**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great bowl that really works** I bought this bowl from the manufacturer as a slow bowl for my dog, and the difference in the speed of eating was immediately noticeable. The design slows the process down a lot, which helps with digestion and prevents that “inhale all your food in 10 seconds” situation. Now you can clearly see that the dog is eating slowly. The bowl feels durable and doesn't slip while eating. It is also easy to clean, especially if you rinse immediately after use. The size is good for medium to large dogs, and the 4-cup capacity is enough for a full meal without the need to top up. The only small downside is that it can be a little annoying to clean if food gets stuck in the deep grooves, especially wet food. But this is not critical at all. Overall, a simple but very effective thing to help your dog eat more slowly and get used to a normal diet.
Awesome bowl and just the right size for my dog. Mine loves to sweep up food in less than a minute. I feed her 1/3 cup 4 times a day homemade food... minced chicken with vegetables. I wanted to find a bowl that wasn't too big for such a small amount of food. This one fit well, as you can see in the photo. Now she eats much longer. She recently had acid reflux and needs small portions and to eat slowly. The bowl does not slip thanks to the rubber band on the bottom. It is very light, so it is convenient to take on trips. Made from bisphenol A (BPA) free material, which I really like. The thickness is also just right. I definitely recommend it.
I really like it and it worked great for my dog because she eats much slower now. Looks like the picture, but is a little difficult to clean.
My son came over one morning while we were feeding our large dogs and noticed how great this bowl was at slowing them down. We have been using these bowls for many years and the difference is huge. He said his dog eats too fast and sometimes throws up, so I ordered one for him to have delivered straight to his home. After the first breakfast with her, he called me and said: “Wow, she works really cool.” His dog began to eat much more slowly and did not vomit after eating as before. The bowl itself is well made, seems durable and works great for large dogs. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. If your dog is eating too quickly, this is one of those simple solutions that actually works.
I give 4 stars only because of the capacity. I ordered medium and thought that 2 cups would be normal, since I only give my dog one cup at a time. It turned out that this is 2 cups in fluid ounces - one cup of dry food fits snugly and no more. Otherwise the quality and durability is great and it really slows my dog down while eating. I wash it on the top shelf of the dishwasher, no problem. And it doesn't slip on the floor.
Dense, strong material, easy to clean and does not slip over the entire tile. Definitely makes my dog eat slower.
I took this bowl because my puppy (he is about a year old) was eating at warp speed. I wanted to slow him down somehow. This bowl did the job one hundred percent. We have been using it for some time now and we definitely see that our puppy has begun to eat more slowly. The quality of the bowl is good thick plastic, it works great. I highly recommend it if you are trying to wean your puppy from swallowing food without chewing.
I have a 13 month old Rottweiler/Labrador mix who eats like he can't get enough. Because of this, there were often problems with stomach and intestinal upsets. I bought this bowl based on reviews on the Internet. The bowl fit perfectly. He began to eat much more slowly. Height is good. No noise thanks to hard silicone. Cute light purple color. Made to last. covered our needs well.
A very cool thing for a Golden Retriever, who otherwise swallows food in a couple of seconds. Now this takes a few minutes.
This bowl is a lifesaver! Very durable and well made, but most importantly, it really works. good for gluttonous dogs like mine who tend to gobble up all their food in a jiffy. Since we started using it, he eats much more slowly and calmly. I highly recommend it to all owners of four-legged “vacuum cleaners”!
My cats are huge gluttons, so I decided to buy them a bowl to help them eat more slowly. I've had similar ones before, but I really like this one. It is small, and cats have to work a little to get food from there. Of course, this is not magic, they don’t eat for 3 hours, but the process really drags on. This helps them eat more slowly and avoid vomiting all over the place after eating.
She completed her task and the dog began to eat more slowly. Very good product.
I ordered a purple one in the shape of a flower. The material is durable, even though the dog tried to chew it at first (I took the bowl away after each feeding). I ordered a small size, but it turned out to be larger than I expected - more likely for small and medium breeds. There's some kind of rubber or anti-slip coating on the bottom, so it's not that easy to move. It fulfills its function: before the dog ate all the food in 1-2 minutes, but now it takes him 7-10 minutes. I recommend it for puppies to teach them to eat more slowly.
