We have a Scottish Fold and got this feeder specifically before a 3-day vacation. The 5-liter capacity was more than enough; it feels like you could load it up for a couple of weeks. I was really worried the cat would figure out how to open the lid, but the lock is secure. She tried to pry it open with her claws a couple of times and then gave up.
