't slip down. One minor thing: putting it on the first time took a couple of minutes, but then we got used to it.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad the handle helped in the city environment; before heading out, it's always worth checking the fit on the chest.

Susanne D.April 10, 2026

I bought it for a teenage German Shepherd, and the front clip worked better than a regular collar.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. The front clip helps redirect pulling, especially when used together with loose-leash training.

Anna S.April 6, 2026

It’s convenient to grab the dog by the handle when neighbors with a stroller get into the elevator.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The handle helps with brief moments of control, especially in tight spaces.

Lisa C.April 2, 2026

The mesh lining doesn’t restrict movement. My dog doesn’t overheat even during active runs in the park.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We’re glad your pet is comfortable. Breathable materials really do help with proper heat exchange.

Michal N.March 29, 2026
First week with a husky

We have a husky named Rico, and we’ve been walking twice a day for a week now. With a regular harness he would just drag me toward every bush, but with this one, when clipped at the front, it turns him sideways and I have time to give a command. In open areas I switch the leash to the back. I’d buy it again without hesitation.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing such a detailed experience. It’s great that you combine the front clip with commands and use the back ring on calmer stretches.

Stefan M.March 25, 2026

I use the back ring in the park when the dog is already walking calmly beside me.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For a calm walk, the back attachment is indeed convenient.

Tobias G.March 21, 2026

I got it for my corgi because a regular collar pressed on his neck when he lunged forward. Here the pressure goes to the chest, and he coughs less after a pull. We’ve walked every day for two weeks and the stitching is holding up. The only thing I didn’t like is that the chest strap sometimes twists after taking it off.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. After taking it off, we recommend straightening the chest strap before storing it, so the next walk takes less time to adjust.

Sarah W.March 17, 2026

The soft padding on the chest doesn’t rub, but after rain it took longer to dry than I expected.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. After a wet walk, it’s best to blot the padding with a towel and dry the harness in the shade with the straps unbuckled.

Marco R.March 13, 2026
Noticeable after training sessions

We got Fernpaw for sessions with a trainer; we have a large mixed-breed dog named Bruno. The harness itself didn’t make him obedient in a day, but the front clip helped us practice walking beside me without a struggle. We used it almost daily for a month, the mesh inside hasn’t worn through, and the rings feel secure. I’d buy another one for the country house.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed and fair review. The harness works best together with training, exactly as in your case.

Daan V.March 9, 2026

On walks by the canal, my dog used to suddenly pull toward the ducks. With the front ring, it’s become easier to bring him back to me without yanking his neck.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing a specific situation. We’re glad the front attachment helped control lunges more gently.

Sarah W.March 6, 2026

The four adjustment points saved us; our puppy is narrow in the chest, and we got the fit right without any skewing.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Good adjustability is especially important for young dogs and non-standard fits.

Julia S.March 2, 2026

The handle on the back helped at the crossing; I quickly kept my Labrador close.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. The handle is designed precisely for short moments of control in situations like that.

Hannah B.February 26, 2026

I liked that there’s no pressure on the throat; our Sheltie has started reacting more calmly to pulls.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the way the pressure is distributed across the body turned out to be comfortable for your dog.

Andrea N.February 22, 2026

The contrasting inserts are visible at dusk, especially when we walk along the bike path.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. For walks after dark, we also recommend using a light or a glowing accessory.

Stefan M.February 19, 2026

The four adjustment points helped fit the harness precisely, but the first setup took me about ten minutes.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. The initial adjustment does take time, but after fitting it, usually you only need to unbuckle the side buckles.

Laura H.February 15, 2026

The mesh inside breathes well; after an active walk there wasn’t a damp spot under the harness.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing your experience after an active walk. We’re glad the lining proved comfortable.

Erik J.February 11, 2026

The harness survived sand, rain, and a trip in the trunk. The buckles still close just as tightly.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. After wet and dirty walks, we recommend rinsing the harness by hand and drying it in the shade.

Lars O.February 8, 2026

The front loop doesn’t hang too low, and the leash doesn’t get tangled in his paws.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. When the leash is attached at the front, it’s important to watch the leash length and the harness fit.

Antoine L.February 4, 2026

I use the front ring on busy streets, and my dog has stopped winning every lunge. Of course, we’re also working on commands.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the balanced review. You’re right: the harness helps with the mechanics of pulling, while training gives lasting results.

Markus T.February 1, 2026

A lifesaver for travel. The handle on the back lets me quickly pick up my dog or hold him close on the bus. Very practical.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We’re glad the harness met your expectations during trips. Extra control really is indispensable on public transport.

Alejandro G.January 28, 2026
For a strong dog

Our young boxer started pulling sharply toward other dogs this spring. With this harness, I clip the leash to the front ring on busy streets, and the lunge is much easier to stop. At home I check the stitching and buckles, and so far everything looks neat. Completely happy with the purchase.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For strong dogs, regularly checking the stitching, rings, and buckles is especially important.

Michael B.January 25, 2026

On a calm walk, the back ring is convenient, but the metal sometimes taps quietly against the buckle.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for noting this detail. A slight sound is possible when the ring is loose, especially if the leash is slack.

Katharina R.January 22, 2026

I liked that it doesn’t tighten around the neck, but with a sudden lunge the harness shifted slightly to the side.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. If it shifts, it’s worth checking the fit around the chest and body again, leaving it snug but not constricting.

Chloe M.January 18, 2026

My dog doesn’t like stiff gear, but she accepted this one calmly. Apparently the mesh lining feels nicer against the body.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We’re glad your dog is comfortable; it’s best to keep the first walks in new gear short.

Daan V.January 15, 2026

We have a young spaniel who pulls toward every bush. With the front ring, he started turning back toward me, and walks are noticeably calmer, especially in the morning. We use the back ring once he’s had a good run. Four stars because you have to measure the size very carefully; the first one fit too tightly.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience. For this model, accurate measurements really are important, especially around the chest, so the harness doesn’t restrict movement or let the dog slip out.

Thomas K.January 12, 2026

The front ring really does turn the dog around, but clipping the carabiner to it isn’t very convenient with gloves on.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For the front ring, it’s more convenient to use a medium-sized carabiner and attach it before leaving the house, especially in cold weather.

Sarah W.January 9, 2026

The four adjustment points helped perfectly fit the harness to our dachshund's shape. Now nothing is loose or digging in.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing your experience. A precise fit is truly critical for a no-pull harness to work correctly.

Matthias V.January 5, 2026

At the vet appointment, the handle helped keep our Labrador in place. However, if I hold it for a long time, it rubs my palm through a thin t-shirt.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The handle is designed for brief control in situations like vet visits or on the go; for longer restraint, it's best to additionally control the dog with a leash.

Christian F.January 2, 2026

We use the back ring for regular walks. It's a great feature for calm walks without extra pressure.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. The back attachment is excellent for a measured pace and a relaxed tempo.

Michael B.December 30, 2025

I really liked the soft chest padding; my short-haired dog didn't get any chafing after a long walk.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for noting the fit and chest comfort. We recommend periodically checking the harness fit before walks.

Nicolas R.December 27, 2025

Bought this for my French Bulldog because a regular collar didn't suit him. With this harness, pulling force is transferred to the chest, and he breathes easier.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For dogs with sensitive necks, it's especially important to correctly distribute the weight and choose the right size.

Markus T.December 24, 2025

At the vet appointment, the handle helped keep my Corgi calm on the scales.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are glad the handle helped gently control your dog at the clinic.

Marie K.December 21, 2025

The material washed off easily after a muddy trip to the park, but hand-washing takes longer than just throwing it in the machine.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Hand washing helps preserve the shape of the padding and the hardware; for a quick clean, you can first rinse off the mud with warm water.

Katharina R.December 18, 2025

Bought this for my Husky. Walks used to be torture; she used to drag me all over the city. The front ring changes the pulling direction — the dog turns around and stops pulling like a train. I am absolutely thrilled with this mechanism, with no shocks or choking.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Changing the pulling vector is the core principle of this no-pull harness; we are glad you appreciated the results.

Katharina R.December 16, 2025

The nylon strap is thick, and after a week of daily walks, there are no frayed threads visible.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for noting the strap's condition after use. Regardless, it's always a good idea to quickly check the edges and seams before walks.

Andreas P.December 13, 2025

The nylon webbing looks sturdy, but the edge near the adjustment buckle was a bit stiff at first.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The webbing edge might feel stiff during the first few walks; it's important to check that it isn't digging into the armpit area.

Sanne de J.December 10, 2025

The breathable mesh is nice, and the skin is dry after an hour of walking. It's just that sand doesn't shake out of it immediately.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. After walking on sand, it's best to let the harness dry and brush the mesh with a soft brush.

Julia S.December 7, 2025

Bought it for the handle on the back. It's very convenient for holding the dog near crosswalks and in the vet's line; the fabric is pleasant to the touch.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The control handle really does provide extra safety in crowded places.

Sabine L.December 5, 2025

Took measurements in advance as stated in the instructions. It fits like a glove with no slipping out. The contrasting accents look stylish.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase. Correctly measuring the girths is the key to a safe fit and proper harness function.

Laura H.December 2, 2025

Washes easily by hand and dries quickly. It's great that there are no buckles that rust after an accidental dip in the river.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We are glad caring for the harness isn't difficult. Indeed, hand washing in warm water maximizes the lifespan of the gear.

Matthias V.November 30, 2025

I took measurements in advance; the size fits snugly, and the dog doesn't twist out when turning around.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Correctly taken measurements really do help avoid a loose fit.

Stefan M.November 28, 2025
Great gear for active walks

Bought this for my Boxer. The nylon webbing is excellent, and the seams are even. The rings are metal. One minor remark: the plastic on the buckles seems a bit flimsy, but in practice, it holds up fine so far.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your detailed review. The buckles are made of reinforced plastic that can withstand heavy loads, but we have passed your comment on to quality control.

Thomas K.November 25, 2025

The front ring really works. Our Labrador has stopped pulling like crazy; walks have become calm.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We are glad the harness helped manage the pulling. To reinforce the results, we recommend using the back attachment after training.

Andreas P.November 23, 2025
Fernpaw Quality

Bought it a week ago. The dog is comfortable, and the pulling has stopped. It's great that there's no choking effect on the dog's neck. The stitching quality is top-notch; I highly recommend it to everyone and would buy it again.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We appreciate your review. Redistributing the weight onto the chest truly protects your pet's neck from injuries.

Anna K.November 21, 2025

After the rain, the material dried quickly in the hallway; there was no damp smell.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. After a wet walk, it's best to unzip the harness and let it dry completely.

Michael B.November 19, 2025

The mesh lining breathes perfectly. My dog no longer gets chafing on her chest like she did with old leather gear.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. The mesh material was specifically chosen to prevent overheating and chafing.

Thomas K.November 17, 2025

The front ring really helped: our Beagle now turns back toward me instead of flying forward.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are glad the front attachment helped make walks with your Beagle calmer.

Carlos M.November 15, 2025

The dog pulls less on the front ring, but most importantly, it doesn't chafe her chest. This worked out perfectly for us.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Chest comfort and proper leash attachment really make a huge difference during a walk.

Markus T.November 14, 2025

It kept its shape after hand washing, but I had to dry it in the apartment for almost the entire evening.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The thick padding can take longer to dry, so it's best to dry the harness in a well-ventilated area, not on a radiator.

Sanne de J.November 12, 2025

The padding on the body is soft; after an hour in the woods, our Dachshund's fur was lying flat, and I didn't see any chafing marks.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. After long walks, it's useful to check the areas under the chest and behind the front legs.

Andrea N.November 11, 2025

For our Beagle, the front attachment noticeably reduced the urge to chase pigeons, but it didn't solve the problem on its own: we are still working on the 'heel' command. It fits snugly and doesn't rub anywhere. Deducted a point because I wish the fitting instructions were more detailed.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your detailed experience. You are right; a no-pull harness works best alongside training, and we will pass your suggestion for clearer fitting instructions on to the team.

Sabine L.November 10, 2025

After hand washing, it didn’t lose its shape; I dried it on the balcony in the shade.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detail about care. This way of washing and drying helps preserve the harness materials.
