Stability. The 53 × 43 cm chipboard base has wide supports. A wall-anchoring strap is included. If you have several cats or a large breed such as a Maine Coon, Ragdoll or Norwegian Forest Cat, securing it is strongly recommended: a slight sway when a cat jumps onto the top platform is normal for a structure of this height, and the strap eliminates it.
What to consider before buying. Assembly takes time: the structure has many parts and is assembled with standard fittings according to the instructions, ideally by two people. This is indoor furniture; on a balcony exposed to rain and sun, plush and sisal wear out faster. Care is simple: vacuum with an upholstery nozzle and spot-clean stains; it cannot be washed as a whole.

Yes, that is one reason to choose the 184 cm model: the top discs are Ø 30 cm with raised rims, and the condos measure 34 × 30 cm. For a large breed, always use the included wall-anchoring strap.

After a thorough search for the right cat tree (activity centre), I came across this product. I was weary of it at first because the pictures aren't the best with the white background, it would be better showing it in a room. Firstly, It came a lot quicker than the delivery stated which was a pleasant surprise!
The product itself is easy to build with a bit of common sense and little DIY skills. The instructions have a minor mistake which you'll notice when building the floating horizontal cylinder laying area but with minimal problem solving it's easy to work out what it really means. You don't need any tools as they give you everything you need. I found the most difficult parts were the stairs as its a bit fiddly, overall it was build in about an hour.
My snowy Bengal kitten loves it however he's still a bit small to use the stairs and platforms. My other Bengal cat loves the height as she always thrives to get as high as she can, she wasn't present at the time of the photos.
The only downfall I can see with this product and even at that, it's very pernickety. However, it has to be the steps, they aren't directly under the huts, they are at an awkward angle and only one step is possible for the cat to use in my opinion as the other one is underneath the hut. But I put this down to it being mainly for decoration as most cats will easily enter the huts without the aid of steps anyway.
The quality of the product is very good, soft and fluffy, no negative views on that. The dangling play pom-poms are elastic so they have the ability to stretch Incase you thought otherwise. The hammocks are a suitable size and depth for the average cat, very large cats may overhang the circular frame (in my opinion, don't take that as a fact).
The huts are large so will fit any size cat. The centre platform is large for any cat to lay on. The cylinder laying area is mostly designed for small cats and kittens.
Overall this product is very good and I rate this as an excellent product purely because it is fit for purpose for my cats needs. Depending on your cats and space, it may differ.

Fortunately, the scratching post was delivered just 2 days after ordering. As soon as I unpacked it, I noticed the difference in quality compared to the existing scratching post from a discount store. Everything is very well and precisely processed and very easy to assemble. The thick trunk sways slightly when the cats rage, but cannot tip over because the base plate is very heavy and the lower column is connected to the base plate by 4 screws. The plush-covered lying surfaces don't fluff at all and I washed the removable cushion at 30 degrees.
The old scratching post from a discount store was floundering from the start, after 4 months the plush and sisal on the pillars warped and looked really cheap next to the new one.
Since my cats and I were very enthusiastic about the new scratching post, I didn't hesitate for long and immediately ordered a larger one so that the old one could be completely sorted out.
This was also delivered just as quickly.
When I asked whether caps for the screws could be obtained, I received a very quick, friendly response and the caps were sent to me within a very short time.

I have 2 of these beautiful, sturdy scratching posts. During the first delivery, a corner of the seat was damaged during transport/shipping. But it's still holding on really well to this day and hasn't increased in size.
The scratching material is really super super stable and has not changed after three months of continuous use by my two cats!!! No mess of threads on the floor, nothing loose or torn out and my cats' claws are thoroughly hammered into it. High quality absolutely applies here!!!
The tree isn't completely stable for my two cats (it's not possible for me to attach it to the wall), but if you have rampaging cats, you have to be prepared for a scratching post that falls over.

The cat scratching post is very easy to set up. It's really great for this little money. Sure, it's not very high. (In the picture I am 1.69m to compare the height of the scratching post). But for that money, some are sold in certain pet stores for twice as much.
The only drawback is the strong chemical smell. Because it is summer, I was able to leave the scratching post on the balcony to air out for a good two days without any problems.

Bought the scratching post for our 2 cats. When we were setting it up, our little one was playing around wildly and was really happy. For the first few weeks you only saw her on the scratching post, preferably at the top. The size is very comfortable and the cats also like it. Looks very nice and has lasted so far (I've had it for almost 2 months now). The only thing I noticed is that the fabric doesn't stick very tightly to the wood, which could possibly lead to holes in the long term, but so far no hole has appeared when the cat is under very heavy loads.
Definitely top value for money. I would buy it again, hence 5 stars.

Easy to put together in around 30 mins. Although lining up some parts screw holes were fiddly. Once together my cat found it no problem at all to get from bottom to top, exploring the little hutches on the way. It’s sturdy and comes with a wall anchor but where I positioned mine I just used a cable tie to anchor it to a drain pipe. Great product and price. Recommended.

First of all, the scratching post can still be used. As usual, the delivery arrived at the guaranteed time in perfect packaging.
All parts have small stickers on them so that everything can be assembled quickly and easily using the included assembly instructions. It took me less than an hour to set it up. Screws and grub screws are included, as well as a 5mm Allen key to tighten all screws.
The material isn't very thick, so it probably won't last too long, but that's to be expected with 2 cats.
The scratching post is very stable and to prevent it from tipping over there is a strap on the scratching post that can be attached to the wall using the included dowels and hooks.
What I don't like so much, but which is to be expected for the price, is the fact that the holes in the upper area are not correct so that the scratching rods are crooked. The holes were simply drilled in the wrong place, which is negligence in production. Nevertheless, the scratching post works, stands securely and was immediately enthusiastically accepted by our two cats. The crooked pillars are just not so visually attractive, which is why there are only 4 stars here.
All in all, a good toy that can probably be found a little cheaper on other platforms with similar quality.

Our Noweger Mix loves these hanging bags, but the one from the old cat tree was a bit small. This one is nice and big and she has enough space to snuggle up in it, and it doesn't sag either. Our other cat has moved into the lower cave. All in all, I think the scratching post is good for the money. However, the transitions are very narrow in height, making them probably unsuitable for even larger cats or tomcats. In any case, it's good enough for ours. They only use the cat tree to sleep because they can run around and run around outside at any time.

I actually never write reviews, but this time I decided to do it because I was so annoyed that so many people just write things that afterwards you no longer know whether you should buy the tree or not. I hope I can help some undecided scratching post seekers.
After a long search I decided to order this scratching post. I read countless reviews and was thoroughly skeptical. Shipping was quick and problem-free. The scratching post was packed in a box. At first I thought it wasn't complete but everything was fine.
To build:
Construction was very simple and uncomplicated. Opinions about the instructions being complicated and you should rather look at the picture and set it up, I can't understand it at all. Unless you have two left hands. Took about 30 minutes. Contrary to some reviews, everything was fine and the ladders could be assembled without any problems and I didn't notice any strong chemical smell. Actually smelled neutral.
About the scratching post:
The fabric cover is already very thin. So it's not a box spring bed. The pillars are thick enough but the wrapped sisal rope is very thin. In my opinion, the caves and hanging areas or whatever else you call them are big enough. The tree looks great and is 100% worth the money. Despite the height, it doesn't wobble for me. Maybe other purchases didn't set up the tree properly either. I have absolutely no idea where the bad reviews come from. For the price, the tree is simply unbeatable. Of course you can tell that it's not a luxury tree for 1000 euros, but I didn't expect it to be. I can't say how long the tree will last or when the first things will break and even if it only lasts 6 months it is worth the money.
So an absolute purchase recommendation from me. If you want a higher quality tree that is sure to last for years, you have to take your wallet in your hand and unpack the big bill.
Addendum: I bought the tree in December 2015 and yes, I still have it. But he's slowly giving up now. But I never thought it would last so long, especially with my two cats 4 kg and 9 kg. I'm still satisfied and think the price is unbeatable. Anyone who compares prices will quickly notice that a tree of this size costs many times over and the quality is no better.

After reading other reviews I decided to invest in this cat tree. Delivery was sooner than I expected. Item arrived in two big boxes, one was a bit battered and torn, however no damage to the cat tree. Please be aware the boxes are heavy so this will give you an idea as to how strong and sturdy this tree is. Incredibly simple to put together, two pairs of hands are recommended to attach the first post to the base. This cat tree is amazing. I have had many cat scratching posts, big and small, however this is the best I have ever purchased. So strong and heavy, will definitely not tip over unless your cat is as big as a wild lion! I cannot rate this highly enough. Both my cats love it, the youngest loves the bed at the top, lots of room to stretch out or cuddle up in one of the corners. You can buy cheaper but I doubt you will get the quality of this cat tree. Top marks also for being able to buy replacements for all the individual pieces. If you like the look of the tree but worried whether it is worth the money, then worry no more, it is worth every penny. I'm sure your furry friends will love you even more if you treat them to one of these! One final comment, I would recommend you build the cat tree in the location it will be put in as it is very heavy!

Since our 2 British Shorthair cats (6 and 7 kg) are very active, the normal scratching posts haven't lasted long. The small lying areas in particular wobbled after just a short time. Hence the purchase of a solid and stable scratching post for XXL cats on November 22nd, 2016.

I expected exactly what I found... or maybe something more! The scratching post is nice and solid... obviously the platforms are not like those of more famous (and much more expensive) scratching posts but they are of a good thickness and therefore solid, the poles are 11 cm and the assembly is very detailed... point by point! I particularly appreciated that the platforms included a cushion that can be removed and washed and that they gave two tassels with extra elastic, 3 bolts and a screw with double thread all in addition as spare parts (because cats are the first to tear tassels with elastics) and since there are many screws, even if one falls there is always a spare pair! The price is EXCEPTIONAL (even a third compared to high-end scratching posts) and is worth exactly what you buy! FULLY SATISFIED!!!

Assembly was straightforward — everything was clearly labelled, the manual was actually good, and you only need a single tool, which is included. It took almost no time to put together, and the finished tree feels stable and solid.
The surfaces are soft and comfortable for the cat, which is exactly what I wanted. Of course, the plush fabric is something a cat can eventually scratch through, but that’s the trade-off if you want something that’s soft and cozy rather than rough and carpet-like.
Overall, I'm very happy with it. Great value, easy assembly, and my best recommendations.

It’s an average cat tree with the standard soft carpeting and sisal rope for scratching. It’s easily put together by a single person, and comes with a kit to attach it to the wall so it doesn’t topple over. From opening the box to anchoring it to the wall, it took maybe 30 mins. My cats are adults so I don’t except them to use this for vigorous activity, but they are already sitting on it. I didn’t attach the roll/tube to the bottom of the tree because it seemed too small for my cats to actually use, and I figured they’d rather just lie on a flat surface instead. Definitely worth the price I paid for the warehouse deal!

I have four cats so need various cat trees and different type around the house I love this one for them as the lining is carpet instead of cheap fleece lining that the cats can use the whole post tree to scratch on and helps deter them from attacking my carpet. The scratching post was delivered faster than stated. It was well packaged. Assembly was easy with the included instructions - only the "sticks" of the caves were fiddly. Visually it is appealing and offers what was needed (caves, lying areas, lying trough).
The base plate is very light. The caves do not have a solid body - the floor and ceiling of the caves are made of solid plates that are held by 5 "rods" - the outer walls are only made of the thin plush material. There can be no talk of “precious plush” as we know it from the Happypet or Petrebels brands. The floors are not well thought out - the distances are too small and the treads are not offset enough. Cats can injure themselves on the corners of the lying surfaces because they are not rounded. The alleged “XXL trunks” consist of hollow cardboard wrapped with very thin sisal ropes.
Conclusion:
You can immediately tell that it is a cheap Chinese product. In my opinion, the price of around 80 euros is not justified; in my opinion, the scratching post would be more realistically valued at 45-50 euros. The shelf life won't be too long. Nevertheless, I give it 3 stars because
- I urgently needed a compact scratching post for our Siamese cat,
- my favorite model “Alina” from Happypet is currently not available,
- the cat is very happy with what the scratching post offers it,
- she is a “flea” in terms of size and weight and fits into the small lounger,
- she doesn't rage wildly, jump on the scratching post or scratch like wild Bill.
