Description

The Fernpaw kit allows you to grow fresh cat grass at home without purchasing separate soil and container. Cereal seeds germinate in a light substrate, and the first shoots usually appear after a few days with moderate watering. Fresh grass adds natural nutritional and sensory enrichment to your cat, especially if she lives in an apartment. The container looks neat and does not take up much space on the windowsill. The grass should be offered as an addition to the usual diet and the planting should be regularly updated. Sustainability without loud words: we use packaging made of monomaterial, suitable for recycling in the EU, we work with European production for the sake of a short transport distance, and we indicate the composition honestly - with percentages and without hidden fillers.

All the inconvenience here

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review.

Michael B.July 27, 2026

Coconut substrate is a real find. No dirt around, the soil doesn't scatter across the windowsill. I water moderately as written in the instructions, the sprouts are strong.

Julien D.July 26, 2026

No dirt or soil. The coconut substrate is simply superb for an apartment.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. We are glad you appreciated the cleanliness of using our kit.

Agnieszka W.July 25, 2026

No mess around the litter box, the substrate doesn't scatter like peat.

Alejandro G.July 24, 2026

The kit already includes seeds and substrate. No need to buy extra soil at the garden center, very convenient.

Erik J.July 23, 2026

The grass seed mix is excellent. The inconvenience is that after watering, the water stays on top of the substrate and doesn't drain down immediately.

Anna S.July 22, 2026
Great for a curious kitten

Our kitten was four months old when we got this, and honestly I expected him to ignore it. Instead he sat and watched the blades come up for almost a week before he started pouncing on them. Good sensory enrichment for a cat who never goes outside, and I like that the substrate has no chemicals in it — that was the main reason I picked this over a garden-center option.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. What a wonderful story! We are glad that our kit became not only a healthy supplement but also a toy for your little one.

Lisa C.July 21, 2026
Luna approves

My Abyssinian, Luna, spends her whole life indoors, so I bought this mostly to give her something to sniff at. She actually got curious about the growing process itself, checking the container right after I watered it. The sprouts were up within four days, and the blades are soft enough that she never damages her teeth on them. I replant every few weeks now so she always has fresh grass, and it's nice that the packaging can be fully recycled — that's not always a given.

Alejandro G.July 20, 2026
Good for an older cat

Grace, my Maine Coon, is nine now and has slowed down a lot, so I wanted to give her something closer to natural enrichment instead of more supplements. What sold me was that there's zero soil mess — the coconut substrate just swells up and fills the tray. It took about six days for thick sprouts to show, and once they did Grace got genuinely interested, ate more, and started grooming herself more than she had in a while. The packaging goes into EU recycling centers too, which matters to me.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for such a detailed and sincere review. We are glad the kit helped your Grace.

Julia S.July 19, 2026

Took about five days for the grass to come up, and it came in strong — the cat was already chewing on it within a day or two after that.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback, the fifth day is an excellent indicator for our grass seeds.

Michal N.July 18, 2026
Third time buying this

This is my third order in six months. I've got a Sphynx who absolutely needs rough fiber in her diet to help move hairballs along. I used to just grow it in a regular pot with garden soil, but she'd dig it up constantly and fling dirt at the walls. With this kit that's basically solved — the roots knit into the coconut substrate tightly enough that she can't scatter it. Practical and easy to keep clean.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your loyalty and detailed story. The dense structure of the substrate really protects against scattering.

Markus T.July 17, 2026

It's convenient that the substrate is already included, no need to look for soil in stores. Everything grew in a week.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment, we really tried to make the process as seamless as possible.

Katharina R.July 16, 2026

The kitten is two months old, eats the grass with pleasure. Sensory enrichment is top-notch.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review, the composition is perfectly suited for pets of any age.

Pieter M.July 15, 2026

Convenient kit format. It has everything you need right away. Put it on the windowsill, and the first sprouts appeared in a few days. EU production is also a plus.

Christian F.July 14, 2026

Short shipping distance, arrived quickly. The substrate dusts a bit when unpacking, better to moisten it immediately.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. Dry coconut substrate can create some dust, we recommend opening the package carefully.

Katharina R.July 13, 2026

Happy with the purchase, the coconut substrate swelled quickly and sprouted. The cat is satisfied.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Before planting, ensure the substrate is evenly moist but not waterlogged.

Marco R.July 12, 2026

The Fernpaw sprouting kit works perfectly, grows thickly.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. We are glad the planting density met your expectations.

Agnieszka W.July 11, 2026

The kraft label looks stylish. The grass sprouted quickly, the cat immediately started chewing it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the high rating of the design and quality of our Fernpaw kit.

Carlos M.July 10, 2026

The sprouts appeared on time at home. It's a pity there is no lid in the kit to cover the sprouts from the cat at night.

Delphine C.July 9, 2026
Less plastic, more grass

I get annoyed by how much plastic comes with most pet products, so this was a nice surprise — mono-material packaging that's actually easy to recycle in the EU, plus a kraft label that isn't bleached. It's made locally too, no shipping halfway across the world. Watered it moderately per the instructions and it sprouted faster than I expected. My British Shorthair gave it top marks, for whatever that's worth.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the high rating of our eco-friendly approach. We are truly proud to produce our kits in the EU and use recyclable packaging.

Erik J.July 8, 2026

The grass grows in a very dense carpet and quite tall. It's convenient for the cat to bite right out of the container without pulling it out by the roots.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your observations. The structure of the substrate really helps the roots anchor securely at the bottom.

Bram K.July 7, 2026

I liked that they honestly listed the composition with percentages. No junk inside, just pure cereals and coconut.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your attention to detail. We always believe in being honest with our customers.

Carlos M.July 6, 2026

Moderate watering and light, those are all the conditions needed for the grass.

Michal N.July 5, 2026
Sturdier than it looks

I mainly picked this for the container shape — it doesn't wreck the look of the kitchen the way a random plastic cup would. Was half-expecting the cat to tip it over, but it's actually pretty stable. The greens came in thick and she eats them happily. One small annoyance: once you've watered it, the container gets slippery if your hands are wet. Otherwise a genuinely convenient kit, no gardening tools required.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. The surface of the container can be slippery with excess moisture on the outside, just wipe it dry.

Sarah W.July 4, 2026

The unbleached kraft label looks very stylish. It's a small thing, but it's nice that the brand thinks about such things.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for noting our approach to packaging design and sustainability.

Antoine L.July 3, 2026

The kit already has everything you need; just add water. Perfect for lazy people.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you, that is exactly how we designed our kit: maximum benefit with minimal effort.

Thomas K.July 1, 2026

Ours took nine days to show any sprouts at all, well past the 4-7 day window on the box. Grass turned out fine once it finally came up, but the wait was longer than advertised.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Seed germination speed depends on the temperature and lighting in the room. We recommend placing the container in the warmest spot.

Delphine C.June 30, 2026

Sprouted around day five for us. The cat's been eating it happily, and unlike loose soil, this substrate stays put instead of ending up all over the windowsill.

Lisa C.June 29, 2026

No messing around with soil, which is a huge plus. Open it, water it, and wait.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you! We made everything as simple as possible.

Chloe M.June 28, 2026

It looks neat on the window, not embarrassing to show guests. It does not look like a plastic cup.

A. LewandowskaJune 27, 2026

You really can do without any gardening tools here.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your rating. No equipment is needed, apart from a small amount of water.

Christian F.June 26, 2026

We live in an apartment, and the cat was clearly missing fresh greens. This kit solved the problem of chewed-up houseplants. It grows quickly.

Pieter M.June 25, 2026

No difficulties with planting. A bright windowsill and a little water are enough.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We are glad that growing grass at home did not cause you any difficulties.

Markus T.June 24, 2026

The coconut substrate holds moisture well. I water it once every couple of days, and that is enough to keep the seeds from drying out.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. You are right, the coconut substrate retains the moisture needed for germination very well.

Nicolas R.June 23, 2026
Good addition to the diet

Got this as a supplement for my sphynx, who chews on basically anything within reach on the windowsill. The grass came up nicely, and he'd eaten through the first batch in just two days flat. No staining on the furniture, no weird smell either. I'll keep refreshing it since he clearly wants it as a regular thing — bonus points for the mono-material container being recyclable.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad your pet appreciated the fresh greens.

Antoine L.June 22, 2026

Suitable for cats of any age. My old 14-year-old cat happily chews these grains, even though he does not have many teeth left.

Chloe M.June 21, 2026

The container looks neat, not like seedlings on a balcony.

Marie K.June 20, 2026

The grass is good, but it takes about 7 days to grow; I thought it would be faster. Though the description does say 4-7 days. The cat eats it with appetite.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Germination speed can vary slightly depending on the temperature and lighting in the room.

Tobias G.June 19, 2026

The 120 g size turned out to be ideal. It has just enough time to grow, and the cat eats it before the grass starts to turn yellow.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The volume is designed for one full cycle of use.

A. LewandowskaJune 18, 2026

Ours were a bit slow to start — nothing until day seven — but once they broke through, growth took off fast. Looks fresh and healthy now.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Germination speed can depend a little on the room temperature, and we are glad you were pleased with the result.

Maria C.June 17, 2026

A great Fernpaw kit for the home. But the 120-gram weight makes the container light, and the cat moves it with his paw.

Andreas P.June 16, 2026

The container is very neat and does not take up half the windowsill. We have narrow windows, but this little tray fit perfectly. The cat is happy.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We are glad the size of our container was right for your windowsill.

M. CabreraJune 15, 2026

The cat is happy with the fresh grass. The kit has everything, but the container itself is too light at 120 g, and the cat moves it around.

Felix W.June 14, 2026

The cat took to the grass as natural enrichment. When watering, the water runs to the bottom and sits there, and the substrate floats.

Susanne D.June 13, 2026
Does the job, minor gripes

Living in an apartment, I wanted an easy way to give the cat some greenery without a whole gardening setup. I appreciate that the ingredients are listed honestly on the label. Everything came up evenly and roughly on the timeline they promise. My only real complaint is that for the price, there's nothing extra included, and the container itself had a faint factory smell that meant I had to wash it before the first planting.

Nicolas R.June 12, 2026

A neat container, looks great on the windowsill. The grains sprouted thickly.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase. We tried to make the design as clean and simple as possible.

Anna S.June 11, 2026

A convenient kit for an apartment. But it can only be placed in a bright spot; it does not grow at all in the shade.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. Successful germination of grain seeds really does require enough natural light.

Tobias G.June 10, 2026

Water moderately; the main thing is not to flood the seeds.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the advice. Indeed, coconut substrate does not need much water for effective germination.

M. CabreraJune 9, 2026
My Maine Coon is obsessed

My Maine Coon lives strictly indoors and clearly misses the smell of the outdoors. When the grass came in, he spent ages just sniffing it and rubbing his face against the blades before he ever actually started eating. It's a nice-looking kit too, sits well on the windowsill without looking out of place. I'll be ordering another one once this batch wilts.

Laura H.June 8, 2026

It sits neatly on the windowsill and barely takes up any space. A very compact format.

Bram K.June 7, 2026

We have a 5-month-old kitten and an adult cat. It says it's suitable for all ages, and it's true, they both eat it with pleasure.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you, the grains are indeed safe and beneficial for cats at any stage of life.

Julien D.June 6, 2026
Decided to grow our own

We wanted to try growing cat grass ourselves rather than buying pre-grown trays. Liked that it's made in the EU — shorter shipping distance. It took about five days for sprouts to show on the windowsill. My one gripe is the printed instructions are too sparse, so I ended up looking up watering advice online anyway. Kit quality is solid though, and the cat responded well to it.

Maria C.June 5, 2026

No dirt at all, just coconut coir substrate. If the cat accidentally knocks over the tray, it's 100 times easier to clean up.

L. GrimmJune 4, 2026

The container is super neat and fit on a narrow windowsill without any issues, the grass is thick.

Marie K.June 3, 2026

The seeds sprouted evenly without any bald spots. it made a thick green mat

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you, we carefully select grain seeds for a high germination rate.

Thomas K.June 2, 2026

Five days to sprout, and the cat's happy with it. The mono-material box, though, is on the flimsy side — mine arrived with a dent from shipping.

Stefan M.June 1, 2026

Weight is only 120 grams, thought it would be more. there are very few seeds at the bottom, it grew sparsely. the cat eats it but not much.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. The weight of 120g is due to the use of lightweight substrate instead of heavy soil. The amount of seeds is sufficient to densely fill the container; perhaps they didn't get enough light during sprouting.

L. GrimmMay 31, 2026
Musya is a fan

Musya, our Scottish Fold, is picky about food but never says no to fresh greens. I used to buy loose seeds and deal with the mess myself; this kit made things a lot simpler — the container and compressed coconut coir are already sorted for you. Sprouts were up in about five days. She crunches through it happily, and it's good enrichment for her especially on days we're both out at work. Ingredients list is honest, packaging recycles easily. Overall a solid purchase.

Andreas P.May 30, 2026

Nothing came up. It sat in the corner of the kitchen for two weeks and stayed bare soil. Grass should grow wherever you put it, that is what the pictures show.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. The kit needs a well-lit spot and regular watering; the sowing steps are on the pack.

Eva MulderMay 29, 2026

My cat appreciated this sensory enrichment. She used to be bored in the apartment, but now she constantly checks on her sprouts. The 120g weight is optimal for one planting.

Eva MulderMay 28, 2026

The sprouts appear very quickly at home, the small packaging is convenient.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the review. Fast germination is the result of high-quality seed treatment before packaging.

Piotr K.May 27, 2026

The blades of grass are soft and don't scratch the cat's palate. The grains are high quality, the germination rate is almost 100%.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the review. We specifically selected grain varieties with tender shoots.

Sarah W.May 26, 2026

The unbleached kraft label is a nice eco-friendly touch. It's a small thing, but it makes buying it a pleasure.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the review, we try to make our packaging as nature-friendly as possible.

Daan V.May 25, 2026

Coconut coir substrate is the best mess-free option for home.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. Coconut substrate doesn't crumble and retains moisture much better than regular soil.

Camille T.May 24, 2026

The coconut substrate is easy to work with. But there could have been more grain seeds in the bag for thicker growth.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The amount of seeds is calculated for optimal shoot density in this container volume.

Felix W.May 23, 2026

Everything is exactly as promised in the specs. High-quality seeds with a 100% germination rate.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. We carefully test seed germination before packaging.

Bernd L.May 22, 2026

Fits perfectly on a narrow windowsill, takes up no extra space at all. The grass is juicy.

Bernd L.May 21, 2026

An excellent addition to their regular diet. The cat has become noticeably more active since we added the greens.

L. PardoMay 21, 2026

The tray is small, so you get a small amount of grass. Two cats went through it in under a week. For this money there should be enough to last a month.

L. PardoMay 20, 2026

Set it on a bright shelf, watered lightly, and had sprouts within four days.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the review. You did everything right, light and moderate watering give the best results.

Claudia ReuterMay 19, 2026

Would buy again, it's worth the money. I watered it moderately as stated in the instructions.

Piotr K.May 18, 2026

The neat container doesn't take up much room. The grass grew quickly without any issues.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the high rating, we are glad the format suited you.

Sophie L.May 17, 2026

The neat shape of the container looks much better on the shelf than homemade trays made from cut-up bottles.

Claudia ReuterMay 16, 2026

The key seems to be not overwatering — moderate, as the packaging says. Mine all came up within four days doing exactly that.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the helpful tip for other customers, moderate watering is indeed very important.

Daan V.May 15, 2026

Excellent seeds, the grains sprouted very quickly. The cat started sniffing around right away.

Stefan M.May 14, 2026
Saved my dracaena

My cat wouldn't leave my dracaena alone until I got this. Nothing extra to buy — seeds and substrate both come in the box. Put it on the windowsill, watered it, and about a week later had a proper thick patch of grass. The dracaena's been safe ever since; he only wants the kit now. Also glad it's made locally in Europe rather than shipped from somewhere far off. Good regular addition to an indoor cat's routine.

Daniel WagnerMay 13, 2026
Barsik loves his mini lawn

Barsik, my British Shorthair, is a strictly indoor cat, and I wanted to give him something to chew on besides dry kibble. The seeds sprouted in exactly five days, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The container looks tidy enough that it doesn't clash with the living room — I've got it on a bright shelf — and he grazes on his little lawn every single day now.

Andrea N.May 12, 2026

Fresh greens are a great addition to dry food in the diet. I noticed my cat throws up hairballs less often.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Offering grass regularly really does help with digestion.

Daniel WagnerMay 11, 2026

The growing kit is worth the money. Competitors sell plain seeds for more.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your rating. We try to keep the price reasonable while providing a complete kit.

Laura M.May 10, 2026

Planted it without any gardening tools, just poured in water and that was it

Laura M.May 9, 2026

It says moderate watering, but I apparently overwatered it and mold appeared on the substrate. I had to throw the grass away earlier than planned. they need to write more precisely how much water to use.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. In a closed container without drainage, excess moisture can indeed lead to mold. We recommend moistening the substrate with a spray bottle and not allowing water to collect at the bottom.

Valentina D.May 8, 2026
Good enrichment, minor print issue

Bought this specifically to add some food and sensory enrichment to my cat's routine. The ingredient list is transparent with percentages spelled out, which I appreciated. She chewed the greens happily with zero digestive issues afterward. My only complaint is the print on the kraft paper — part of the instructions had faded so badly I could barely read them.

Lars O.May 7, 2026
Thor approves

Thor is a big Maine Coon who chews on absolutely everything, so we got this hoping to redirect him away from the furniture. It's made in the EU with a short shipping route, which I liked. We watered it moderately on the windowsill, and by about a week in there was a proper thick brush of grass. He eats it eagerly — genuinely good food enrichment — and the container is heavy enough that even a cat his size can't knock it over. We'll be repurchasing; the price feels fair for what you get.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the wonderful story about your pet. We are glad the kit stands up to the activity of a large cat.

Michael B.May 6, 2026
Marquis needed a distraction

Marquis, my Maine Coon, has a habit of chewing houseplants, so I wanted to give him something better to redirect toward. The 120-gram size turned out to be just right, no gardening tools needed, just water. It's compact enough to fit on a narrow shelf by the window too. Shoots showed up after about four days. Only issue is Marquis eats it with such enthusiasm that one kit doesn't last long — worth ordering a couple at a time.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. You are right, for large and active cats it is better to have extra kits on hand so you can refresh the grass regularly.

Valentina D.May 5, 2026

Unlike regular soil, the roots do not rot in this light substrate even if you overdo it a little with the water. The grass lasts a long time.

Anna K.May 4, 2026

Sprouted fast for me — third day already — and I was watering quite lightly too.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We are glad you managed to get fast sprouts.

Sophie L.May 3, 2026

The product is made in the EU, and you can feel it. The container is neat and does not smell like chemicals the way cheap alternatives do.

Sandrine L.May 2, 2026

I liked that everything is included in the kit. I use it according to the instructions, water moderately, and it grows great.

Marco R.May 1, 2026

Just poured in water according to the instructions and put it in the light. it grew quickly

Sandrine L.April 30, 2026

The cereal seeds are clean, with no debris. I did not have to rinse or soak them before planting.

Marieke L.April 29, 2026

The mono-material idea for recycling in the EU is excellent. The grass itself came up a bit sparse, and the cat showed almost no interest.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for noting our eco-friendly packaging. If your cat ignores fresh grass, you can try slightly bending a couple of blades so they release the juice that attracts cats.

Marieke L.April 28, 2026

It is convenient that the kit weighs only 120 g; it arrived by post in a regular envelope.

C. SerranoApril 28, 2026

The 120 grams in the kit were enough for dense planting. The coconut soil is light and does not dirty the cat’s paws if he decides to dig around in the grass.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The light substrate really does help keep the area around the container clean.

C. SerranoApril 27, 2026

A sunny corner of the kitchen worked perfectly, the shoots stretched up quickly.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Good lighting really is extremely important for growing healthy grass.

LauraApril 26, 2026

Usually the first shoots appear after a few days; for me it took five days. Everything works great.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase and for sharing your experience.

LauraApril 25, 2026

The coconut substrate holds moisture very well. I did not have to water it every day, very convenient.

Patricia L.April 24, 2026

The packaging is suitable for recycling. I threw it in the blue bin with no problem, everything will be recycled.

Sanne de J.April 23, 2026

The coconut substrate holds moisture really well. The shoots are dense and juicy, and the cat is delighted.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for noting the quality of the substrate.

Patricia L.April 22, 2026

Everything is included, from the seeds to the container, and no gardening tools were needed. The grass sprouted without any problems.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review, we are glad the kit format turned out to be convenient for you.

Timo N.April 21, 2026

The seeds sprouted quickly, and the container is compact. The coconut substrate is mess-free.

Sabine L.April 20, 2026

It's great that the container is already included in the kit. No need to look for suitable dishes or cut up plastic bottles. It looks neat.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We tried to make the container as aesthetic and convenient as possible.

Timo N.April 19, 2026

One planting lasts for about a couple of weeks of active eating. We regularly update it by buying new Fernpaw kits.

Romain D.April 18, 2026

It sprouts at home without tools. The downside is that there are no drainage holes in the container, so water collects inside.

Romain D.April 17, 2026
Cleaner than pot-bought grass

Ordered this for my British Shorthair, and since it's produced in the EU the delivery was quick. Followed the instructions exactly — wet the substrate, scatter the seeds — and by day five there were thick green sprouts. The cat just sniffed at first, then dug in happily. I used to buy potted grass from the flower shop, but the roots would rot more often than not; this stays clean the whole way through.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad that you appreciated the short transit distance and the quality of the substrate.

R. FerrariApril 16, 2026

No mess from the coir. Convenient for an apartment.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review, we tried to make the process as clean as possible.

Anna K.April 15, 2026

It took seven days rather than the four I expected, but the grass grew in fine. Substrate's good too — no dirt tracked through the house.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. Germination times may vary slightly depending on the temperature and lighting in the room.

Lars O.April 14, 2026

Perfect kit for apartment living. Gives the cat something to do, happily chews on it.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you! Environmental enrichment at home is very important for indoor cats.

R. FerrariApril 14, 2026

Bought it for fun, but the grass became a hit. I regularly replant it, just as the manufacturer recommends.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Great approach, regular replanting yields the juiciest grass.

Matthias V.April 13, 2026

Fully transparent ingredients. No hidden fillers, just pure seeds and coir.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for trusting our honest approach to the composition.

Anke T.April 12, 2026

I'm glad I don't have to buy soil separately. The grass sprouted quickly, but wilted just as quickly in the sun.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Young shoots are sensitive to direct sunlight. It's better to keep the container on a bright but shaded windowsill to prolong the freshness of the grass.

Anke T.April 11, 2026

Unbleached packaging is a huge plus. The grass grew quickly and without any extra hassle.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the high rating and for supporting our environmental standards.

Susanne D.April 10, 2026

Loved that no gardening tools are needed in the process. Just opened it, added water, and put it on the window. An excellent option for enriching a cat's diet at home.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. We aimed to make the growing process as simple and clean as possible.

Julia Z.April 9, 2026
A bit small for a big cat

I buy grass for my cat regularly, so figured I'd give this kit a shot. Ingredients are listed honestly, no hidden fillers, which I always check for. My Maine Coon is a big guy and happily chews away at the sprouts, though the container itself, while neat on the windowsill, is a little cramped for a cat his size.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. The container size is designed for standard pets; larger breeds might require a larger surface area.

Julia Z.April 8, 2026

No chlorine bleaching of the paper means it's safe for an animal that loves to chew on the packaging.

Andrea N.April 7, 2026

Great sensory enrichment for my cat. She noticeably started chewing on the indoor ficuses a lot less.

Nicolas T.April 6, 2026
Helped with digestion

My older cat had been struggling with digestion because of hairballs, so I picked this up hoping fresh grass would help naturally — and it did. Glad to see there aren't any hidden fillers or fertilizers in it either, just coconut substrate and the cereal seeds themselves. She's noticeably more comfortable now.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We are so glad that our product helped your older pet with natural stomach cleansing.

Nicolas T.April 5, 2026

I offer it to my pet as a morning diet supplement. Works great as a vitamin boost.

Álvaro V.April 4, 2026

The instructions are simple, no garden tools or trowels needed. Everything is done by hand in a minute.

Álvaro V.April 4, 2026

Sprouted quickly, in about 4 days. the main thing is not to overwater, otherwise the coconut substrate will get moldy. the cat eats it as a supplement to its food.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. You are absolutely right, moderate watering is critically important for proper growth.

Kerstin G.April 3, 2026

Fresh greens appeared quickly, the cat eats it with pleasure. I noticed that the total weight of the kit is quite small, though the container is rather heavy.

Kerstin G.April 2, 2026

Bought it as a trial run. No hidden fillers, just cereal seeds and substrate, and it sprouted on a bright shelf within about five days.

Sergio P.April 1, 2026

The mono-material packaging was the deciding factor in my choice. Dropped it into the recycling bin without any issues. The grass itself grew thick, the cat is happy.

Sergio P.March 31, 2026

A good idea for the home. It's convenient that everything is in one kit, however, the amount of substrate seemed a bit too small for the full volume of the container.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your rating. We recommend lightly moistening and evenly distributing the substrate across the bottom; this volume is sufficient for sprouting.

Camille T.March 30, 2026
Zephyr is a convert

My Thai cat Zephyr is picky and always turned his nose up at the store-bought grass in bags, which wilted before he even touched it half the time. This kit changed that. Grew in quickly, roughly five days, and now he chews on it every morning without fail. His digestion has clearly improved too — hair passes through naturally now instead of causing issues. The container is sturdy and doesn't eat up windowsill space. Will definitely reorder.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review and the great story about Zephyr. We are glad that the grass was to his liking.

Nadine N.March 29, 2026
Third order, still happy

This is my third time ordering. We've got a British Shorthair, Leo, who needs the grass to help bring up hairballs. Used to plant regular seeds in pots with soil, which meant clumps of dirt on the floor constantly — that problem's gone now. The coconut substrate keeps its shape and doesn't dirty his paws, and the container has enough weight that he can't tip it while chewing on the stems. Growth time was honest; ours came up on day six. EU production is a plus for me too, since I like buying things that don't travel far.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed story about using it. We are glad that the coconut substrate solution turned out to be so convenient.

Nadine N.March 28, 2026

Not much upkeep needed — just don't overwater it. Sprouts showed up around day five for us with moderate watering.

Sophie B.March 27, 2026

I got it because there’s no need to buy a separate container. Everything is in one little box, very well thought out.

Sophie B.March 26, 2026
Second month using this

We're on the ninth floor and the cat never goes outside, so this has been a real boredom-buster for her. I'm on my second month of using the kit now. Was worried the coconut substrate would make a mess of the windowsill, but it actually holds moisture really well. Sprouts came up around day five. Ingredients are dead simple — grains and substrate, nothing else — and it's fine for cats of any age. I'll be recommending it to friends with cats.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you very much for the detailed review. We’re glad the kit has been a great solution for your pet.

Giulia B.March 26, 2026

Moderate watering and everything grows beautifully. The seeds are excellent quality and sprout one hundred percent.

Sanne de J.March 25, 2026

The honest ingredient list with percentages inspires confidence. No chemicals, just natural seeds and coconut. The sprouts are green and strong, and my cat likes chewing them.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We always list the ingredients openly so you can be sure the product is safe.

Tobias HoffmannMarch 24, 2026

I refresh the planting regularly once a month. Always a consistently high-quality result with no rot.

Tobias HoffmannMarch 23, 2026

When the grass has run its course, the substrate easily shakes out into organic waste, and the container goes with plastic recycling. Everything is thought through.

SabineMarch 22, 2026

A clean formula with no additives, easy to grow on a window ledge that gets sun.

SabineMarch 21, 2026

No gardening tools are needed. Open it, water it, and in a week it’s ready.

Kevin J.March 20, 2026

The grain seeds are clean, with no mold or debris. For this price, the quality is simply excellent.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review, we use only selected seeds.

Kevin J.March 19, 2026

Wonderful fresh grass for natural enrichment. The cat is delighted, I highly recommend this kit.

Tomasz W.March 18, 2026

It doesn’t get in the way on the windowsill at all, compact.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. The container really does have an ergonomic, space-saving size.

Giulia B.March 18, 2026

The cat grass turned out fresh and fragrant. My pet smells it from meters away and runs to the kitchen.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. Fresh grains really do attract cats with their natural scent.

Laura H.March 17, 2026
Compostable too

Both my cats are strictly indoor, so sensory enrichment matters a lot for them. I grew this without needing a scoop or any gardening tools at all. Sprouted in four days, right on schedule. What I like is that when it's done, the old sprouts and even the packaging can go straight to compost, since the kraft label isn't chlorine-bleached and breaks down fine. Already on my third pack — easy to keep the planting fresh.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed story. We’re very glad the kit has fit so naturally into your pets’ daily life.

Tomasz W.March 16, 2026

Fresh grass adds natural enrichment to my cat’s diet. My pet has become more active and her coat has improved.

Tobias S.March 15, 2026

The timelines stated by the manufacturer are accurate. Usually it takes four days and the grass has already sprouted from below.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. We honestly state the average germination time.

Tobias S.March 14, 2026

At-home diet enrichment should be this simple.

C. KrügerMarch 13, 2026

The grain seeds are good, the cat eats them. But watering without gardening tools is a bit difficult; the bottle spout isn’t convenient.

C. KrügerMarch 12, 2026

Everything is included, as stated. But the coconut substrate takes up little space after watering; it settles a lot.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Dry substrate expands when moistened, but over time it may settle slightly.

GiuliaMarch 12, 2026

Excellent seeds — sprouted by day four. Small gripe: the print on the instructions is tiny, though everything's still legible enough.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your rating and your note about the font; we’ll definitely take this into account in the future.

GiuliaMarch 11, 2026

The chlorine-free kraft label is great. the kit itself is small, only 120 g, but a lot of grass grows. enough for the cat for a couple of weeks.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We’re pleased that you appreciated our efforts to create eco-friendly and safe packaging.

Simone L.March 10, 2026
Safe for sensitive stomachs

My cat has a sensitive stomach, so I always read labels closely before buying anything new. This one lists everything honestly — just grain seeds and coconut substrate, no hidden chemical fillers. I kept it on a bright shelf and watered sparingly. It grew in thick, and she's been eating it as a supplement with zero stomach issues.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your trust. We’re proud of the transparency of our ingredients and their safety for pets.

Simone L.March 9, 2026

Honest ingredient percentages and no chlorine bleaching on the label. A conscious brand.

Silvia D.March 8, 2026

The kraft label without chlorine bleaching looks stylish.

Silvia D.March 7, 2026

A lifesaver for apartment cats. A spot by the window in the kitchen was perfect for placing the tray.

Matthias V.March 6, 2026

Good grass, the cat nibbles on it happily. The container looks stylish and doesn't ruin the look of the kitchen. Will buy more to replant.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Regular replanting will provide your pet with a constant source of fresh greens.

Émilie N.March 6, 2026

Ordered a few sets. Unbleached kraft label, seed composition is honestly stated.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for paying attention to the details of our product.

Émilie N.March 5, 2026

Convenient that everything is included. Didn't have to look for soil separately, planted it right in the same container.

Marcin W.March 4, 2026

Very convenient that everything is included right away, no need to look for soil and a pot separately

Marcin W.March 3, 2026

Honest composition without hidden fillers. I recommend it as a supplement to your cat's diet.

Florian T.March 2, 2026
Finally left my plants alone

Barsik, my British Shorthair, has spent his whole life indoors and has always gone after the houseplants. We tried the 120-gram set on a whim. Glad it's produced in the EU rather than shipped from far away. It sprouted quickly, and now he grazes on his own container and leaves the flowers alone entirely. Great enrichment for indoor cats — we'll keep reordering to refresh it regularly.

Florian T.March 1, 2026
Works well for frequent replanting

He eats it down to the roots within a couple of days, so I'm replanting often. This kit suits that habit well — no bugs from garden soil, no dirt clumps on the floor to deal with. The substrate holds its shape and the seeds come in dense. Happy with how this has worked out.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. If your cat eats it actively, we recommend planting a new batch every week and a half to two weeks.

Bram S.February 28, 2026

Convenient that you don't need to buy soil. The grass seeds are good, but without a film cover, they take over a week to sprout.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. To speed up germination, you can use a makeshift cover until the first shoots appear.

Bram S.February 28, 2026
Good germination rate

Ordered this for our British Shorthair, who's strictly indoor and needs fresh greens as part of her routine. Germination was excellent — shoots were up by day four. She started sniffing right away and worked up to chewing gradually. One downside: when watering, water tends to pool at the bottom through the lightweight substrate if you're not careful about how much you add.

Joost V.February 27, 2026

Everything is honestly indicated with percentages, without hidden fillers.

Joost V.February 26, 2026

Excellent dietary enrichment for an indoor cat. Eats it with a great appetite.

Nina KrügerFebruary 25, 2026

Grew in about four days. The cat eats it fine, but the container's on the narrow side — not ideal if you've got a bigger cat.

Nina KrügerFebruary 24, 2026

Neat design, the white plastic doesn't look cheap. Exactly like in the photo, will buy more.

Hannah B.February 23, 2026

Fresh grass is always at hand. The cat stopped ruining the flowers.

Christian C.February 23, 2026

The container is small, but there is enough grass for the cat's daily diet.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We recommend planting a new set as the previous one is eaten.

Christian C.February 22, 2026

Everything grew without problems, the cat is happy. The substrate is too loose, the roots don't hold it very well when pulled out.

Sabine Z.February 21, 2026

First shoots on day four — quick result. Cat's eating it with real enthusiasm.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We are glad the seeds sprouted so quickly. Maintain moderate watering to prolong freshness.

Sabine Z.February 20, 2026

The grass seeds are fresh and high quality. The shoots appeared at home without much effort on my part.

Timo Z.February 19, 2026
Easy for a first try

Got this to try out on our two-month-old kitten. It's only 120 grams, but that's plenty to grow a decent amount of grass. What mattered most to me was not having to deal with gardening tools or buying a whole bag of soil for such a tiny pot. Opened it, watered it, had results within a week. The kitten is fascinated by the new smells.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. This set is indeed designed to make the process of sprouting at home as easy as possible.

Timo Z.February 18, 2026

Usually, grass from a pet store wilts quickly, but this grows right at home and is always fresh.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Freshly grown grass really does retain its properties longer. Thank you for your review.

David R.February 18, 2026

Very eco-friendly, without chlorine bleaching. It's a pleasure to use such products.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for supporting our eco-friendly production standards.

DoreenFebruary 17, 2026

Good product. Only downside is you need to watch the watering, otherwise the substrate dries out quickly on the windowsill.

DoreenFebruary 16, 2026

Good grass blend. Maine Coons need constant access to greens, he eats it daily.

Sanne VisserFebruary 15, 2026

The kraft label looks natural. The contents match the description 100%.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for paying attention to the packaging details.

Sanne VisserFebruary 14, 2026

Small weight of 120g but the grass will last a long time. I replant once every two weeks.

Davide FontanaFebruary 14, 2026

I placed it on a light-colored shelf in the living room. It looks very aesthetic, and my pet has something to keep busy with.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review, and we’re glad the set looks harmonious in your interior.

Davide FontanaFebruary 13, 2026

Everything in one package. No need to mess around with soil, your hands, or scoops.

Daniel FuchsFebruary 12, 2026

The sensory enrichment works; the cat is delighted by the smell of the grass.

Daniel FuchsFebruary 11, 2026

A beautiful, neat little container that fits into the interior.

Élodie C.February 10, 2026

No need to look for a separate pot or soil, everything is already included.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We specifically created an all-in-one set to save you time.

Élodie C.February 9, 2026
No more soil bags

This is a much cleaner way to grow grass at home than what I was doing before, which was buying bags of soil and making a mess everywhere. Here it's simple: mix in water, plant the grains, set it on a bright shelf. Everything had turned green within six days. Ingredients are listed honestly, no fluff on the label, and the packaging goes through European sorting centers without any trouble. Fully satisfied, will order again.

Joost L.February 9, 2026

It says the sprouts appear in 4-7 days; mine came up on the fifth. The instructions don’t lie, thank you.

Joost L.February 8, 2026

The growing time was exactly seven days. The greens turned out juicy and thick, and the cat keeps chewing on them.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase, and we’re glad the result did not disappoint you.

Katarina R.February 7, 2026
Worth the search

I spent a while looking for the right grass for my Siamese before landing on this. What convinced me was the honest ingredient list — just grain seeds and coconut substrate, nothing hidden. Kept it on a bright shelf in the kitchen, watered it gradually, and had the first sprouts by day four. She's happy with the sensory enrichment, and the little box doesn't clash with the kitchen either.

Katarina R.February 6, 2026

The tray is white and neat, and fits into the minimalist design of the kitchen.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review! We paid special attention to the container’s clean, understated look.

Sabine L.February 6, 2026

The ingredients are honest, with no hidden fillers, and that’s written right on the package. I’ll be buying more.

C. DuboisFebruary 5, 2026
Solved the parasite worry

I wanted a simple way to add grass to my Maine Coon's diet without the parasite risk that comes with grass from outside. This kit solved that. The substrate doesn't dirty his paws, and the container has enough weight that a cat his size won't tip it. Sprouts came up quickly and look tidy.

C. DuboisFebruary 4, 2026

No need to buy an extra container or soil, everything is already inside. Just take it and plant.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. The complete set was designed especially for your convenience.

Léa RousseauFebruary 3, 2026

I put it on a window ledge that gets sun in the living room; the container looks stylish and doesn’t spoil the interior.

Léa RousseauFebruary 2, 2026

A wonderful Fernpaw set! After just a week, the cat is enjoying fresh greens right on the windowsill.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We’re glad your pet is happy with the fresh harvest.

Franziska O.February 2, 2026

The grass is soft, and the grains are well chosen. An excellent addition to the usual canned-food diet.

Franziska O.February 1, 2026

Took about five days to sprout. The substrate's nice and light, but that also means it dries out fast on the windowsill, so you need to water more often than I expected.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. Well-lit spots promote quick moisture evaporation, so we recommend checking the moisture daily.

Simone BergerJanuary 31, 2026

Excellent sensory enrichment. The cat not only eats it, but also sniffs it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Natural scents are very important for indoor pets.

Simone BergerJanuary 30, 2026

The coconut substrate soaks up water nicely, and the seeds were sprouted within four days. Cat's happy with the result.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review, and we’re glad the result pleased both you and your pet.

Birgit Z.January 29, 2026

My cat really likes the sensory enrichment; she loves not only eating the grass, but also rubbing her little face against it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. This is natural cat behavior, and we’re glad we could make your pet happy.

Birgit Z.January 29, 2026

Excellent light substrate; the seeds don’t rot in it if you don’t overwater. Germination is almost one hundred percent.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the good review. Proper watering really is critical for good germination.

BirgitJanuary 28, 2026

Suitable for placing on a sunny windowsill in the hallway, since the windows face north.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. Diffused light from a window or lamp is quite enough for growth.

BirgitJanuary 27, 2026

Suitable for cats of any age. I gave it to both a 4-month-old kitten and an adult cat, and they chew it eagerly.

Uwe D.January 26, 2026

Unbleached packaging is a big plus. The grass sprouted evenly, and the cat eats it with pleasure.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for caring about the environment and for the excellent review.

Uwe D.January 26, 2026

The substrate has no smell at all, unlike store-bought soil. big plus

Delphine MoreauJanuary 25, 2026

The grass is fresh and my cat loves it. Unfortunately, it needs to be watered moderately, and there’s no measuring cup included in the kit.

Delphine MoreauJanuary 24, 2026

Fresh grass adds variety to a dry-food diet.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Grains are a great addition to your pet’s usual menu.

Marco F.January 23, 2026

The coconut substrate holds moisture really well, so you don’t have to water it every day. Convenient.

Marco F.January 23, 2026

Perfect for an apartment. No soil, no mess, and the grass is fresh.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. Coconut substrate is indeed much more practical than regular soil.

Nadine K.January 22, 2026

A good addition to regular dry food. My cat eats it with appetite.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Fresh grass is a great way to add variety to the diet.

Nadine K.January 21, 2026

The included substrate and container make life easier. I’d definitely buy it again and recommend it to everyone.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We’re glad you were completely satisfied with your purchase.

Nina T.January 20, 2026
Lasted longer than expected

Bought this mostly out of curiosity. The coconut substrate swelled up fast, and the seeds were sprouted by day five. My British Shorthair really took to the fresh shoots, and impressively they hadn't even started yellowing two weeks in.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase. We’re glad to hear your cat enjoyed the fresh greens. Coconut substrate really does retain moisture very well, which helps the shoots last longer.

Nina T.January 20, 2026

The container is compact and fits on a shelf. The grass grew quickly and my cat eats it eagerly.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the high rating. We wish your pet good health.

Andrea M.January 19, 2026

The container doesn’t take up much space at all. I squeezed it in between my flower pots, and it looks natural there.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Compactness is one of the main advantages of the kit.

Andrea M.January 18, 2026

Much easier than buying soil and seeds separately in different bags.

Doreen J.January 17, 2026

The container looks very stylish and minimalist. The kraft label adds a natural touch, and it fit perfectly into the kitchen.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for appreciating the appearance of our product.

Doreen J.January 17, 2026

Nice touch that the kraft label is chlorine-free — small detail, but I noticed. Shoots were already up by day four.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for noticing the details of our production. Cat grass needs light, so keep the container on a windowsill.

V. GrecoJanuary 16, 2026

I sow a new batch every 10 days. Works great as dietary enrichment.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for taking the right approach to regularly refreshing the greens.

V. GrecoJanuary 15, 2026
Leo stopped bothering the ficuses

Leo, my British Shorthair, is nearly three and has had ongoing trouble with hairballs. He also kept trying to chew on the houseplants, which are toxic for him, so I decided to give this kit a shot. Kept it on a bright shelf with moderate watering, and thick shoots were up by day six. He genuinely loves it and has completely stopped bothering the ficuses. The substrate stays off his paws and the container sits steady. I'll keep buying it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed story. We’re very glad the grass helped solve the issue with eating houseplants.

Eva van DijkJanuary 14, 2026

The coconut substrate is so light that my cat drags bits of it across the windowsill every time she has a nibble. I now sweep the sill daily.

Eva van DijkJanuary 14, 2026

The packaging is recyclable, which is great. But the regular shipping label didn’t stick to it well, everything kept peeling off.

Stefan P.January 13, 2026
A safe alternative to outdoor grass

My Maine Coon loves chewing on greens, but letting him roam outside in the city isn't really an option. This kit solved that problem — you can watch it grow, and by about a week in there's a proper little lawn. No gardening tools needed either, I just poured water from a glass and set it in the light. Planning to order more so I can keep refreshing it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your detailed review. Regularly refreshing the planting is an excellent strategy for large cats.

Stefan P.January 12, 2026

The grass makes our cat more active and healthier; we noticed it in the shine of her coat.

Céline D.January 11, 2026

We took the packaging to the sorting center. Eco-friendly, and the cat is fed.

Céline D.January 11, 2026

We managed without any garden trowels. the container from the kit handles everything just fine on its own

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. We specifically designed the all-in-one format for city living.

Claudia KuhnJanuary 10, 2026

Grains are good for the digestive tract. My old cat coughs less often from hair now.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Fresh greens really do support digestion.

Claudia KuhnJanuary 9, 2026

Shoots were up within four days. Cat eats it happily now and has stopped going after my flowers.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the excellent rating. We’re glad your houseplants were saved.

Simone KellerJanuary 9, 2026
Marcel's new morning habit

My Siamese, Marcel, normally ignores greens entirely, but these seeds actually got his attention. Followed the instructions to the letter — bright shelf, moderate watering — and had thick shoots by day six. Now he visits the container every morning and neatly bites off a few blades. Solid dietary enrichment for a cat who's indoors full-time.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed story about Marcel. Fresh grains really are a great fit for house cats.

Simone KellerJanuary 8, 2026

The lightweight substrate holds water very well. Even if you forget to water it for one day, the grass doesn’t dry out instantly.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Coconut substrate has high moisture capacity, and we’re glad you appreciated that.

Alessandro ContiJanuary 7, 2026

Perfect for people who don’t have a country house. My cat lives only indoors, and fresh grains are simply necessary for her digestion. The container is stable.

Alessandro ContiJanuary 6, 2026

Moderate watering gave excellent results. Every single sprout came up, really thick.

Javier CabreraJanuary 6, 2026

Fresh grass adds variety to the diet. Just wish there was a more detailed instruction about putting it in a well-lit place.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. Please note that it is best to place the container on a well-lit windowsill or a bright shelf.

Javier CabreraJanuary 5, 2026

Chlorine-free unbleached kraft label, awesome. Eco-friendly.

Marcin LewandowskaJanuary 4, 2026
Finally, no mess

I'd wanted to grow grass for my cat for ages but kept putting it off because of the mess I assumed it would make. This kit solved that worry entirely — the coconut substrate doesn't dirty paws or scatter around the house, and it holds moisture well despite being lightweight. Sprouts broke through around day five. Now he chews on it in the mornings instead of getting artificial vitamins, and I'm glad the packaging just goes into plastic recycling.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad the kit helped avoid a mess at home.

Marcin LewandowskaJanuary 4, 2026

Put it on a well-lit spot on the shelf as recommended, watered it and forgot about it. It's growing like a weed.

AlessandroJanuary 3, 2026

Regular grain seeds without any chemicals or additives are perfect for my cat.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The natural ingredients without hidden fillers are safe for daily consumption.

AlessandroJanuary 2, 2026

The 120g pack is exactly the optimal amount for the cat to finish the grass before it turns yellow.

Marta C.January 1, 2026

Good dietary enrichment for indoors. Six days passed and the grass is already thick. You just have to water it very carefully.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are glad the grass sprouted successfully and was to your pet's liking.

Marta C.January 1, 2026

Loved that no garden tools are needed. Just added water and that's it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We are glad the planting process was as easy as possible.

A. KrügerDecember 31, 2025

Grains are really good for a cat's digestion. The stool normalized, and hair doesn't accumulate in the stomach.

A. KrügerDecember 30, 2025

The grass has a good effect on the cat's digestion. It's just that the kraft label tore very easily when unboxing.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. The unbleached paper label is less tear-resistant, so the packaging should be opened carefully.

Émilie T.December 30, 2025

Compact, tidy container that barely takes up any windowsill space. Seeds sprouted around day six, and the cat loved it.

Émilie T.December 29, 2025

Quality product from a European manufacturer. Will recommend to friends.

Ewa T.December 28, 2025

It's convenient that the packaging is easily recycled at sorting centers. For me, the eco-friendliness of a product plays a crucial role when buying.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We are glad that our environmental initiatives resonate with customers.

Ewa T.December 28, 2025

No need to buy extra soil, everything you need is included right in the kit.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The complete kit saves you unnecessary trips to the flower shop.

Jan B.December 27, 2025

Grew in about five days. Recyclable packaging too, which counts for a lot in my book.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for supporting our commitment to conscious consumption.

Jan B.December 26, 2025

The kraft label looks nice and natural in the kitchen. Grass came in thick by day six.

Léa D.December 26, 2025
Better than store-bought trays

I've got two Sphynx cats, both indoors full time. Used to grab ready-grown grass from the pet store, but it always wilted fast. Decided to grow it myself instead. The process is genuinely easy, and the coconut substrate stays much cleaner than regular soil. Recyclable packaging is a plus for me too. Took about six days for the seeds to come up nicely, and both cats crunch away happily. Would recommend to anyone with indoor cats.

Léa D.December 25, 2025

It's great that you don't need to look for soil and a pot separately. The coconut substrate was included in the kit. I water it moderately, and the grass grows thick and juicy.

Amandine B.December 24, 2025

The grass sprouted right on time, just as stated in 4-7 days. The cat is happy, we eat together.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Amandine B.December 24, 2025

It took exactly 7 days to get full sprouts. The cat is happy, chewing on it all day long now.

Mathieu N.December 23, 2025

Coconut substrate holds moisture really well — didn't need to water much. Grass was in by day five.

Mathieu N.December 22, 2025

Finally, the cat stopped chewing on my houseplants. The Fernpaw kit completely distracted her.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's great that the grass was to your girl's liking.

Lukas M.December 22, 2025

A must-have item for cats living in an apartment.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. For animals without outdoor access, this is truly a necessary enrichment.

Lukas M.December 21, 2025

No tools needed. Just watered it and waited. Very simple.

Nadine B.December 20, 2025
No regrets

Glad I bought this. Being made in Europe gives me some confidence there's nothing toxic in the substrate. Sprouts showed up around day six. Only minor note: the container could stand to be a bit heavier so the cat can't nudge it around, but it's not a big deal. She clearly enjoys crunching on it, and the mono-material packaging goes straight into the blue bin without issue. I'll be reordering once this batch is done.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review and the valuable note about the container weight. We will pass the idea on to production.

Nadine B.December 20, 2025
Now a monthly staple

Our fluffy cat has always had trouble with hairballs. Since we started growing this for him, bringing them up has gotten a lot easier and more natural for him. Really simple to use too — the seeds come pre-mixed with the substrate, so you just need to add water. This has turned into a monthly purchase for us now.

Mathieu R.December 19, 2025

The cat is delighted with the fresh grass. I’ll keep refreshing the planting regularly.

Mathieu R.December 18, 2025

Usually 4-7 days and the green sprouts are already there.

Valentina G.December 18, 2025

The growing kit is excellent. It’s a pity that for cats of any age, it doesn’t say what amount of grass is safe.

Valentina G.December 17, 2025

The grains sprouted perfectly, and the cat eats them with pleasure.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase. We’re glad your pet is happy with the fresh greens.

Sergio S.December 17, 2025

The container is stable; the cat hasn’t knocked it over once yet while eating the grass.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We chose the container shape with active pets in mind.

Sergio S.December 16, 2025

A good addition to the cat’s diet. It’s good that the label is not chlorine-bleached, but it peels off the container.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The adhesive layer on kraft material can lose its properties after prolonged contact with water.

Camille G.December 15, 2025

No gardening tools, clean hands. Just perfect for an apartment.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. This kit was created precisely with city use in mind.

Camille G.December 15, 2025

It’s convenient that no gardening tools are needed, everything is in the box. But the tray is too light; the cat knocks it over.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. The container is made lightweight for easier transport and recycling. We recommend placing it in a weighted stand or bowl if your pet tends to knock things over.

Lotte J.December 14, 2025

The grass adds variety to the cat’s diet. She used to eat my indoor ficus plants, now she only eats her own grains.

Lotte J.December 13, 2025

The grass sprouted at home without any gardening tools. I just added water and put it out for the cat a week later.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We’re glad the process turned out to be so easy for you.

Ralf O.December 13, 2025

A very convenient format. The kit has everything, I didn’t even need to look for a container.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We’re glad the complete set fully met your expectations.

Ralf O.December 12, 2025

No need to buy soil separately, which saves a lot of money and time going around shops.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Exactly, we wanted to make the growing process as convenient as possible for you.

Nicole S.December 12, 2025

The neat container looks nice on the windowsill.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We paid special attention to the design so the tray would fit harmoniously into the interior.

Nicole S.December 11, 2025
A household must-have now

With two cats in an apartment, I figured they were missing out on a bit of nature. This kit has become a staple for us. It's genuinely good natural enrichment, and both cats have eased off chewing on my houseplants since we started. I like that the composition lists exact percentages of seed versus coconut — nothing hidden, fully transparent. One batch lasts around a week and a half of steady eating.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you very much for your review. We’re very glad our grass helped distract your pets from your houseplants.

A. KowalczykDecember 10, 2025

Suitable for cats of any age. My older one is 12 years old and happily crunched on the sprouts.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We’re very glad the grass was enjoyed even by an older pet.

A. KowalczykDecember 10, 2025
Mostly good, one annoyance

Liked that this wasn't shipped in from overseas, so that's partly why I ordered it. Easy to grow — sprouts came up quickly once it was on a bright shelf. The cat's gotten good sensory enrichment out of it and has been more active since. My one complaint is the substrate that ends up scattered around the container after she's eaten; I'm constantly sweeping bits of coconut filler off the floor.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. To reduce substrate scattering, you can place a small mat or tray under the container.

Bram W.December 9, 2025

Sprouted in four days, exactly as advertised.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. When the temperature conditions are followed, the seeds really do sprout quickly.

Bram W.December 9, 2025
Even I can't kill this one

My Persian grooms himself constantly, so grass is a genuine necessity for him, not just a nice-to-have. I picked this brand mainly for the mono-material packaging — we sort our waste at home and that matters to us. It sprouted with surprising ease, which says something since I usually manage to kill even cacti. Just set it on the windowsill and kept it slightly damp. He eats it with obvious enjoyment.

Magdalena WójcikDecember 8, 2025

Sprouted right on day five, as promised. The coconut substrate is genuinely convenient — none of the mess you'd get with regular soil — and the cat's a fan.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We’re glad you liked the format with coconut substrate. It really does help keep the area around the planting clean.

Magdalena WójcikDecember 7, 2025

Suitable for cats of any age; my old one eats it too.

Jan J.December 7, 2025
Essential for the indoor one

We've got two cats — one stays inside entirely, the other has balcony access. For the indoor one, this grass is pretty much essential. Took exactly six days to grow with moderate watering. We add it to their dry food and they eat it willingly; digestion has clearly improved. The container's compact enough to fit our narrow kitchen windowsill.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. For cats living exclusively indoors, sensory enrichment really does play a huge role.

Jan J.December 6, 2025
Luna's new favorite spot

Luna, our Scottish Fold, is strictly an apartment cat. I used to try planting oats in regular soil, which made a genuine mess of the windowsill. This kit has been a lifesaver — the coconut substrate is light, there's no mess at all, and the container itself looks neat. Grass was up by day five. Luna basically lives by the window grazing now, so I'll be ordering more to keep the planting fresh.

Nuria G.December 6, 2025

Happy with this purchase. First sprouts by day four, and the seeds themselves seem pretty hardy.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The high germination rate of the grain seeds is the result of strict quality control.

Nuria G.December 5, 2025
Ficus plants are safe now

Our British Shorthair used to go after my ficus plants constantly, which isn't safe for her. Decided to try this growing kit instead. Genuinely simple process, and the substrate stays clean and odorless throughout. The moment the first sprouts showed up, she switched over completely — that's her official greens now, and I'll be replanting regularly to keep it going.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's wonderful that our cat grass helped keep your houseplants safe and delighted your pet.

Anke G.December 4, 2025

Excellent quality grass seeds. Every single one sprouted.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We carefully select the seeds for our kits.

Anke G.December 4, 2025

Sprouted well on one side, thinner on the other. I should not have to rotate a tray for it to grow evenly.

Nicolas F.December 3, 2025

Great dietary enrichment for my indoor cat.

Nicolas F.December 3, 2025

Grows quickly on the windowsill. I didn't like that the seed germination expiration date isn't listed on the kraft label.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. The expiration date information is applied to the product batch; we will pass your remark on to our labeling department.

E. BarbieriDecember 2, 2025

The shipping distance is indeed short; delivery within Germany arrived in just a couple of days.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase. We do indeed work with local logistics centers in the EU.

E. BarbieriDecember 2, 2025

It's great that the coconut substrate doesn't make a mess on the windowsill like regular soil. Just add water and it's ready.

Guillaume LefèvreDecember 1, 2025

It feels good to hold a product made in the EU. The chlorine-free, unbleached kraft label is a small detail, but it shows the brand's responsible approach. The grass sprouted without any issues.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for paying attention to the details of our packaging. We strive to make our product as eco-friendly as possible.

Guillaume LefèvreDecember 1, 2025

Compact size, it doesn't get in the way at all on the window next to my flowers.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We're glad the Fernpaw kit fit perfectly into your space.

Torsten C.November 30, 2025

It's great that it's made of a single material. It's easy to recycle in our city.

Torsten C.November 30, 2025
Nothing else to buy

Everything you need comes in the box — seeds, substrate, container — so there was no separate trip for soil. Opened it, planted it, and about a week later it was ready to go down by the cat tree. Convenient with no extras needed, and the single-material packaging being recyclable is a nice bonus for the environment.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. The "all-in-one" format was designed specifically for the convenience of pet owners.

Rafał NowickiNovember 29, 2025

Planted it in the evening, and even, green sprouts were already poking out in a few days. The cat was immediately interested.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review, we're glad the sprouts appeared quickly and caught the cat's interest. For even growth, keep the container in a well-lit spot and water moderately.

Rafał NowickiNovember 28, 2025

I liked that the container is neat: placed it on a narrow windowsill, and it doesn't get in the way.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review; the compact container is specifically designed to be placed on a windowsill or a bright shelf.

Léa G.November 28, 2025

The substrate is light, not like regular soil. There was no dirt in the kitchen after watering, which is very convenient.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for noticing the coconut substrate. It helps you grow grass neatly at home, without needing to buy potting soil separately.

Léa G.November 27, 2025

The kit already included seeds, substrate, and a container, so I planted it without having to make a trip to the garden store.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. We purposely designed the kit so that no extra tools or separate purchases are needed for the first planting.

Davide GrecoNovember 27, 2025

My cat Luna lives strictly indoors, and this grass has become a nice little daily entertainment for her. It's perfect for distracting her from the houseplants.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Fresh grass can be a great source of sensory enrichment for indoor cats, but it's best offered as a supplement to their regular diet.

Davide GrecoNovember 26, 2025

Packaging made from a single recyclable material is important to me. After use, I just tossed it into the recycling bin, and the cat got fresh greens.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for paying attention to the packaging. We use a single material that is recyclable in EU sorting facilities.

Matteo D.November 26, 2025

The kraft label looks subtle, without bright plastic flashiness. I gifted this kit to my sister, and her cat loved it too.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We're glad the packaging design appealed to you and that the kit made a great gift for a cat owner.

Matteo D.November 25, 2025

Both of our British Shorthairs took to this right away. Sprouts were up by day three, and they eat them with real enthusiasm.

David R.November 25, 2025
Great kit

Got this for our Maine Coon, Barney. The container is convenient, sits stably on a wide windowsill. The cat munches on the grass in the morning instead of the flowers.

Florian F.November 24, 2025

Very simple to plant, just added water and had greenery in a couple of days. My Bengal cat absolutely loves it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We're glad you found the growing process convenient.

Charlotte B.November 24, 2025
Simple and fast

This is now our Siamese cat's favorite treat. It grew in thickly; the cat pulls out the little clumps, but the container holds its shape.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed comment. We wish good health to your pet.

Charlotte B.November 23, 2025

Ordering for the third time now. The substrate is always moist right out of the package, and the seeds have a 100% germination rate. I recommend it to all my cat-owner friends!

Birgit R.November 23, 2025
Magnificent

We have an older cat who started chewing on wires frequently. We placed this tray of grass near the outlet — the problem went away, he only chews on the greens now.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Placing the tray near the outlet is an excellent solution. Let your pet enjoy a fresh dose of vitamins.

Hannah B.November 22, 2025

The grass grew in thick. My Sphynx cat chewed through half of it in one evening, I'll have to plant some more. The container is neat.

Birgit R.November 22, 2025
Excellent

My wife bought this for our Abyssinian. I was surprised that the container really doesn't leak or dirty the window. The sprouts came up quickly.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing your impressions. We're glad the shape and material quality met your expectations.

Jörg J.November 22, 2025

A very convenient format: I opened it, watered it, and put it on the window. Our Scottish Fold is thrilled and eats it every day.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's nice to know that the set's ease of use is so highly appreciated. We wish your cat good health.

Jörg J.November 21, 2025

Bought it on sale. The seedlings sprouted evenly, and the cat immediately sniffed them and ate a couple. A good activity for an apartment.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for choosing our product. We're glad your pet showed such active interest in the grass.

Francesca G.November 21, 2025

My daughter wanted to plant some grass for the cat. With this set, there's no digging needed and everything stays clean. After four days it was already turning green, and the cat is happy.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's wonderful that the set is suitable for activities with children. May the grass grow strong!

Francesca G.November 20, 2025

We have a lot of flowers at home, and the cat used to ruin the flowerpots. With this set, we've forgotten about that; now he only chews his own portion in the corner.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. It's great when you can find a safe alternative to houseplants.

Ines M.November 20, 2025
Five Stars

Our British Shorthair is very picky, but she eats this grass willingly. The sprouts are tender and soft, and you can tell they're easy to care for.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We appreciate your kind words. We're glad your picky pet liked the texture of the greens.

Iván MolinaNovember 19, 2025

Just a super thing. Our Bengal is always hanging out on the balcony, and now he has his own little garden there. You only need to water it a little, otherwise it can get moldy.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the watering tip; it really is helpful for optimal growth. May your Bengal enjoy his little garden.

Ines M.November 19, 2025

My first purchase in this format. The seeds are excellent, the whole little lawn is green. My gray kitty sits next to it for a long time and crunches away.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for trusting our set. We're glad your first growing experience was a positive one.

Melanie EngelNovember 18, 2025
Great Product

Our Maine Coon needs a vitamin supplement, so we buy this grass regularly. It's convenient that the container can be thrown away afterward without any extra hassle.

Melanie EngelNovember 18, 2025

We gave it to my grandmother for her cat. At seventy, it's hard for her to fuss with soil, but here everything is ready and clean. The sprouts came through quickly.

Céline R.November 18, 2025

I got it to try out of curiosity. We have a Siamese cat at home; at first he just sniffed it, but then he got a taste for it. The container doesn't smell like plastic, which is a plus.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. It's wonderful that your cat appreciated the new addition to his diet.

Céline R.November 17, 2025

We're expecting kittens, so I'm stocking up on grass for the mother cat. She eats it happily so she can take good care of the babies afterward.

Viktor S.November 17, 2025

Regular cat grass, but in a convenient compact format. I put it on the windowsill, and the cat nibbles it slowly, just as she needs.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's nice to hear that the format turned out to be practical for you. We wish your pet a wonderful mood.

Viktor S.November 16, 2025

I planted it for Musya, my seven-year-old British Shorthair. After a few days she was already nibbling the grass by the window.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience with Musya. We're glad the set quickly found its place in your home.

Camille V.November 16, 2025
Helped Keep the Cat Busy by the Window

Our Maine Coon Oscar gets bored on the windowsill in winter and chews houseplants. We sowed the grass in the container and put it next to his bed. Now in the morning he goes to the grass first, and the ficus has finally been left alone.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's great that Oscar now has a safe alternative to houseplants. Regularly refreshing the planting will help keep his interest.

Bas S.November 16, 2025

For kitten Nora, this has become her favorite morning ritual. Suitable even if you have no experience with plants.

Florian F.November 15, 2025
Neat for a Small Kitchen

We have a Sphynx named Loki, two years old, who lives strictly indoors. I put the container on the narrow windowsill in the kitchen and watered it little by little. The sprouts came up evenly, and Loki comes over after eating and calmly chews them.

Ralf KellerNovember 15, 2025

Our cat Leia stopped showing interest in the bouquets on the table once she got her own grass.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's good that Leia now has her own greens. Thank you for choosing our set.

Iván MolinaNovember 14, 2025
Worked on the First Try

I bought it for my old cat Rudy, he's eleven. He's picky and doesn't eat just any greens, but he started nibbling this grass little by little on the second day after the sprouts appeared.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the review about Rudy. For picky cats, a gradual interest in the grass is actually a good sign.

Marion C.November 14, 2025

My Persian cat Bella eats the grass after being brushed and looks happy and calm.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We're glad this ritual after grooming suited Bella. Thank you for your feedback.

Camille V.November 14, 2025
Convenient After Moving

After we moved into an apartment, our cat Tigr kept asking to go out on the balcony and was clearly looking for greenery. I grew the grass right in the included container, without getting soil all over the kitchen. Now I put it on the floor for him for ten minutes in the evening; he nibbles it and then calmly goes to sleep.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the story about Tigr. It's great that the grass helped preserve his familiar interest in greenery in a new environment.

Davide G.November 13, 2025

For Siamese Max, the container is stable; he didn't tip it over even while actively sniffing it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for noting the convenience of the container. We're glad Max felt comfortable getting acquainted with the grass.

Bas S.November 13, 2025
The Cat Immediately Understood It Was His

We have a five-year-old ginger mixed-breed cat named Felix. We put the grass next to his bowls; at first he sniffed it, and the next day he started carefully biting off the tips. I'll buy more so I can refresh the planting without gaps.

Andrea BarbieriNovember 13, 2025

I got it for my cat Mia for the cold season. It grew evenly, and she clearly likes it.

Ralf KellerNovember 12, 2025
Worked for Two Cats

Bengal Kira immediately started playing with the sprouts, while calm British Shorthair Archie only came over in the evening and began eating. I liked that I didn't have to look for a separate pot or get the table dirty.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for telling us about Kira and Archie. Cats often get acquainted at different paces, and it's good that the set suited both of them.

É. ChevalierNovember 12, 2025

My cat Sam no longer touches the dill in the kitchen, he goes for his own grass.

Marion C.November 12, 2025
Good for an indoor cat

We don't let our Scottish Fold Mila outside, so we were looking for some simple indoor greens. I soaked and sowed the seeds following the instructions and placed them in the light. Within a few days, a thick patch of sprouts appeared. Mila sniffed it at first, but then started coming over after breakfast. The container looks neat, though I wish it came with a lid for storing the next batch, but that's a minor thing.

Magdalena L.November 12, 2025

My cat Sonya loves sitting next to it and nibbling a little bit, especially in the evening.

Davide G.November 11, 2025
Saved my houseplants

My cat Charlie is three years old and was constantly trying to eat the spider plant leaves. After growing this grass, I placed the container on the same windowsill where he usually sits. Charlie quickly switched to it, and my plants no longer suffer.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your story about Charlie. We are glad the kit helped redirect his interest to the greens.

Élodie F.November 11, 2025

I grew this grass for my Maine Coon, Basil. He loves eating it, but the substrate dries out a bit too quickly.

Andrea BarbieriNovember 11, 2025

The grass sprouted quickly, and my British Shorthair, Barsik, is very happy with it. The only downside is that the container feels quite fragile; I'm afraid I might break it while washing.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We try to strike a balance between durability and the recyclability of the material.

Andrea V.November 11, 2025
Great grass, but you need a watering can

I got this for my 12-year-old indoor cat, Murka, to help her clear hairballs from her stomach. The sprouts popped up on the third day, and she happily munched them down. The kit itself is excellent and has everything included, but it would be great if the instructions specified the exact amount of water to use. It's very easy to overwater, and excess moisture damages the roots. I had to just eyeball it.

É. ChevalierNovember 11, 2025

Great kit, the grass grew in thick. Raymond loves it. The only thing is that the label was really hard to wash off.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We will pass your comment regarding the label's adhesive to our production team.

Bram V.November 10, 2025
Cat loves it, but it makes a mess on the floor

We bought this grass for our Siamese cat, Larry. He jumps up on the windowsill and chews on the sprouts all day. His coat looks much better, and there's no more vomiting of hairballs. The grass really does grow quickly, and the seeds are of excellent quality. However, our cat has a habit of pulling the sprouts right out by the roots, and the lightweight substrate gets scattered all over the windowsill. I have to clean up after him daily. The bottom of the container is flat; it would be great if you could include a protective mesh.
