The TPR handle really doesn't slip in the hand. It's comfortable to hold even if your hand is wet from washing your pet.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. The non-slip grip really does increase comfort during the procedure.

Agnieszka W.July 25, 2026

Definitely worth the money. The specs say it's for dogs and cats, and we use it on both.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The versatility of the tool is indeed very convenient for owners of different pets.

Daan V.July 21, 2026

I constantly brush my Pomeranian, there's a lot of hair on the brush, but the handle is too short for a large hand.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. The dimensions of the handle are standardized, however, you can hold it a bit higher for better comfort.

Bram K.July 17, 2026

My Corgi sheds non-stop. This de-shedder helps collect the undercoat quickly and efficiently.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For breeds with a dense undercoat, like Corgis, this tool is truly indispensable.

Sarah W.July 14, 2026

The plastic body slips a little in the hand if you wash it with soap. Otherwise, there is noticeably less hair on the couch.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. When washing the item, we recommend holding it by the upper part with the teeth to prevent the plastic base from slipping.

Lisa C.July 10, 2026

We have a Maine Coon. Regular brushes couldn't handle it. This one does the job, especially the side with the wide-set teeth.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. For long-haired breeds, this tool is perfectly suited.

Christian F.July 6, 2026

Stainless steel teeth that don't bend from the hair. It got through one tangle my Poodle had; otherwise, everything is superb.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. The steel is indeed durable, the main thing is not to use the brush on tight mats.

Andreas P.July 3, 2026

I've been looking for a replacement for my old Furminator for a long time. There are no blades here; the brush doesn't cut the hair, it only brushes it out. This is important to me.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for choosing our store. The tool is indeed safe because it doesn't cut, but only removes dead hair.

Lars O.June 29, 2026

Everything matches the description. Two sides made of stainless steel, plastic body. Top quality for the money.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your rating. We are glad that the product's specifications were confirmed in practice.

Markus T.June 25, 2026

Got it for our Shepherd, it removes the undercoat like a charm, but if you press a little harder, the comb squeaks a bit.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. A slight squeak of the plastic is possible when pressing hard; this does not affect the functionality of the tool.

Piotr K.June 22, 2026

Build quality is top-notch. The plastic and rubber handle are joined reliably, nothing squeaks during use.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We carefully monitor the build quality of our products.

Camille T.June 18, 2026

It's convenient to have two functions in one brush. First, I comb out the tangles, then smooth the coat. The dog looks well-groomed.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase. The combined approach really gives an excellent visual effect.

Pieter M.June 15, 2026

Bought it for a Shepherd. The metal side pulls out the dead undercoat perfectly. The comb smooths things down.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Dogs with an undercoat really do need this kind of regular grooming.

Carlos M.June 11, 2026

Ordered it because my dog has medium-length hair. Fits perfectly, there's significantly less hair on the couch.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for choosing Fernpaw. For pets with medium-length hair, the brush is indeed effective.

Stefan M.June 8, 2026
Does the job

I use it on my Labrador once every three days. The dense side smooths the topcoat perfectly, the dog shines. But the wide-set rake teeth go too softly over the dense undercoat; I have to press down, even though the instructions say to work without applying pressure. If I don't press at all, it pulls out very little fluff.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. For a dense undercoat, a slight increase in pressure is allowed, provided that the rounded tips do not cause discomfort to the pet.

Andreas P.June 4, 2026

The tool is lightweight and fits nicely in the hand, but it only effectively pulls hair out when using the opposite side.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. We recommend alternating sides: first use the wide-set teeth for the undercoat, then the dense comb.

Christian F.June 1, 2026

The teeth are perfectly rounded. The cat even purrs when I brush its sides, absolutely no aggression on his part.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are glad that your cat enjoyed the brushing procedure.

Katharina R.May 28, 2026

Happy with the purchase, there's no more hair lying around on my clothes. The brush tackles the undercoat brilliantly.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We are glad the item met your expectations.

Erik J.May 25, 2026
Perfect tool for dogs with an undercoat

I looked for a long time to replace my old Furminator. Stumbled upon the Fernpaw brush and ordered it. I have two Welsh Corgis with a dense undercoat. The description states that the side with long, wide-set teeth pulls out the dead undercoat, while the dense comb removes the already loosened hair. I decided to test it in practice and also break up the small tangles that appeared behind the ears. Everything worked perfectly. An important detail: the teeth don't scratch the animals' skin because the tips are rounded. The TPR handle prevents the brush from slipping out of your hand. Maintenance is a breeze: I just remove the hair and rinse it with water. I definitely recommend buying it.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for such a detailed review. Wishing health to your Corgis and happy use.

Bram K.May 21, 2026

The tool is reliable, but the hair between the rows of the dense comb gets stuck fast.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. To remove hair from the dense comb, we recommend cleaning it immediately after the procedure, before it gets packed down.

Michael B.May 18, 2026

Bought it for my cat. The wide-set rake teeth glide through tangles perfectly. No pressure needed, just as the manufacturer advises.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. Indeed, the rounded tips require gentle use without strong pressure.

Pieter M.May 14, 2026

It removes shedding hair well, but the rubber smell from the grip hits your nose right out of the package.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. A slight technical smell from the thermoplastic rubber is possible right after production; it quickly dissipates after the first wash.

Antoine L.May 11, 2026

My dog's undercoat was coming out in clumps. I manage it in 10 minutes. The brush is not for cutting, which completely suits me.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. This is a good and safe tool for a shedding pet.

Daan V.May 8, 2026

I was hesitant because of the rounded tips, thinking they wouldn't grip the undercoat well. But no, it works 100%.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The rounded shape of the teeth is designed specifically for the safe and effective removal of dead hair.

Tobias G.May 4, 2026

Definitely not for short-haired breeds. We got it for our Dachshund, practically useless. But it works perfectly for our second dog, a mixed breed.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your honest review. As stated in the description, the tool is indeed not suitable for short-haired breeds without an undercoat.

Michael B.May 1, 2026

The brush works and removes dead hair, but the fine-toothed comb could be a little wider.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. The size of the working area is balanced for most breeds, but we have taken your note into account.

Nicolas R.April 27, 2026

It combs out the undercoat without pressure, just as the manufacturers recommend. Very humane for animals.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Working without strong pressure really is important for your pet's comfort.

Daan V.April 24, 2026

Good brush, combs out wonderfully. The ends of the teeth are rounded, I checked them with my fingers, they don't scratch the skin.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. Animal safety in production is a priority for us.

Great Thing for Long Hair

My St. Bernard girl Lessie sheds terribly. This Fernpaw brush has been a lifesaver, we put the dog through it every evening. I’m taking off one star only because the plastic cover on the handle is wearing down a little near the joint with the metal; there turned out to be a small burr there. I had to sand it with sandpaper. The actual combing mechanism is excellent, and now there’s no dog hair on my clothes.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. We apologize for the small burr on the plastic; we will strengthen quality control in production. We’re glad the brush helped with shedding.

Sanne de J.April 18, 2026
Excellent for a Bichon

I bought the Fernpaw brush for my Bichon Frise. I’ll say right away that of course it won’t handle dense felted mats; for that you need a groomer with clippers. But for everyday care it’s a real find. The side with the long, widely spaced rake teeth gently works through small tangles, and the fine comb smooths the guard hair perfectly and collects the fluff. The TPR handle is very comfortable and doesn’t slip in your hand even if you brush the dog for a long time. After the procedure, I simply rinsed the hair off under water. For this money it’s an excellent working tool, no need to buy two different combs. I’m completely satisfied with the quality.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. You are absolutely right that only a groomer can handle dense felted mats, while this model is ideal for daily care.

Sanne de J.April 14, 2026

The hair stays on the brush, not on the sofa. I’m completely satisfied with the purchase and will recommend it to friends.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your rating. We hope you enjoy using it.

Bram K.April 11, 2026

Everything works as described. If the fur is felted into a dense mat, the brush won’t handle it; we had it cut by a groomer. It combs through the rest.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the honest review. You are absolutely right in assessing the tool’s capabilities.

Chloe M.April 8, 2026

An excellent way to deal with fluff in the apartment. It combs out the undercoat without damaging the guard hair. I recommend it to everyone.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the recommendation. We’re glad the tool solves the problem of shedding hair.

Thomas K.April 5, 2026

It handles my cat’s undercoat very well. There’s no cleaning button, but the hair comes off with a finger in a second. I’m happy with the purchase.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the review. We’re glad the brush worked well for your cat.

Camille T.April 1, 2026

The brush collects a lot of fluff from the sofa and the dog, but the marking on the metal wore off after two weeks.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the review. The marking is informational and may wear off when in contact with coarse fur; this does not affect the quality of its performance.

Piotr K.March 29, 2026

It grabs the fluff. The plastic body is sturdy, it didn’t break when I accidentally stepped on it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. We wish the tool a long service life.

Markus T.March 26, 2026

The brush does not cut the hair. This is important to me, as I’m afraid of injuring the dog with blades. Here it’s only combs, an excellent deshedding tool.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. This tool is designed specifically for gentle combing without cutting.

Anna K.March 23, 2026

The packaging was a little crumpled, but the brush itself was intact. It combs the cat very well, a lot of hair stays on it.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We apologize for the packaging. We’re glad the product itself arrived intact and does its job.

Giulia B.March 20, 2026

It combs the undercoat well. I wash it under water after each pet, and it dries quickly.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. Keeping the tool clean is very important.

Andrea N.March 17, 2026

I ordered it to Germany. It was delivered quickly. I used it 3 times on my cat, the result is excellent.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your order. We’ll be glad to see you among our customers again.

Julia S.March 14, 2026
Combs Out the Undercoat Well

I got it for a Maine Coon. The side with the widely spaced teeth works through mats on the ruff very well. I took off a star because after washing it under water, fine fluff gets stuck at the base of the teeth and it takes quite a while to wash it out; a regular shower doesn’t help. Overall it’s a worthwhile item, the cat didn’t scream, and the rounded tips don’t scratch the skin.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. To clean the base of the teeth, we recommend using an old toothbrush under moderate water pressure; this will speed up the process significantly.

Katharina R.March 10, 2026

The hair comes off the teeth easily, but it lacks a self-cleaning button. You have to remove everything by hand.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your rating. This model is not equipped with a self-cleaning mechanism in order to make the design more reliable; the hair is easy to remove by hand.

Marie K.March 7, 2026

The rounded tips are safe, the cat doesn’t run away, but the brush seemed small to me.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the review. The compact size was chosen for easier maneuvering over the animal’s body, so as not to frighten the pet.

Marie K.March 4, 2026

I made sure that you need to be careful. Without strong pressure it works gently, and the dog doesn’t run away.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. Gentle use without pressure really is the key to a good result.

Christian F.March 1, 2026

The stainless steel teeth are sturdy, but the brush feels quite heavy if you brush the dog for a long time.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the review. The weight is due to the use of metal teeth for durability; we recommend taking breaks during long brushing sessions.

Sabine L.February 26, 2026

I got it for a dog with an undercoat. The description correctly says that it is not suitable for short-haired breeds. It suited us 100%.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the review. We try to describe the intended use of our products as accurately as possible.

Sarah W.February 23, 2026

I’m ordering a second one just like it. My mom took the first one for her cat. The TPR handle fits in the hand like a glove.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your repeat purchase and high rating.

Laura H.February 20, 2026
Excellent Brush for a Long-Haired Cat

I have a Persian cat named Musya. Before this purchase, brushing was torture for both of us. I bought Fernpaw and decided to try the side with the long, widely spaced teeth for mats. It goes through very well, and the dead undercoat comes out in clumps. At the same time Musya sits calmly, because the teeth are rounded and I work without strong pressure. The other side with the fine comb collects the already loosened hair. The sofa has become noticeably cleaner, and I’m ordering a second one as a spare. I’m completely satisfied with the product.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. We wish your pet good health and are glad the tool suited her perfectly.

Matthias V.February 18, 2026

The materials are good quality, but after washing, water drains from inside the handle for a long time; there is a cavity there.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the review. After washing, we recommend shaking off the remaining water and placing the brush teeth-up so it can dry completely.

Alejandro G.February 15, 2026

I groom my cat at home. The brush removes shed hair, and the cat doesn’t meow from pain. The tips are safe.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. The rounded tips ensure the animal’s comfort when used correctly.

Sabine L.February 12, 2026

Excellent Fernpaw brush. The two sides do different jobs, making it very convenient to switch between them right in the middle of grooming.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The dual-sided design really does save time.

Susanne D.February 9, 2026

Arrived quickly. The two sides really work: one untangles mats, the other picks up loose fluff. Highly recommend.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The dual-sided design truly makes grooming more efficient.

Julia S.February 6, 2026

Got this for my collie. The wide teeth glide through elbow mats without any pain. The dog doesn't run away when she sees this brush.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Collies are a beautiful breed, and we're glad the tool made coat care easier.

Lisa C.February 3, 2026

Very lightweight! The plastic body doesn't add unnecessary weight. It's an absolute pleasure to use.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. The lightweight really does make the grooming process much more comfortable.

Michal N.February 1, 2026

High-quality stainless steel. The long teeth penetrate deep into the coat and pull out all the undercoat.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. The shape of the teeth is indeed specifically designed for deep penetration.

Marie K.January 29, 2026

Super tool for cats. The dense side works like a massager; my baby comes and lies down next to me as soon as I pick it up.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. It's great that brushing has become a pleasant experience for your pet.

Katharina R.January 26, 2026

The handle has an excellent non-slip grip, so my hand doesn't get tired when brushing our huge St. Bernard.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. The ergonomic handle really helps when grooming large breeds.

Thomas K.January 23, 2026

The two-sided option is convenient, but the TPR handle could be a bit thicker. Otherwise, the tool does an excellent job.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We will take your remark regarding the thickness of the TPR handle into account when developing future batches of the product.

Julien D.January 21, 2026

It's advertised as stainless steel, and so far there's no rust from washing it under the tap. Will keep using it.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. The material of the teeth is indeed water-resistant.

Sanne de J.January 18, 2026
4 out of 5 for quality

Ordered the Fernpaw for my cat. The metal is genuinely sturdy and doesn't bend, which is a plus. However, the plastic edge near the comb was a little sharp, so I trimmed off the excess with a knife myself. No complaints otherwise: both sides work well, pulling out the undercoat perfectly, and the couch is now clean. I only regret not buying two right away.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. We apologize for the rough plastic edge; we will strengthen the quality control of the molding process at the factory.

Felix W.January 15, 2026

Top-notch deshedding tool, but it slips in the hand because the grip doesn't cover the entire length of the handle.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The TPR grip is located in the holding area, but we will take your remark about its length into consideration.

Antoine L.January 13, 2026
A lifesaver for the couch

I was looking for a solution for pet hair on the furniture. Decided to try this dual-sided Fernpaw brush and have no regrets. I have two cats, one of them fluffy, and hair was everywhere. Now I brush them every two days. The sparse rake teeth pull out the fluff that used to stay on the couch and my clothes. The other side, with the dense comb, acts like a polisher, picking up all the fine hairs and smoothing the topcoat. It's easy to rinse under water and dries quickly. If you have medium or long-haired pets—go for it without hesitation. The tool is not meant for clipping, which was exactly what I needed.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review and thorough description of your experience using it. We are glad that the pet hair problem on your furniture has been solved.

Susanne D.January 10, 2026

Great for daily use, pulls out the undercoat nicely. It's a shame there's no loop to hang it on a hook.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase and rating. We will take your wish to add a hanging loop into account in future versions of the product.

Matthias V.January 8, 2026

Completely satisfied with the purchase, would buy it again. A clean house and a happy cat, thanks Fernpaw.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review and high rating.

Nicolas R.January 5, 2026
An excellent helper at home

Brought home two cats and a dog, hair was everywhere. Bought this Fernpaw deshedding tool. At first, I thought it wouldn't handle dog hair, but the side with dense teeth removes the already shed hair just perfectly. The other side, with sparse long rake teeth, handles cat mats well. The plastic is sturdy, and the handle with the TPR grip sits comfortably in the palm. After a session, I just rinse it with water, and the hair comes off easily. I am very satisfied, would buy it again without hesitation.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. Regular use of the brush will help prevent the formation of mats.

Julien D.January 3, 2026
Does a great job brushing

I looked for a long time to replace my old deshedding tool and stumbled upon this dual-sided brush. I have two German Shepherd mixes, so there's a sea of hair. The sparse side pulls out all the dead undercoat, while the dense side gathers it from the top. Four stars because the dogs were initially scared of the metallic sound when running it through the coat. I had to train them for a few days with treats. Now everything is fine, no dog hair on clothes at all, and I will recommend it to my dog-owning friends.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. The metallic sound when brushing out a dense undercoat is normal, and we are glad your pets were able to adapt.

Andrea N.December 31, 2025

Good brush, but there wasn't a single word in Russian on the packaging, so I had to look for instructions on the website.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. We are working on adding a translation to the packaging for our market; all information is also available on the product page.

Stefan M.December 29, 2025

I like that the brush is easy to wash under the tap. After brushing, I just rinse and dry it—very hygienic.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for choosing Fernpaw. Maintaining the tool really doesn't take much time.

Felix W.December 26, 2025

The body material is sturdy. I accidentally dropped it on a tiled floor; the plastic didn't crack and the teeth didn't bend.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We hope the tool will serve you for a long time.

Andrea N.December 24, 2025

I have a British Shorthair. I thought it wouldn't suit her due to her dense coat, but the sparse teeth comb through the fluff wonderfully.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. British Shorthairs really do require thorough undercoat care.

Sophie L.December 22, 2025

Removes mats excellently and smooths the topcoat, but the length of the sparse teeth could have been greater.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your rating. The length of the teeth is optimized to safely pass through the undercoat without the risk of injuring the pet's skin.

Stefan M.December 19, 2025

Got this for a Maine Coon. The dense comb brushes out the fluff instantly; there's half as much hair on the carpets now.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Maine Coons require thorough grooming; we are glad the brush is up to the task.

Lisa C.December 17, 2025
Helps with mats

Our cat constantly gets matted fur on his belly. This brush does a decent job of working through fresh mats in a couple of sessions. However, if the clump is already as dense as felt, it just slides over it, exactly as stated. Hence the 4 stars—I have to keep an eye on the cat every day so I don't miss any felt-like mats forming.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. You are absolutely right; severe felted mats can only be removed by a groomer using clippers. This tool is designed for prevention.

Anna S.December 15, 2025

I liked that this isn't a clipping tool. It didn't damage the dog's topcoat; everything was neat and safe.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. This tool works gently without cutting the hair.

Laura H.December 13, 2025

The steel really doesn't rust, but the tips are rounded a bit too much and don't grab fine hair very well.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. This model is designed for animals with an undercoat; its effectiveness may indeed be lower for harsh topcoats.

Tobias G.December 11, 2025

It’s a great tool. It removes the undercoat really well, but it didn’t handle dense felted mats, just as the description said.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your honest review. Unfortunately, tightly matted fur will require a groomer.

Camille T.December 8, 2025

The tool doesn’t cut the fur, which is a plus. I was afraid of trimming my cat’s guard hairs, but the teeth here are safe.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The tool gently removes only dead fur while preserving the guard hairs.

Susanne D.December 6, 2025

We have a long-haired cat. This brush has been a lifesaver for our clothes; now there’s no fur on them.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We’re glad the problem with fur on your clothes has been solved.

Nicolas R.December 4, 2025

Overall it works, but the teeth scratch the plastic if you press too hard, leaving white marks.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We recommend avoiding excessive pressure, as the rounded tips are designed to work without force.

Tobias G.December 2, 2025

The fine-tooth side works perfectly, but the wide teeth are spaced too far apart for my dog.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The tooth spacing is designed for medium and long coats; for short-haired breeds, this option may be more than needed.

Julien D.November 30, 2025

A perfectly decent product. The handle shape feels a little unusual at first, but you get used to it quickly. Overall, it’s a working tool.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review and rating. We hope the brush serves you well for a long time.

Thomas K.November 28, 2025

The double-sided design saves space nicely. The metal teeth have no burrs, and the plastic doesn’t creak. I’d buy it again.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We’re glad you appreciated the quality of the materials and the convenience of the double-sided design.

Markus T.November 27, 2025
Best Tool for Mats

I bought this model for my golden retriever named Max. We had tried a bunch of combs before, but this one handled the job better than all of them. One side with the wide teeth worked through the dense mats behind his ears and on his feathering in literally three passes. The other side smooths the guard hair, and the dog looks like he’s just been groomed. The stainless steel teeth are sturdy; I checked them by touch, and they’re rounded, so they don’t scratch the skin. The plastic body is lightweight. Overall, it’s an excellent tool, and we’ll be getting another one as a backup. We’ve been using it for about a month almost every day.

I liked that there’s no need to buy anything extra. The comb is ready to use straight out of the box.

It really works. It removes the undercoat, and the fur doesn’t fly all over the room.

The fine comb doesn’t scratch the skin. I ran it over my dog’s back, and the guard hair became shiny and lay smooth.

It brushes out dead hair well. The teeth are listed as stainless steel; so far there’s no rust after drying.

All the Fur Ends Up on the Brush

Our shepherd sheds every spring. This thing really collected all the dead undercoat, and the furniture is clean now. The fact that the teeth are steel and not plastic is a huge plus; they don’t bend. The teeth are smooth and don’t hurt the dog. I use it without pressing hard, just as written in the instructions on the website.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. It’s true that when brushing, it’s important not to press down on the tool so the process stays comfortable for your pet.

The waterproof body is genius. I brushed my short-haired dog and then just rinsed it under the tap.

We got it for our Maine Coon. The wide-tooth side removes the fluff around the scruff really well, and there’s noticeably less fur in the apartment.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We’re glad the brush suited your pet and helped solve the problem of shedding fur.

We have an older cat with mats on his back. The side with the long teeth gently works through the clumps without harming the skin.
