Where is the order coming from?

Orders are shipped from a warehouse in the European Union. This means that the parcel does not pass customs: There will be no duties, import VAT or surcharges upon receipt.. Alles prices on the website are indicated in euros and include VAT.

Deadlines

We process your order within one business day. Levering binnen de EU takes 1–4 days. The exact delivery time depends on your address and product availability.

Bezorgmethodes

When placing an order, choose the convenient option:

Both methods are free. The tracking number will be sent by e-mail immediately after dispatch.

Price

Levering binnen de EU is free - it shows as €0.00 in the cart. The amount in the cart is final: this is exactly what will be debited from the card. There are no hidden fees, courier surcharges or customs duties.

Payment

Choose a payment method when placing an order:

• Map on the website — payment takes place immediately, over a secure connection. We accept Visa and Mastercard; The card data is processed by the payment service and is not stored on the website.
• Upon receipt — nothing is debited from you when you register. We confirm the order by e-mail, and you pay the same amount when the order arrives: to the courier or at the point of delivery.

The amount to pay in both cases is the same: delivery is free, prices include VAT, there are no hidden fees.
