The bag goes straight in with our plastics collection, which I appreciate, and there is nothing on the label I have to look up. My dog is a fan.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase and for caring about the environment.

Julien D.July 28, 2026

The strips are great for training, but they make your hand messy when you keep them in your pocket.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. Natural meat juices without chemical fixatives can leave marks, so we recommend using a special treat pouch.

Lars O.July 27, 2026
Perfect for my two cats

Our two are famously fussy, so I only got the small bag to see what would happen. It disappeared. The strips pull apart into little bits with no effort, so both cats got the same amount and nobody sulked. What sold me was the smell, or rather the lack of one, no sour chemical hit when you open it, just meat. The bag is one of those you can actually put in the recycling here rather than binning it, and the company is upfront about the meat being trimmings from food production instead of something farmed specially for pets. Less thrown away, same quality. Texture-wise it is chewy rather than crunchy, which suits grown cats fine. Buying again, and I would tell any picky-cat owner to try it.

Piotr K.July 26, 2026

Seems tasty, the dog begs for more. Definitely 5 stars!

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the 5-star rating.

Stefan M.July 25, 2026

Easy to break apart by hand right on a walk. Convenient to adjust the portion for both the cat and the dog.

Agnieszka W.July 24, 2026

No artificial flavorings. We used to buy another treat and it had a strong chemical smell.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the comparison and the high rating of our product.

Antoine L.July 23, 2026

Convenient to use at home to distract him from barking at the delivery courier.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We are glad the treat turned out to be useful in everyday life. Thank you for your purchase.

Erik J.July 22, 2026

Nail trims used to be a wrestling match. Now he is busy working through a chewy strip and barely notices the clippers.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The treat really does help make grooming procedures much calmer.

Piotr K.July 21, 2026

The single-protein duck format is an absolute lifesaver for a dog with allergies.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. A single protein source really is great for sensitive pets.

Maria C.July 20, 2026

Made in the EU, which gives confidence in the quality of the meat.

Felix W.July 19, 2026

Listing exact percentages in the ingredients is an honest approach. It makes the actual contribution of each ingredient clear.

Agnieszka W.July 18, 2026

The dog loves it, but we had to throw some away because the strips got damp from the air.

Marie K.July 17, 2026

The strips are a dull greyish brown. Nothing has been dyed to make them look nicer, which suits me fine.

Julia S.July 16, 2026

Full marks for a bag I can actually recycle. Zero marks for getting into it, though. I gave up tugging at the top and went for the scissors.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. To make opening the bag easier in the future, we will look into adding a tear notch.

Andrea N.July 15, 2026

Honest percentages, no hidden filler, all good on the label. My cat sniffed it and walked off. A treat this premium should be irresistible to any pet.

Lars O.July 14, 2026

The duck smells pretty good, I almost wanted to eat it myself.

Susanne D.July 13, 2026
Great for both cats and dogs

One cat, one dog, and I was tired of buying two different treats. This is the first thing they have both agreed on. Our girl is getting on in years and cannot manage anything hard any more, and the cat turns her nose up at most things on principle. The strips are properly soft, they chew rather than crunch, so I am not worried about old teeth. It is produced within Europe, which is enough for me to trust how it was made, and the bag goes in with the household plastics here in Germany without any fuss. We only hand out small bits at a time, so one pack keeps us going for ages.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad the treat was to the liking of both your pets.

Giulia B.July 12, 2026

Treat for adult dogs. Mine is 4 years old and eats it perfectly.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are glad the product suited your pet.

Erik J.July 11, 2026

Packaging without any overly flashy claims, everything is to the point and honest.

Markus T.July 10, 2026

Works perfectly as a complementary food to their main diet. The dog is absolutely thrilled.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review.

Christian F.July 9, 2026

I like the thinking behind it, the meat is what is left over from producing food for people rather than something raised separately. My one reservation is the texture. It is so soft it does nothing for his teeth, closer to pate than to a chew.

Pieter M.July 8, 2026
Duck for allergy sufferers

My setter has a strong reaction to chicken, so we switched to duck. These Fernpaw strips are a real find for indoor training. I cut one strip into five pieces, and it was enough for an entire training session. The ingredients are clean, with no colorings.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed story. We are glad the product helped with training your pet.

Chloe M.July 7, 2026

The ingredients are great, but the strips themselves sometimes crumble when you break them apart.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The soft-chew texture can crumble under strong pressure, so we advise breaking the strips gently along the grain.

Lisa C.July 6, 2026

It took me a second to get my head around the meat being leftovers from the human supply chain. Does not seem to have cost anything in quality, though, it is good stuff.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for paying attention to the details. Using high-quality by-products reduces the impact on the environment.

Marie K.July 5, 2026

No dye anywhere in this. It looks like exactly what it is.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. Avoiding artificial colorings allows us to preserve the natural appearance of the meat product.

Philipp P.July 4, 2026

European-sourced ingredients, fast delivery, everything was spot on.

Susanne D.July 3, 2026

It is an extra on top of what she normally eats, never a meal. Two things on the label and I know what both of them are, which is more than I can say for most treats.

Sabine L.July 3, 2026

Nothing dyed, nothing preserved, and the list of what is in it barely takes up a line. The quality is a step above what we were buying before.

Sanne de J.July 2, 2026

Never thought I'd feel good about a treat bag, but knowing it's made from stuff that would otherwise go to waste makes buying it feel a little less guilty.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for supporting our eco-friendly approach to ingredient sourcing.

Tobias G.July 1, 2026

The format works for both dogs and cats. I have two cats and a dog, and all of them liked it with no issues.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The treat’s versatility makes it convenient for multi-pet households.

Bram K.June 30, 2026

My dog doesn't care where the duck came from, obviously, but I do, and knowing it's not some separately farmed novelty ingredient makes the whole thing feel less wasteful.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for supporting our environmental initiatives.

Anna K.June 29, 2026

No lecture printed on the packet about saving the planet. Just a decent product in a bag that goes in the recycling. I prefer it that way.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the high rating of our approach to production.

Felix W.June 28, 2026

No harsh added fragrances, just a normal meaty smell. I’m happy with the purchase.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback on the aroma.

Tobias G.June 27, 2026

Good strip size. They tear neatly along the fibers, with no crumbs.

Andrea N.June 26, 2026

Read the back of the bag before buying and appreciated that they're not wasting perfectly good meat just because it's not sold for human plates. Small thing, but it stuck with me.

Thomas K.June 25, 2026

The duck single-protein format worked great for allergies. The ingredients are clean.

Katharina R.June 24, 2026

You can actually see real meat fibers in these, not some ground-up mystery paste. Definitely a step up from the cheaper treats we tried before.

Sanne de J.June 23, 2026

No hidden filler inside. Just clean single protein.

Philipp P.June 22, 2026

The soft strips are convenient for my cat. No need to bite hard to break them.

Michal N.June 21, 2026

Convenient for rewarding my dog after grooming. He waits for this treat and behaves calmly.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the recommendation. The treat helps reinforce good behavior.

Lotte S.June 20, 2026

Smells like natural meat. No chemical fragrances that overpower smells outdoors.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase. The natural aroma keeps the treat appealing to dogs.

Nicolas R.June 19, 2026

The dog eats it happily, but the bag looks cheap because of the monomaterial.

Julia S.June 18, 2026

He wolfs it down and I am glad nothing in there has been colored to look nicer. My problem is quantity. We train most days and the pack was empty by day three.

Lotte S.June 17, 2026

Didn't expect to care about sourcing this much, but I looked it up and it's genuinely reassuring that nothing extra had to be produced just for this treat.

Anna K.June 17, 2026

Glad they have left it undyed. The smell, though, is an acquired taste and I am not sure I have acquired it yet.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. The distinctive aroma comes from natural duck meat, with no artificial flavorings or added fragrances.

Camille T.June 16, 2026

Whoever came up with sourcing the duck this way deserves credit. It's the kind of quality I'd trust for myself, honestly, and my dog agrees.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. We do indeed use human-grade ingredients.

Thomas K.June 15, 2026

Excellent single-protein format; finally there are no hidden fillers in the ingredients. I buy it for my dog with allergies.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For pets with sensitive digestion, single-protein treats really are the best fit.

Maria C.June 14, 2026

Duck is easy to digest. My dog had no stomach problems.

Nicolas R.June 13, 2026

No strong smells, which is nice. You open the bag and it just smells like regular meat.

Antoine L.June 12, 2026

The quality is justified. I’m buying it for the second time already and will keep doing so.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for choosing our product again. We are very pleased to see returning customers.

Ines M.June 11, 2026

The description states a single protein source, which is actually the case. It caused no adverse reactions in my dog.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The single-protein format is specifically designed to minimize the risk of food intolerance.

Matthias V.June 10, 2026

Duck is a great option to add some variety to their diet. My Pomeranian eats it with pleasure.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. Duck is great for adding variety to your pet's daily diet.

Giulia B.June 9, 2026
Perfect for training

I bought these strips for my Belgian Shepherd. He is very active and quickly loses focus during training. Our usual lure is cheese, but it makes a mess in the bag. This treat solved the problem. I tear the duck into small pieces, toss them in my fanny pack, and pull them out one by one. The dog works with fire in his eyes. The single protein is important to me because he has a sensitive stomach. After a week of training, there have been no upset stomachs. The ingredient list is easy to read, with no chemicals—thank you for being honest with your customers.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your detailed and comprehensive review. It's great that the product fits so well into your training routine. For pets with sensitive digestion, a single protein is indeed the optimal choice.

Christian F.June 8, 2026

100% pure duck with no fillers. It's a lifesaver for dogs with allergies, the flaky skin has stopped.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The single-protein format is indeed designed with pets prone to allergies in mind.

Elena V.June 7, 2026

My dog really loves the soft, chewy texture of the strips. It's very convenient for rewarding him at home.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase. We are glad you liked the product.

Katharina R.June 6, 2026

The texture is soft and chewy, making it easy for an older dog to eat. The strips don't scratch the roof of the mouth.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. The soft texture is indeed suitable even for adult and senior pets.

Sophie L.June 5, 2026

Indoors she will do anything for one of these. They stay bendy rather than snapping, which I assume is what the second ingredient is there for.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Vegetable glycerin provides softness and preserves the texture of the strips.

Elena V.June 5, 2026

I liked that there are no preservatives. I give them as a supplement to his food, not every day.

Sarah W.June 4, 2026

I read the label expecting the usual list of things I cannot pronounce and found basically meat. Nice change.

Emma L.June 3, 2026

My dog is tiny, so one strip stretches to three or four rewards. I just pull bits off with my fingers, no hunting around for scissors.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. We are glad the strip format proved practical for you to use.

Markus Z.June 2, 2026

Very soft strips. Convenient to use as a calming reward after grooming.

Daan V.June 1, 2026

A stress-free way to reward during walks. Convenient format.

Markus Z.May 31, 2026

In principle I approve of them not coloring it. In practice the strips look fairly grim sitting in the bag. My dog has no such reservations.

Kevin J.May 30, 2026

Checked the label for the usual junk (preservatives, colorings) and found none. Good to see ingredients that would pass muster on a human plate too.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your detailed review.

Sabine L.May 29, 2026

It works beautifully as a calm-down reward once the grooming is over. The only thing holding me back from five stars is the price, you do not get a lot in the bag for what it costs, good as it is.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The price is driven by the use of human-grade ingredients and a production cycle based in Europe without relying on cheap labor.

Stefan M.May 28, 2026

The smell alone had my dog losing his mind before I'd even opened the bag fully. Nice to know what's inside is decent quality too, not just a strong scent covering up junk.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your interest in our product. Using food-grade ingredients helps reduce waste.

Ingrid F.May 27, 2026

One of the few brands that actually explains where the meat comes from instead of just slapping 'natural' on the label. Turns out it's tied to reducing food waste, which I wasn't expecting but appreciated.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. Using such ingredients allows us to maintain sustainable production without sacrificing quality.

Laura H.May 26, 2026

The strips stay soft instead of drying into crisps, which I think is the whole point of the second ingredient. Downside for us: he empties his water bowl every single time he has one.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Glycerin is used as a safe humectant. Increased thirst is a normal reaction, just please ensure your pet has constant access to fresh water.

Kevin J.May 25, 2026

Natural meat aroma without any harsh fragrances. As an owner, I really appreciate the lack of chemical smell.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. A natural scent is an indicator of the absence of artificial additives.

Marco R.May 25, 2026

Easy to open the bag with one hand while outside. Very convenient.

Birgit R.May 24, 2026

Chewy enough that she takes her time over it, so it works as a proper reward rather than something she inhales in a second.

Birgit R.May 23, 2026

Honest ingredient list with percentages. It's very nice when the manufacturer hides nothing from the buyer.

Matthias V.May 22, 2026

Excellent taste, according to my Beagle. Drools like a river.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We are glad the treat was a hit with your pet. The taste of natural duck rarely leaves dogs indifferent.

Michael B.May 21, 2026

Good ingredients, single protein, but the duck smell is too specific. The dog eats it, but without much enthusiasm.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Duck does indeed have a distinct natural aroma without artificial fragrances. Try chopping the strips into smaller pieces and mixing them with the main diet.

Bram K.May 20, 2026
Great option for training

I bought this for my cat to teach her the "sit" command. The soft, chewy texture makes it easy to tear off small pieces for rewards. The duck smell is natural, without any chemicals. We will buy again!

Laura H.May 19, 2026

A small pack, which was the point. I wanted to see whether it agreed with him before committing to anything bigger. A week later it was gone and his stomach never complained once.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your order. I’m glad the package size turned out to be convenient for you.

Chloe M.May 18, 2026

This treat doesn’t replace food; I give about one piece a day as a bonus.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for understanding. Following feeding guidelines is very important for health.

Camille T.May 17, 2026

No artificial colors, and you can tell by the color. Natural and doesn’t stain the coat.

Nadine N.May 16, 2026

The treat complements the diet. It doesn’t replace regular food, but it’s great motivation during training.

Nadine N.May 16, 2026
The perfect treat after grooming

Chicken is off the menu for my poodle, so duck was the obvious route. One meat and nothing else mixed in is exactly what we had been hunting for, and these fit the bill.

Daan V.May 15, 2026

My old boy struggles with anything he has to really work at. These he can manage, soft enough to chew without a fight.

S. KellerMay 14, 2026

I buy these for outdoor training. The treat doesn’t crumble in my pocket.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the practical observation. The treat really does keep its structure and doesn’t make your hands dirty during walks.

S. KellerMay 13, 2026
Suitable for both cats and dogs

We have two cats and a dog, and I give these duck strips to all of them. It’s convenient that you can adjust the portion size. They’re soft and easy to tear by hand straight from the bag, and 80 grams lasts a long time if you give a little at a time.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. We’re glad the treat worked well for several pets at once.

Sabine HaasMay 12, 2026

I liked that the bag is lightweight and doesn’t tear when opened.

Julien D.May 11, 2026

We got it for the cat, and now she keeps asking for more. We give it little by little.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We’re glad your pet enjoyed the taste. The main thing is to remember that the treat is a supplement to the main diet and to give it in moderation.

Sabine HaasMay 10, 2026

No hidden fillers like you usually see listed in cheap foods.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your trust. Listing a completely honest composition is a basic principle of our brand.

Sanne L.May 9, 2026

The smell isn’t sharp, but the dog can sense it from a mile away.

Michael B.May 8, 2026
Excellent single-protein

I was looking for a treat without hidden fillers for a dog with allergies. This duck option fully met my expectations; the ingredients are honest and easy to understand. The single-protein format works as it should, and my pet hasn’t had any more itching. I’m glad the manufacturer doesn’t hide the percentages.

Sanne L.May 8, 2026

Smells nicely of meat. The dog can hear the bag from a mile away.

Michal N.May 7, 2026
A lifesaver for an allergy-prone dog

My wire-haired Spitz is prone to allergies to chicken and beef. Finding a treat has always been a huge problem. Fernpaw’s duck-based single-protein format has been a real lifesaver. The ingredients are as transparent as possible: just duck and vegetable glycerin, which retains moisture and gives the texture its soft chewiness. I noticed that after adding these strips to the diet as a training reward, my dog’s eyes stopped watering. The texture makes it easy to divide the strips by hand right at the training field, without getting your hands or pockets dirty. EU standards do their job.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your trust. We’re glad the product suited your pet.

Markus T.May 6, 2026

The dried strips don’t stain pockets. Convenient to take to dog shows.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the recommendation. The treat really is convenient to use outside the home.

Álvaro L.May 5, 2026

I liked that you can give it to both the cat and the dog, but it’s hard for the cat to chew

Álvaro L.May 4, 2026

Clear single-protein ingredients. My dog is allergic to chicken, so duck is a lifesaver.

L. GrimmMay 3, 2026

There is one extra ingredient beyond the meat and it is there to stop the strips drying out. Nothing sinister about it.

L. GrimmMay 2, 2026

The single-protein format is a lifesaver for our corgi’s elimination diet.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the review. Mono-protein treats are ideal for strict diets.

Pieter M.May 1, 2026

The pets are thrilled. Soft texture, clear single-protein formula, easy to tear by hand.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the review. The format really is very convenient.

Katharina B.May 1, 2026

Chewy rather than crunchy, so he settles down with it instead of getting wound up. Thank you!

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the review. Calm rewarding is an excellent way to use it.

Katharina B.April 30, 2026

Convenient to divide into small portions. For the cat I take a quarter of a strip, for the dog a whole one.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the feedback. The universal format is suitable for different animals.

Alejandro G.April 29, 2026

You can read the whole ingredient list in about two seconds and there is nothing hiding in it. That is rare.

É. ChevalierApril 28, 2026

The dried strips are excellent. The fact that they’re single-protein is very convenient; my dog has allergies and we watch her diet carefully.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the review. We’re glad the treat suited your pet.

É. ChevalierApril 27, 2026

Really happy with these. I pull them into whatever size I need on the spot, and the quality is obvious.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the high rating!

Timo L.April 26, 2026

Dried duck strips that finally don't have a harsh smell. The natural meat aroma is immediately noticeable. The dog reacts perfectly, will order more.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are glad you highly appreciated the natural ingredients.

Timo L.April 25, 2026

Great treat. Natural meat aroma without any artificial fragrances. The cat is absolutely thrilled!

Florian E.April 24, 2026

Easy to adjust the portion for the dog. I tear it into pieces depending on the command performed.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. A personalized approach to portions is very convenient.

Florian E.April 24, 2026

It's hard for my pug to chew hard things, but he ate these strips instantly.

Matteo D.April 23, 2026
Experience using Fernpaw strips

We got these strips for our beagle, Max. Used them for a week during walks. Easy to tear by hand, the dog quickly learned a new command. The texture isn't crumbly and smells like real meat. It's an active breed, so reward is important.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad the product met your expectations during training.

Matteo D.April 22, 2026
Our allergy savior

Our Westie reacts badly to chicken, so every new treat is a gamble. We went in slowly with these, one strip a day for a fortnight, watching for the usual signs. Nothing. No scratching, ears stayed clean, no pink patches on her belly. Part of it is that there is only one meat involved and no mystery fats or meal padding it out. The strips are soft and smell like actual meat rather than perfume. That it is made in Europe and the bag can be recycled is a bonus rather than the reason I bought it. We will keep ordering. For the quality of what is in it, the price is fair.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed story. For pets with allergies, choosing a single protein is often the only right solution.

Viktor S.April 21, 2026

A small bag is exactly what you want for a trial run. My cat was up on the counter before I had finished opening it.

Fernpaw reply

Good day. Thank you for the rating. This pack size is indeed perfect for getting acquainted with the flavor.

Simone KellerApril 20, 2026

Duck is a great option for allergy sufferers, but the strips are a bit too tough for an old boy.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For older dogs with dental issues, we recommend slightly soaking the treat in warm water before serving it to your pet.

Simone KellerApril 19, 2026

Makes sense to use what would otherwise be discarded rather than raising something new specifically for treats. Glad to see a brand actually thinking that through.

Anouk L.April 18, 2026

The strips are convenient for rewards. The dog eats them eagerly, the texture allows for quick chewing.

Fernpaw reply

Good day. Thank you for your review. The soft structure doesn't irritate the gums and is eaten quickly.

Sarah W.April 18, 2026

Soft texture, very easy to tear by hand. However, the duck smell is a bit too overpowering for my liking, even though the manufacturer mentions the absence of harsh artificial fragrances.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. The natural meat aroma is due to the absence of chemical odor neutralizers in the ingredients.

Anouk L.April 17, 2026

An excellent reward after grooming. The cat reacts calmly to the procedure knowing she'll get some duck.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. The treat is indeed great for building positive associations.

Uwe KrügerApril 16, 2026

Liked that the aroma is natural, without harsh fragrances. The dog immediately understood it was delicious.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The natural scent really helps to hold the pet's attention.

Uwe KrügerApril 15, 2026

The adult cat eats it eagerly. The strips are only for adults, just as stated.

Álvaro V.April 14, 2026

The cat eats them, but I have to cut the strips with a knife; they are a bit too tough for her.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. The soft-chew texture is designed primarily for dogs; for cats, please break the treat down into smaller pieces.

Álvaro V.April 13, 2026
Tears easily by hand

Convenient to tear into pieces right on a walk. The soft texture isn't crumbly, the cat is thrilled.

Fernpaw reply

Good day. Thank you for your purchase. The soft-chew texture is indeed designed for easy tearing.

Nuria VargasApril 12, 2026

Nice surprise to find ingredients I'd actually recognize from my own kitchen. Quality-wise it's a cut above what we used to buy.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The ingredient category indeed meets human consumption standards.

Nuria VargasApril 12, 2026

Great texture for breaking apart, but when outside in the cold, my hands freeze while tearing it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. For ease of use in freezing weather, we recommend pre-cutting the strips into small, desired pieces at home.

Karolina ZielińskiApril 11, 2026
Excellent product for training

I work with Border Collies for a living, so I am fussy about what goes in the treat pouch. These cleared the bar. One meat source matters when you handle dogs that react to things, and I know exactly what is in the bag because the label does not hide behind vague wording. Out on the field I can pull off whatever size piece the exercise calls for, one-handed, and my fingers do not come away greasy afterwards. The smell does its job on the dog without being unbearable for me. The pack is small enough to live in a jacket pocket. Five stars, no hesitation.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed and professional review. We are glad the product became a reliable assistant in your training.

Good for allergy diet

Bought as a single-protein treat for a dog with a food allergy. Duck is the only protein, which is perfect for an elimination diet. In reality, the texture turned out to be not just soft-chew, but almost moist and slightly sticky to the touch. My poodle, Berna, eats it eagerly, and we haven't confirmed an allergy, so overall the product works. I'm deducting a star because the strips stick together inside the bag and I have to peel them apart with my fingers, leaving a greasy residue on my hands. This isn't very convenient when you need to quickly grab a piece outside.

Davide FontanaApril 9, 2026

I give it as a bonus to the main food in the mornings. Perfect.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. We are glad the treat fits perfectly into your pet's daily diet.

Marco R.April 8, 2026

Halfway round the block I can snap a bit off one-handed while the lead is in the other. That is really all I needed from it.

Fernpaw reply

Good day. Thank you for your feedback.

Davide FontanaApril 7, 2026

Fernpaw dried duck strips are top-notch. Clear ingredients, nothing extra.

N. PardoApril 7, 2026

My dog eats it, but she needs some time to get used to the natural taste.

Fernpaw reply

Good day. Thank you for your review. The absence of artificial flavorings makes the taste as natural as possible, which might require an adjustment period for your pet.

N. PardoApril 6, 2026

The natural aroma gets my dog's attention. But on cold walks, the strips quickly stiffened up and became hard, so it takes a long time to chew them.

Sophie B.April 5, 2026

Easy to adjust the portion size. I break it into small pieces for my small dog.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the practical comment.

Sophie B.April 4, 2026

Suitable for both dogs and cats. Both of mine eat it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review.

Claudia ReuterApril 3, 2026

Exactly what I wanted for mine, one meat and nothing else mixed in. The bag did not last long at all. Thank you so much!

Claudia ReuterApril 2, 2026

Finally, a proper single-protein treat for my allergy-prone dog. The ingredients are transparent, and the dog is happy.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The single-ingredient format really is a great fit for sensitive pets.

Uwe D.April 2, 2026

The texture is soft and chewy, and my dog can bite through it easily. Thank you.

Uwe D.April 1, 2026
Good Treat for Training

I buy these for outdoor training. The duck really gets my boxer's attention, and he's ready to work for these pieces. The texture is good and doesn't crumble in my pocket. But sometimes there are strips that are too dry and hard to tear by hand when you're in a hurry. Overall everything is great, and Europe production is nice because of the short logistics route.

Best Find of the Year

My corgi's stomach is a delicate instrument, so finding a treat that does not set him off took months. This one has stuck. The big thing for me is what is not in it: no bulking agents, nothing added to keep it on the shelf longer. The strips are soft and come apart into small bits, which is ideal on a walk when you are handing out rewards every few minutes. It is a top-up rather than a meal, so I never feel like I am overfeeding him between dinners. The meat is the same standard you would find at a butcher's, and the bag is not a nightmare to dispose of either. He is delighted, which is the main verdict.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for such warm words and a detailed review. We're glad to be useful.

Bas B.March 30, 2026

A good complementary food for the main diet. My dog is always happy to earn a little extra.

Romain N.March 29, 2026

Honest ingredients with percentages. Single-protein. I'll buy it again.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for trusting our brand.

Romain N.March 28, 2026

My dog is happy, but my hands stay sticky from the glycerin after tearing the strips apart.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Natural glycerin helps maintain the elastic texture; if needed, we recommend dividing the strips in advance or washing your hands after serving.

Jonas H.March 28, 2026

Two ingredients, both of which I could explain to someone if they asked. Nothing added to make it look or taste like something it is not, and you do not see that often these days.

Andreas P.March 27, 2026

I use it as a reward after grooming. The soft strips are easy to give even to small breeds.

Lisa C.March 26, 2026

It comes apart in my fingers, so there is nothing to prepare beforehand. Lives in my coat pocket now.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The softness of the strips is specifically designed so they can be easily divided by hand.

Jonas H.March 25, 2026

Great stuff for small dogs. The soft texture doesn't crumble, and the single-protein formula is ideal. 5 stars.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review and high rating.

Simone G.March 24, 2026

Convenient to divide, but some strips in the bag were thicker than the others.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. Since the product is natural, slight variations in the thickness of the sliced raw material are possible.

Simone G.March 23, 2026

Excellent single-meat formula, but I'd like to know the duck percentage more precisely.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your rating. We list the ingredients as transparently as possible, but the exact percentage of raw material may have technological variations depending on the batch.

Simone L.March 23, 2026

Soft texture, dog is happy. Worth the money.

Simone L.March 22, 2026

No colorants or preservatives. That's important for my dog's stomach.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your trust. Avoiding artificial additives makes the treat safe for regular use.

Ana P.March 21, 2026

No hidden fillers, just as stated. Only pure duck protein, and that's it.

Delphine C.March 20, 2026

Didn't expect much from a treat this cheap, but the ingredient sourcing is genuinely better than I assumed.

Delphine C.March 19, 2026

No chemicals in the ingredients. Just clean meat for rewarding the dog.

Andrea B.March 19, 2026
Third bag and counting

Third bag now for my poodle Rex. I keep it strictly as an extra alongside his proper food, never as a replacement. Since we switched, his digestion has settled noticeably, far fewer bad days. You can see the difference in the strips themselves, they look like sliced meat with fibers and everything, not like something pressed out of flour and flavoring. It also does not travel halfway round the world to get here, so it is not sitting in a container for months before it reaches me. Ordering again.

Andrea B.March 18, 2026

I break off what I need as we go. Most of our training happens on walks, so that matters more than it sounds.

Frank B.March 17, 2026

No unnecessary sugar or salt. Just duck meat.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for paying attention to the ingredients. We make it a principle not to add salt, sugar, or other artificial additives to our treats.

Frank B.March 16, 2026

An absolute find for my cat. I tear a strip into small pieces and give it to her after grooming; she absolutely loves the natural smell.

Marcin LewandowskaMarch 15, 2026

I feed it to both my dog and my cat, it was a huge hit with both. It's so convenient that the treat is universal for two types of pets at once.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The treat's format is indeed designed to meet the needs of both dogs and cats.

Marcin LewandowskaMarch 14, 2026

The treat complements their diet but doesn't replace their main food. Very convenient!

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. It's important to maintain a balanced diet.

Nuria G.March 14, 2026

Nobody has tried to make this look prettier than it is, and honestly I trust it more for that.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review.

Nuria G.March 13, 2026

I buy this for dogs and cats. The strips are easy to divide, making it easy to adjust the portion size.

Marta IglesiasMarch 12, 2026

This doesn't replace their food, but as a reward it works 100%.

Marta IglesiasMarch 11, 2026

A short label with no filler padding it out. Thank you for keeping it simple!

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for appreciating our transparency in our ingredients.

Anke G.March 10, 2026

I appreciate being able to buy a small bag first. Nothing worse than committing to a big pack and finding out your pet hates it.

Anke G.March 10, 2026

I try to keep waste down at home in general, so it mattered to me that this brand isn't producing extra just for treats. Will restock without a second thought.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's great to know that you appreciate our approach to sustainability.

Anke SommerMarch 9, 2026

Great for adult pets. My cat eats it with no issues.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. The format and texture are indeed designed with the needs of adult pets in mind.

Anke SommerMarch 8, 2026

Perfect portion size, I tear it into three pieces for my small dog. Very happy.

Tim S.March 7, 2026

One meat source, no reaction, dog delighted, that part worked exactly as hoped. What put me off slightly was opening it. The bag arrives puffed up with air and the actual contents look a lot smaller once you get in there.

Tim S.March 7, 2026

Clear ingredients listed right on the bag. I appreciate it when they list the dry-matter percentages.

Nina KrügerMarch 6, 2026

Good concept on the packaging. In practice my dog gets one strip and immediately wants another, and 80 g disappears in a few days. For the price it should last a lot longer.

Anna S.March 5, 2026

Excellent quality dried strips, with no artificial colors. The cat is thrilled.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. We are glad your pet is happy.

Nina KrügerMarch 4, 2026

The percentages on the packaging are stated honestly. I buy it regularly.

Andreas P.March 3, 2026

This is not the leftover scrapings that usually go into pet snacks, the meat is the kind that would have ended up on a plate. The quality shows. Recommended.

Julien F.March 3, 2026

Smell is normal, without any harsh fragrances. The dog is happy.

Julien F.March 2, 2026

They print the actual proportions instead of hiding behind wording like meat and animal derivatives. Not that there is much to print, mind you, the list is two items long.

Petra C.March 1, 2026

Made in the EU, which means the quality is controlled. I'll buy it.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your trust.

Petra C.February 28, 2026

Using up what the food industry does not sell instead of binning it is a good enough reason to pick one brand over another.

Rafał NowickiFebruary 27, 2026

This treat is perfect for training. The smell keeps the pet's attention.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The natural aroma works great for focus.

Rafał NowickiFebruary 27, 2026

Bought this for my cat after grooming. She chews these strips calmly, and the portion size is easy to adjust for her.

Florian G.February 26, 2026

I liked that there are no artificial flavorings. I even tried it myself, and it tasted fine.

Florian G.February 25, 2026

Short and clear ingredient list. No hidden components.

Hannah B.February 24, 2026

Keeps the dog's attention 100%. The aroma works.

Laura M.February 24, 2026

Natural meaty aroma with no harsh fragrances. An excellent supplementary food alongside the main diet.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. We deliberately avoid using artificial flavorings to preserve the natural taste of the meat.

Laura M.February 23, 2026
Practical and tasty

I bought it for Leo, my Maine Coon. People assume a cat that size can eat anything in one go, and he can, but duck is rich, so I split each strip into pieces before he gets it. I just tear them at the bowl with my hands. It is made in Europe, which is one less thing for me to worry about on the safety side. One bag lasts us the best part of a month at this rate. The label is short and there is nothing chemical on it. This is a top-up rather than a meal, the cat is delighted, and his coat has never looked better. It is on my regular order now.

Carlos M.February 22, 2026

They stay moist right down to the last one in the bag. No shriveled hard bits at the bottom like you get with some brands.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for paying attention to the ingredients. Vegetable glycerin is indeed responsible for preserving the soft, chewy texture.

Céline V.February 21, 2026

I make the pieces smaller, tear them by hand, saves time.

Céline V.February 20, 2026

Bought as a single protein for an allergic dog. Clean ingredients, but he reacted anyway. A hypoallergenic treat should be safe for allergic dogs, that is the whole idea.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you. Single-protein treats reduce the number of triggers but cannot rule out a reaction to duck itself; we suggest introducing any new protein gradually.

Ines G.February 20, 2026

Soft enough that my dog's dodgy teeth are not an issue. She polishes them off happily.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase. We are glad the texture suited your pet.

Ines G.February 19, 2026

Big reward or small reward, I decide in the moment and pull off that much. Simple as that.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the short but meaningful review.

Sandra R.February 18, 2026

Good-quality dried strips. Suitable for adult pets.

Sandra R.February 17, 2026

I give them to my cat after grooming, she loves these duck strips. The texture is right.

C. DuboisFebruary 17, 2026

Honest percentages on the label. Few do that nowadays.

C. DuboisFebruary 16, 2026

Fernpaw made me happy. Soft strips for my Yorkie, he swallows them in seconds.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We are glad your pet liked the taste.

Oliver ArnoldFebruary 15, 2026

We mostly use these indoors and they are spot on, chewy without being a jaw workout.

Oliver ArnoldFebruary 14, 2026

The quality of the ingredients is good, but I had to spend a long time explaining to the dog that this is food.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. A natural taste without flavor enhancers may require adjustment for pets used to commercial foods with strong fragrances.

DoreenFebruary 14, 2026

The ingredients are honest, with no hidden fillers, which is rare. The duck went down very well, we will order again.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for rating the ingredients. We are glad the treat suited your pet.

DoreenFebruary 13, 2026

Meat good enough for people, and they actually tell you how much of it is in there. I cannot think of many brands that manage both. Worth buying.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We strive for maximum transparency so owners know exactly what they are feeding their pets.

Céline R.February 12, 2026
Breaks apart easily by hand

The texture makes it easy to tear off pieces of the size you need. Perfect for outdoor training. Thank you.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. The soft texture is indeed designed for convenient portioning.

Céline R.February 11, 2026

The ingredients are simple and clear. But there are a lot of small crumbs in the bag, a third of the weight is literally dust rather than strips.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Crumbs can form due to mechanical impact during transport of a fragile natural product, while the strips themselves still retain their properties.

Doreen O.February 11, 2026

Taking meat that has already been through food production and turning it into treats makes sense to me. Nothing gets thrown away that did not have to be.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for supporting our sustainability concept. Rational use of resources is important to us.

Doreen O.February 10, 2026

No harsh fragrances is a big plus. The smell is real and meaty.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your rating. We deliberately do not use artificial flavorings.

Émilie T.February 9, 2026

There is no small print to squint at. Only two ingredients go into it, and neither one is a cheap filler.

Émilie T.February 8, 2026

My dachshund gets through them without any struggling. He has thoroughly approved of the change.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase. We are glad the texture suited your dog.

Davide GrecoFebruary 8, 2026

For a small dog this is a relief. She chews her piece properly instead of trying to swallow something too hard in one go.

Davide GrecoFebruary 7, 2026

No artificial flavorings, smells like real meat. My cocker spaniel went crazy for it.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The natural aroma is what we focus on.

Sandrine L.February 6, 2026

The natural aroma keeps my pug’s attention without any flavorings. An excellent product for the money.

Sandrine L.February 6, 2026

Barely anything on the label: the meat, plus one thing to stop it going hard. That is it.

TimFebruary 5, 2026
Liked the duck, but there's a drawback

Bought these for my miniature schnauzer as a reward after grooming. The texture is soft, and the strips are easily torn by hand, which is very convenient outdoors. But for my dog, they turned out to be a bit too large; I have to tear each one into about five pieces. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the quality—the ingredients are honest, with no hidden additives. I will buy again, but I would like to see a bit more variety in the package sizes.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad that the product worked well as a reward. The strip format is indeed designed to be easily adaptable for portioning.

TimFebruary 4, 2026

Short supply chain is a big plus. Top quality, the dog is absolutely thrilled.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your trust. We strive to support local manufacturing.

Britta S.February 3, 2026

Soft-chew texture, as stated. Which means it squashed flat in my pocket during training. I need something that survives a session outdoors and this does not.

Britta S.February 3, 2026

Good product, but the zip-lock closure on the bag is tight and breaks quickly.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for pointing this out. We will pass the information regarding the closure to our production department to check the packaging quality.

Carlos M.February 2, 2026

It is made from what the food industry does not put on shelves. Good. That stuff should not be going in the bin.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for supporting our eco-mission.

Marcel S.February 1, 2026

Excellent single-protein format. I'm testing my dog for allergens, and this product fit perfectly into the diet.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Eliminating excess proteins helps control your pet's diet.

Marcel S.January 31, 2026

The empty bag went straight into the yellow bin. No wondering, no guessing which part goes where.

Sven N.January 31, 2026

The treat perfectly complements the diet. It doesn't replace dry food, but it motivates the pet well.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase and for correctly understanding the product's intended use.

Sven N.January 30, 2026

Our collection point here in Estonia took it without a problem, which is not a given with pet food packaging.

Bas W.January 29, 2026

Neat, filling strips. Would buy again.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase.

Bas W.January 29, 2026

No filler hiding in the label, and I do appreciate that. I would still rather it were meat and nothing else. The second ingredient is not something I would choose to add myself, harmless as it probably is.

Laura CabreraJanuary 28, 2026

Honest ingredients with no hidden additives, duck is perfect for my poodle as a rare protein.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are glad that the single-protein format suited your dog.

Laura CabreraJanuary 27, 2026

The cat eats it too. I split one strip into three pieces.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. The strip format is versatile and perfect for rewarding both dogs and cats.

Alejandro G.January 26, 2026

European quality. You can tell right away that the raw materials are good.

FemkeJanuary 26, 2026

A straightforward label and it really is duck. I would just prefer a bit less of the stuff they add to keep it soft.

FemkeJanuary 25, 2026

Great treat, but for a toy poodle, the strips are a bit too long.

Iván C.January 24, 2026

This is a supplementary food, not medicine, but I'm glad the production is in the EU under strict standards.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your attention to quality. EU production guarantees compliance with strict safety standards.

Iván C.January 24, 2026

The package contains actual strips, not meat crumbs. Adapting the portion size is very easy.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your order. We monitor the product's shape during the drying stage.

Sabine V.January 23, 2026

Honest percentages on the package without hidden fillers. I respect this approach to business.

Sabine V.January 22, 2026

No harsh odors. It just smells like dried meat and doesn't cause allergies for me.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We fundamentally do not use artificial flavorings.

Florian T.January 21, 2026

Soft enough to pull apart with my fingers, but they do not fuse into one lump inside the bag the way some do. A good balance.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We carefully calibrated the balance of the texture's density.

Nora T.January 21, 2026

My poodle is getting on and hard treats are out of the question now. These she manages easily, and she clearly enjoys them.

Florian T.January 20, 2026

Convenient format—you can break it apart with your hands! My dog absolutely loves it.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review! We are glad you liked the product.

FedericaJanuary 19, 2026
Excellent result for a senior poodle

Our poodle Hans is almost 12 years old, and he no longer has the teeth to chew on hard treats. These duck strips have been a lifesaver. The soft-chew texture allows him to safely chew the strip without hurting his gums. We've been buying them for three months in a row now, giving them to him twice a day after he follows commands. The ingredient list is crystal clear; as a chemist by training, I checked it immediately. Duck and vegetable glycerin, that's it. Digestion works like clockwork, and his stool hasn't worsened. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

FedericaJanuary 19, 2026

I bought the small one as a trial. It did not survive the week. Ordering properly this time.

Viktor S.January 18, 2026

I liked that it’s free from chemicals, but the shelf life could be a bit longer.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. Since we do not use artificial preservatives, the shelf life is limited by the natural freshness of the product.

Nicole N.January 17, 2026

Good treat, but there were a lot of meat crumbs at the bottom of the bag.

Nicole N.January 17, 2026

Nice not to have to think about where the empty packet goes, it recycles like any other plastic. And the animals gave the contents full marks.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the high rating. We strive to minimize our environmental impact by using mono-materials.

Lukas P.January 16, 2026

No scissors, no fuss. When the dog gets something right you want the reward in his mouth that second, not thirty seconds later.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. Making the strips easy to split by hand was one of our main priorities during development.

Lukas P.January 15, 2026

Smells like natural meat, with no harsh fragrances. The dog comes running instantly for this aroma.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We’re glad the natural quality of the product was appreciated. Thank you for your purchase.

C. MarchandJanuary 15, 2026

My pet’s coat is perfect after grooming, and rewarding with a strip works every time. I recommend it.

C. MarchandJanuary 14, 2026

Single-protein is great, but the strips turned out to be a bit tough for my cat.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your comment. The soft-chewy texture is designed for universal use; for cats, we recommend dividing the strips into smaller pieces.

Dennis BeckerJanuary 13, 2026

I use it for training at home. The strip is easy to split by hand into small pieces for motivation.

Dennis BeckerJanuary 13, 2026

Two ingredients, both obvious. At this price I fully expected to find something bulking it out, and there is not.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your trust. We make it a principle not to use cheap fillers to increase volume.

Sophie M.January 12, 2026

They bend instead of snapping, which makes them easy to work with. The texture is spot on.

Sophie M.January 11, 2026

An ordinary working dog would put it this way. I got it for outdoor training, and the smell keeps attention even in the wind.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The natural meaty aroma really does help keep an animal focused outdoors.

Susanne P.January 11, 2026

No colorants or preservatives is great, but the meat itself looks kind of gray in the bag and completely unappetizing.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. The natural color of dried meat without colorants can seem dull. This is normal and confirms the transparency of the ingredients.

Susanne P.January 10, 2026

Smells normal, not stinky. The dog vientiane eats it with pleasure.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The natural meaty aroma is designed to attract pets without causing discomfort to the owner.

B. de VriesJanuary 9, 2026

Easy to split by hand, no need to look for a knife or scissors. Take the piece you need and give it to the dog.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. The softness of the product saves the owner time when preparing for training.

B. de VriesJanuary 9, 2026

Soft and tear easily, but inside the bag they often stick together into one lump.

Franziska O.January 8, 2026

Easy to tear into pieces. I use it at the training field, and the dog works happily.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your trust. The treat was developed specifically for actively motivating pets.

Franziska O.January 7, 2026

The meat smell keeps my pug’s attention even when there are lots of pigeons around.

Kasper H.January 7, 2026

I started with the smallest bag to see how it went down. No hesitation from the cat at all.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase.

Kasper H.January 6, 2026

The strips tear very well and the dog is happy, but the duck smell is too meaty and a bit strong.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The natural aroma comes from the absence of artificial flavorings and hidden fillers in the product.

Sergio P.January 5, 2026
Experience Using It on Walks

I bought the strips for rewards at the training field. The smell holds my Labrador’s attention very well, even from a long distance. The ingredients are clean, with no preservatives. They are very easy to split by hand. But the moisture inside the bag was uneven; some pieces were too dried out and broke apart. Overall, it’s a good product and I’ll order again.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. Drying uniformity is regularly monitored during production, and we will take your observation into account to improve quality consistency within the batch.

Sergio P.January 5, 2026

Fernpaw did a great job, everything is transparent. Pure duck.

C. SerranoJanuary 4, 2026

The meat is the same grade people eat, and it is material that would otherwise have gone to waste. That combination is what made me pick this over the alternatives.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We support the responsible use of food industry resources.

C. SerranoJanuary 3, 2026

Soft stuff, comes apart with a bit of a pull. I take a couple of strips to class and never need a knife or a board to prepare anything.

L. IglesiasJanuary 3, 2026

My cat is eating duck for the first time, and the natural meat aroma without chemicals attracted her right away.

L. IglesiasJanuary 2, 2026

I liked that there are no flavorings. Natural smell.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase.

Bas S.January 1, 2026
Great duck, but a minor flaw

It's a pity there is no zip-lock inside to store the opened bag. The ingredients are perfectly pure duck with no additives, and my dog eats it with great pleasure, which is a big plus. The texture is normal and pleasantly chewy. If you don't close the bag, the meat will dry out in the fridge. I have to use a clip. EU production is undoubtedly a plus for trust.

Bas S.January 1, 2026

The absence of artificial dyes is immediately obvious. The color of the strips is natural, without bright pigments.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your order. The natural color is proof of the absence of artificial additives.

Petra ReuterDecember 31, 2025

I give it to my cat after brushing its coat. She waits more calmly for the procedure knowing she'll get some duck.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We are glad that the treat helps in grooming your pet. Thank you for your review.

Petra ReuterDecember 30, 2025

Chewy but not tough, which makes them easy to hand out on a walk. My dog is a huge fan.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Convenience on walks is a major advantage of this format.

Ralf O.December 30, 2025

No complaints about what you get for the money. The problem was my cat. She does not like the chewy texture and just left them sitting in the bowl.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. The strip format is not suitable for all cats due to its size and texture. For better motivation, we recommend slightly moistening the treat with warm water.

Hannah B.December 29, 2025

My cat eats it too, even though I bought it for my dog. I divide the strips into very small pieces, it's perfect for calm rewarding.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback. The format is indeed versatile and suitable for both dogs and cats.

Ralf O.December 29, 2025

Soft meat, easy for my old dog to chew. No gum problems whatsoever.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. We are glad the texture suited your pet. The soft-chew format was specifically designed with the needs of senior dogs in mind.

LauraDecember 28, 2025

The bag is a great eco-initiative, but the manufacture date on the side is hard to see.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your observation. The date information is applied via inkjet printing; we will check the contrast and font readability for future batches.

LauraDecember 27, 2025

Cuts excellently with scissors into small cubes for my Pomeranian.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We are glad the treat suited your pet. Cutting it into small pieces is a great way to adapt the portion for small breeds.

AlbertoDecember 27, 2025

The meat comes off the same production lines as food for people. Giving my dog something I would be willing to eat myself is worth paying for.

AlbertoDecember 26, 2025
Natural ingredients, but a bit dry

I was looking for a treat without flavorings and preservatives, and the Fernpaw product fully meets this. I give it to my cat in small amounts. But the meat is sometimes overdried and too tough for her. Otherwise, no complaints, the duck causes no allergies, which is the most important thing for us. I hope the manufacturer adjusts the drying level.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your detailed review, and we are glad the product suited your allergy-prone cat. We will take your comment into account when controlling the production drying process.

Bernd L.December 25, 2025

They stay springy even if I leave the bag open on the counter for a day. Not the sort that turns to leather.

Bernd L.December 25, 2025

My cat happily eats the duck. But the strips are a bit too long for her, I have to tear each into three or four pieces to feed her by hand.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. The strip format is designed to be universal for dogs and cats; it is indeed convenient to adapt the size by tearing it by hand.

V. GrecoDecember 24, 2025
Reliable packaging

The monomaterial bag seems simple at first glance, but it perfectly preserves the taste and smell of the duck strips. I bought this treat for my dachshund, Bruno. We often travel around Europe by car, so we were looking for something that doesn't dirty the hands and is easy to open. The strips are convenient to take out right from behind the steering wheel. The ingredients are pleasing — just one protein and glycerin. No hidden ingredients. Bruno is absolutely thrilled with the taste. It's great that it doesn't replace the main food but only supplements it, so the dog isn't picky and eats her kibble normally. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

V. GrecoDecember 24, 2025

A treat for adult pets. It's hard for my elderly dog to chew dry food, but he loved this.

Sandrine T.December 23, 2025

No dyes, no added flavoring, nothing pretending to be something else. Just a straightforward product.

Sandrine T.December 22, 2025

It's convenient that the strips are easy to tear by hand on walks for my Jack Russell. The texture is soft but doesn't fall apart in my pocket.

Valentina D.December 22, 2025

Worked perfectly as a supplementary food to the main diet. I couldn't find the exact daily allowance in the instructions, so I had to give it by eye.

Anna S.December 21, 2025

Single-protein format based on duck. Perfectly suited my dog with a beef intolerance.

Valentina D.December 21, 2025

The natural meat aroma works flawlessly. My pet immediately obeys commands to get the treat.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment. The taste and smell of natural meat really boost motivation.

Bram S.December 20, 2025

The strips are soft and chewy. The ideal size to adapt the portion for my pug.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your order. It is indeed important to properly portion treats for small dogs.

Bram S.December 19, 2025

Honest ingredients with percentages on the label. I respect brands that tell the truth instead of hiding behind pretty words.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your trust. Transparency in ingredients is a core principle of the Fernpaw brand.

Francesca F.December 19, 2025

The meat is excellent, but the dog swallows small pieces immediately without chewing.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We recommend adapting the size of the given piece to the individual characteristics and eating pace of your pet.

Francesca F.December 18, 2025

European quality is noticeable. The smell is pleasantly meaty, not chemical.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. We carefully monitor quality at our European facilities.

Sergio S.December 18, 2025

80 grams isn’t much for that price for a large dog.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your rating. This treat is a complementary food, and we recommend breaking the strips into smaller pieces to control portion size.

Sergio S.December 17, 2025

I pull a piece off mid-walk, hand it over, and it is gone before I have finished the sentence. Nice and soft.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. This texture was specially designed so the treat is easy to use as a reward outside the home.

Clara M.December 16, 2025

I give it after grooming as a reward. My pet stays calm, and the texture doesn’t crumble in my hands or bag.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. It’s great that you’ve found a convenient way to use the strips in everyday routines.

Joost V.December 16, 2025

Nothing added for color, nothing added to keep it on a shelf longer. What you see on the label is genuinely what is in the bag.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for trusting our ingredients.

Joost V.December 15, 2025
Happy with the quality

I bought it for my cat and dog. They both liked the duck. I tear it by hand into small pieces. I noticed the ingredients are honest, with no hidden components, which is rare today. I’ll be buying it regularly.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. We’re glad the treat suited all your pets.

Silke Z.December 15, 2025

Turning food industry offcuts into something useful instead of throwing them out gets a thumbs up from me.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for supporting our sustainability initiatives.

Silke Z.December 14, 2025

Soft strips. Convenient to use at home as a reward.

Léa PerrinDecember 13, 2025

On paper the quality claims are impressive. My dog was not impressed at all. She will take one, eventually, if she has just been groomed and is feeling sorry for herself. Otherwise she can take them or leave them.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. How appealing a treat is can always vary from pet to pet. Using it as an occasional reward after procedures is a perfectly suitable option.

Léa PerrinDecember 13, 2025

Excellent single-protein product, but the exact ratio isn’t listed on the package.

Valentina RicciDecember 12, 2025

Duck is 100% single protein. I recommend it to anyone with pets who have allergies.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the recommendation.

Valentina RicciDecember 12, 2025

Made from what is left over in the food industry, and to my mind that is a point in its favor rather than against it.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for supporting eco-friendly solutions.

Sabine S.December 11, 2025

I give it to my cat after a walk in the sling. She’s calm, and the strips relax her.

Sabine S.December 11, 2025

I buy it for after grooming. My dog sits calmly because he knows he’ll get a strip. It’s soft and easy for him to chew.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad the treat helps with caring for your pet.

Sven B.December 10, 2025

I use it as a complementary food. My dog eats his main meal and then gets a piece of duck as a bonus.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the right approach to feeding. The treat really is only a supplement.

Sven B.December 10, 2025

The strips are easy to tear, but there were a few hard, dry pieces inside the bag that my dog spat out.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. The texture may vary slightly because of the natural structure of muscle fiber. We recommend checking the pieces for firmness before serving.

David R.December 9, 2025
Perfect for Corgi Training

I got these for training my corgi Rex. There is nothing artificial in them, no color, no added flavoring, just the meat and one thing to keep it soft. Out on the field I can pull them into tiny pieces without stopping, so his focus does not wander. We are maybe five sessions in and he watches me like I am the most interesting thing in the park. It also has not traveled far to get here, and you can tell from how fresh it is. Definitely reordering.

FlorianDecember 8, 2025

After months of reading labels for my allergy-prone dog, I finally found one with nothing buried in it. The meat, and one thing to keep it soft. No surprises, which is all I ever wanted.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. A single-protein recipe really is important for animals with sensitive digestion.

FlorianDecember 8, 2025

Excellent single protein. My dog is allergic to chicken, and these duck treats worked perfectly for training.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We’re glad the treat suited your pet and helped avoid allergic reactions.

Andrea V.December 7, 2025
Tears Easily by Hand

I have two cats and a dog, so it’s convenient that the strips can simply be torn by hand into different-sized pieces. There are no strong smells, it just smells like dried meat. The packaging is ordinary, but it’s nice that it can be recycled here in the EU. I’ll buy more.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing your experience. The monomaterial packaging is indeed designed for easy sorting. We hope the treat continues to make your pets happy.

Andrea V.December 7, 2025

I’m buying a second pack for our Yorkie. The texture is soft, and he chews it easily.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the high rating. The soft-chewy texture was indeed created for the comfort of pets of all sizes.

A Lifesaver After Grooming

My dog always gets very nervous after haircuts and grooming. I started giving her these strips right at the salon to distract and calm her. The soft texture lets her eat quickly without choking. The natural aroma gets her attention instantly. The ingredients are clean, with no chemicals, which is very important to me. I would definitely buy it again; it lasts a long time.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the detailed review. We’re glad the treat helps reduce your pet’s stress after grooming procedures and works wonderfully as a reward.

Sebastian V.December 6, 2025

Duck goes down a treat, finally a clean protein with no unnecessary additives for my allergy-prone dog.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We’re glad the treat suited your pet.

Davide F.December 5, 2025
Great for Training

I buy these strips for outdoor training. The texture makes it easy to tear off small pieces, the dog swallows them quickly and doesn’t get distracted from the process. The packaging is made from monomaterial, and I was able to put it in my local yellow plastic bin, which is quite rare for pet foods. The smell is natural and meaty, but not strong. I’ll definitely buy more, since the price is fully justified by the quality.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed review. We’re glad you appreciated the convenient format and our eco-friendly packaging.

Davide F.December 5, 2025

Easy to tear by hand into small pieces for my cat. The smell is normal, no chemicals.

Hello. Thank you for your purchase. We’re glad the product suited your cat as well.

A Lifesaver After Grooming

My poodle loathes the groomer. These days he gets a strip the moment we are out the door, and chewing it seems to unwind him. He takes his time over it and calms right down. The label helped me pick it: the meat, plus one thing to keep the strips bendy, and nothing I had to go and look up. It is made close to home too, so it has not been sitting in a warehouse for half a year before reaching us.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing this interesting experience. It’s a great way to turn stressful procedures for your pet into a more pleasant process.

Guillaume V.December 4, 2025

Bought as a tasty addition to the main diet. The ingredients are easy to read and understand.

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review and high rating.

Perfect for aging pets

My Yorkie is nearly twelve and his teeth are not what they were. He would take a hard treat, chew at it for a while and then spit it out. These are soft and chewy enough that he actually finishes them, and then sits there asking for another. The bag is a sensible size for us, broken into small pieces and given once a day it lasts something like a week and a half. Ordering again. Grandmother and granddaughter both satisfied.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for sharing your story. It's so wonderful to hear that the treat is suitable for older pets with special needs.

S. IglesiasDecember 3, 2025

I give this to my cat after brushing. He eats it happily, and it doesn't break his teeth.

Davide G.December 2, 2025
Nothing wasted

What made me look twice is where the meat comes from. It is what is left over from producing food for people, so nothing is raised specially and nothing gets binned. The strips themselves look and smell like proper dried meat, and the cat has no complaints either.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your support and attention to sustainability.

Davide G.December 2, 2025

Great thing for walks, it easily fit in my pocket and didn't crumble.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your purchase, we wish you happy walks!

Duck for picky eaters

My dog is incredibly picky with food and often turns down even expensive treats. I decided to try duck because she didn't have allergies to ready-made duck food in the past. The strips smell fine, not super strongly, but it was enough for the dog. She ate everything instantly and sat staring at me demanding more. I liked that it's easy to tear into pieces with bare hands without scissors, which is very convenient when you're walking and your hands are busy with the leash. I will definitely buy more.

Timo J.December 1, 2025

I buy this for training. Soft, easy to tear, the dog is absolutely thrilled.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the high rating and feedback.

Émilie P.November 30, 2025

The treat is great, my dog gobbles it up in a second. But the bag doesn't close properly after opening, so I have to transfer it to a container.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. To maintain the softness of the strips, we recommend storing them in a ziplock bag or an airtight container after opening.

Guillaume LefèvreNovember 30, 2025

The dried duck was a hit with my cat, he eats it willingly. It really does tear easily by hand, only the strips turn out to be a bit too dry at the edges.

Guillaume LefèvreNovember 29, 2025

The cat eats it with no problems, the ingredients are excellent. Just duck and that's it, no chemicals. I will definitely buy more.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are glad our format suited your pet.

Sandra O.November 29, 2025
Great for training

Convenient to take outside. The strips are easy to tear by hand into small pieces, no need to cut anything with a knife. The dog works happily.

Sandra O.November 28, 2025

Bought as a reward after grooming. The texture is soft, the dog eats it quickly without choking. I'll be ordering a second batch.

Marieke W.November 28, 2025
Fernpaw dried strips

Was looking for a treat for my pug, Archie. He is allergic to chicken, so I strictly buy single-protein treats. These duck strips were a perfect fit — after two weeks, no redness on his skin or ears. It smells like natural meat without a harsh odor. Archie just goes crazy when I open the pack.

Marieke W.November 27, 2025

No box, no cardboard sleeve, no plastic window. Just the bag, and that goes in with the plastics. Refreshing to see someone not overdo it.

Rafał K.November 27, 2025

What is in the bag is meat of the standard people eat, not the usual pet-grade leftovers. He is happy and I do not have to wonder what I am feeding him.

Rafał K.November 26, 2025

Sits well in my jacket pocket, doesn't crumble to dust. The dog can smell the treat from a mile away.

Fernpaw reply

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. The treat indeed holds its structure well while being carried around.

Ewa T.November 26, 2025

The duck went down great, no allergies. But it lacks a zip-lock closure on the bag, I have to close it with a clip.

Ewa T.November 25, 2025

No arguments from the dog and no strange chemicals on the label. The one thing I cannot quite work out is why that second ingredient needs to be in there at all. To keep it soft, presumably, but I would still rather it were just meat.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Glycerin is used in treats to retain moisture and maintain the soft, chewy texture of the strips so they are easy to tear by hand on walks.

Stefan P.November 25, 2025

Great item for indoor training. My corgi, Rex, does anything for these strips, and I appreciate that there's no chemical smell.

Stefan P.November 24, 2025
Perfect for small breeds.

I buy this for my senior Chihuahua. It's hard for him to chew solid food, but these strips are soft and easy to chew. The natural meat smell attracts him instantly, even though he is usually a picky eater.

Ana P.November 24, 2025
A lifesaver after grooming!

My poodle hates getting a haircut. Now I give her a strip right on the groomer's table, and she sits quietly. This format is a huge help, it's easy to tear off little pieces right during the process.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's great to know the treat helps in these situations. Wishing you luck at future grooming sessions.

Steffi A.November 23, 2025

Just meat, without unnecessary additives. We give it to our setter on hunting trips as a bonus for obedience.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the high rating.

Steffi A.November 23, 2025

Already buying my second pack. Convenient to take on a walk to keep the dog occupied while we sit at a cafe.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for choosing our product. We will be happy to see you again.

Amandine B.November 23, 2025
The cat is thrilled.

It's rare to find duck treats for cats. My British Shorthair, Luna, simply adores them. I tear them into small pieces by hand, and she picks up every crumb off the floor. The soft texture doesn't scare her off.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for your review. Duck is indeed an excellent choice for cats.

Amandine B.November 22, 2025

Good product, natural smell. A minor remark — wet hands get a little sticky when tearing it, but it doesn't affect the taste for the dog.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the honest review. We will take your note about the texture into consideration for the future.

Aurélie C.November 22, 2025

My Yorkie eats them happily. The strips break easily, and I use them for potty-pad training.

The best treat for an allergic dog.

My dog doesn’t tolerate chicken or beef well, so I’m always looking for an alternative. This duck option was a perfect fit. No skin redness or itching after eating it. My dog is active and always ready to work for this treat. I recommend it to all pet owners with sensitive digestion.

F. RizzoNovember 21, 2025

I buy these for agility training. Convenient size, the dog swallows them quickly and doesn’t lose focus.

F. RizzoNovember 20, 2025

My spaniel is crazy about them. I open the bag and he’s already sitting at my feet, waiting for a command.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the warm review. We’re glad your dog likes the treat so much.

Eva MulderNovember 20, 2025
Convenient for walks.

I ordered these to try for my pug. The strips don’t crumble in my pocket like dry biscuits, and they’re easy to take out one at a time. My dog reacts to the smell instantly and performs all the basic commands without hesitation. I’ll definitely order more when this pack runs out.

Eva MulderNovember 20, 2025

Excellent treat, with a pleasant meaty smell. I use it on walks to distract from pigeons.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We’re glad the product turned out to be useful on walks. Thank you for the review.

N. ZieglerNovember 19, 2025
A quality snack.

We give it to our dachshund as a bonus after her evening meal. The strips are soft, so I don’t worry about her teeth. I liked that the product doesn’t stain my hands or the sofa when she chews the treat right in the living room. The smell is natural, with no chemical note.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It’s a pleasure to read reviews like this. We pay special attention to the texture of the product.

N. ZieglerNovember 19, 2025

A wonderful treat for a cat. She eats it with appetite, and the pieces are easy to divide.

Claudia KuhnNovember 18, 2025

My border collie loves this treat. We use it during sessions with the dog trainer, and the motivation is top level.

Claudia KuhnNovember 18, 2025
Calm vet visits.

Before, it took a lot of persuading to get my beagle into the clinic. Now I just show him a strip, and he jumps onto the table by himself. The vet said the ingredients are excellent and that it can be given without worrying about the stomach. The texture lets him chew quickly, which is very important in the stressful situation of waiting for an injection.

Simone F.November 18, 2025

I buy these for my retriever. Great format, natural ingredients, and no sharp smell.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the feedback. We look forward to seeing you again.

Simone F.November 17, 2025
Helps out at night.

The kitten got used to waking us up at night. I started putting a piece of a strip in his puzzle toy before bed. He stays busy with the treat for about twenty minutes, cleans out every last crumb, and then sleeps calmly until morning. For us, it’s a real lifesaver, and the package lasts a long time with this kind of use.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the interesting way to use it! We’re glad the product helped you get peaceful sleep back.

Delphine R.November 17, 2025

I give it to my Pomeranian Bruno after nail trimming; he sits calmly and waits for his strip.

Delphine R.November 16, 2025
Convenient for training

We have a beagle named Molly, she’s three years old. At the training field, I tear a strip into small pieces with my fingers, and the heel command has started working without the endless search for crumbs in my pocket.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It’s good that the format worked well for training with Molly. May your sessions be just as convenient.

Nicole S.November 16, 2025

My cat Oscar asks for a piece after brushing; now he doesn’t run away under the sofa.

They worked for an old dog

Our twelve-year-old shepherd Nora no longer has the strongest teeth, so we don’t give her hard snacks. I divide these strips into narrow pieces, and she chews them without rushing and doesn’t leave them on the floor.

Paula K.November 15, 2025

I bought these for my pug Max for the road; they distract him perfectly in the car.

Helped at the vet

My cat Mila gets nervous in her carrier. At the clinic, I gave her a very small piece, and she stopped scratching at the door while we waited for the appointment.

Ingrid F.November 14, 2025

For training at home

My poodle puppy Teddy is learning to stay in place while I open the door for the courier. The strips are easy to divide, he doesn’t choke, and he quickly brings his attention back.

Fernpaw reply

A lifesaver after grooming

I have a Yorkie named Bella, she’s six years old, and she can’t stand the hair dryer. After bathing, I put her on a towel and give her a tiny piece for every calm minute. This time we finished drying her without any attempts to hide in the bathroom. The smell is meaty but not strong, and afterward I just wash my hands with soap.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for such a specific story. We’re glad it has become easier for Bella to get through drying after a bath.

Nina T.November 13, 2025

I give it to my cat Leo after a pill, and now he doesn’t sulk all evening.

Easy to tear into pieces

I get these for my French Bulldog, Niki, for short city walks. When a tram passes by, I ask her to look at me and give her a little piece; she's become noticeably calmer.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's great that the treat helps Niki stay focused outdoors. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Daan JansenNovember 12, 2025

Our Border Collie, Sam, learned the 'wait by the bowl' command really quickly thanks to these.

Bought for two pets

We have a cat named Sonya and a small mixed-breed dog, Archie. I break one strip into a few pieces after the evening toy cleanup: Archie brings his ball, and Sonya calmly climbs down from her shelf. Both eat them with interest, with no arguing at the bowl.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Thank you for the heartwarming everyday story about Sonya and Archie. We are glad the treat is easy to share between your pets.

Bram W.November 12, 2025

Our Husky, Nord, gets a strip after ear cleaning and stops fidgeting.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It's great that ear care has become a calmer experience for Nord. Thank you for your review.

Bram W.November 12, 2025

I use these for training at the dog training ground. Our Beagle is absolutely crazy about the duck flavor and follows commands instantly. However, the packaging is very hard to open; the zip-lock keeps getting stuck.

Delphine B.November 11, 2025

These worked perfectly as a reward after brushing our Maine Coon's coat. It tears easily by hand, but the smell of the strips is an acquired taste—quite specific.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. We intentionally do not use artificial flavorings, so the treat retains its natural meaty scent. We hope your pet will continue to bring you joy.

Delphine B.November 11, 2025

We got these for our senior Poodle to motivate him to go for walks in bad weather. The texture is perfect, and the old man chews it happily. However, there were some overly tough tendons in the tub, so we are worried about his teeth.

Andrea M.November 11, 2025

The perfect treat for training a French Bulldog puppy to use nail clippers. I tear them into narrow strips and give one for each clipped nail. The only downside is that the strips dry out quickly in the open air.

Andrea M.November 11, 2025

A lifesaver for our Yorkie during car rides. I give him a strip right before putting him in the carrier; it's a great distraction from the stress. I lowered my rating because the packaging contains one solid sheet, making it very hard to tear off a piece on the go.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. It is definitely convenient to have a few pre-torn pieces on hand. We will certainly take your comment into account during the packaging process.

A. KrügerNovember 11, 2025

We got these for training, but our dog didn't take to the duck flavor right away. The strips tear nicely, but we still couldn't get her full attention outdoors.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. Taste preferences can vary; to boost motivation during training, we recommend trying treats with other protein sources from our range.

A. KrügerNovember 10, 2025

Our Maine Coon, Max, has dental issues. The strips are soft enough, but I still had to crumble them by hand. He ate them somewhat reluctantly, even though the aroma is nice.

Fernpaw reply

Hello. For cats with sensitive teeth, we recommend soaking the strips in a small amount of warm water before serving.
