The collar goes on over a regular collar or instead of it, and keeps the pet within reach of the treatment for the period stated by the supplier. The 65 cm strap adjusts across 13 holes spaced about 3 cm apart, so one size covers everything from a small cat (neck size from about 20 cm) to a medium-sized dog (up to about 60 cm) — trim off the excess strap with scissors after fitting. The buckle is flat with no sharp edges, sits comfortably under the fur, doesn't chafe, and won't catch on a leash. We deliberately don't state an exact effectiveness percentage here: for this specific product we only have the supplier's claim on the packaging, not an independent test protocol.

Seems like a quality product... Last time I bought it, it said MADE IN USA. This time there is no country or flag... no information about who makes it or where it's produced... Let's hope the collars work and do their job... judging by the pictures on the product, it looks branded, and reflectors are usually only on branded ones, but these have them... I'll take more photos now...
